在图1中，本实用新型主要包括模座(1)、聚线嘴(2)、预变形器(3)、销(4)，聚线嘴(2)用螺纹拧入模座(2)，预变形器(3)中间开有小孔套入聚线嘴(2)，预变形器(3)由三片硬质合金片组成，左右两片硬质合金片上的槽对齐用销(4)固定，使其不能单独转动。
使用该管式捻股机用预变形器工作时，因为左右两片硬质合金片上的槽对齐用销(4)固定，只需相应转动中间一片的硬质合金，根据不同的帘线结构，中间一片的硬质合金的转动量不一样，钢丝通过预变形器(3)，再汇合捻制成股即可获得橡胶附合力较高的钢帘线。
