背景技术
饮水机的热水是由保温瓶胆贮水经电加热而得的,目前的饮水机保温瓶胆保温性能不够理想,散热快,使得电加热经常处于工作状态,电能损耗大;且目前的保温瓶胆结构内部不容易打开清洗。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种保温性能好、方便内清洗的饮水机保温瓶胆。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用不锈钢制成内外两层的瓶胆体,两层瓶胆体的夹缝内抽成真空阻断瓶胆内热水对外热传递,内外层胆的夹缝面涂上水银,阻断热水对外热辐射,瓶胆盖分两种材料制成,并分隔0.5厘米的空间,减少热水的热损失,从而保证保温良好,瓶胆盖直径4厘米,可开启清洗瓶胆内部。
本实用新型的有益效果是,能有效减少瓶胆内热水的热损失,节约再加热的电能;方便开启清洗瓶胆内部。

具体实施方法
如图所示:用不锈钢制成内胆(4)外胆(5)的夹层瓶胆,夹缝(6)留1厘米空间,瓶颈夹缝留0.5厘米空间,抽成真空(6);瓶胆高度和直径根据饮水机型号而定,瓶胆颈高6厘米;内外胆的夹缝面涂水银;瓶胆的瓶塞(10)分两层,下层为无味耐水温的材料如密胺塑料(12),上层为保温软材料如橡胶(11);加热棒(3)的上接口在瓶塞中部,只留电线接头(8)在外,以减少热传递;进水管(2)伸到瓶胆底部,出水管(1)在上部;用两只热探测头(9)以增加安全性;瓶塞可开启,方便清洗保温瓶胆内部;出水管(7)直径3毫米就够了。
