本实用新型的构成：由花盆、水盆和吸水线组成，花盆1放置在水盆2上，在花盆1的底部有吸水线孔3，在吸水线孔3内穿有吸水线4，吸水线4的下端浸入水盆2的水中，上端埋入花盆1中的土里，与花的根部接触。
花盆1与水盆2通过卡口5连接，或者通过凸钉与凹孔以及凸缘6连接。
吸水线4是用棉线、布条或者吸水性好的过滤材料制成。
