Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种相框，特别是以灯泡或发光体在图片之后照亮图像的发光相框。
背景技术
将照明装置引入展板以照亮所陈列图片，为本领域常用的技术手段。但拘于复杂的结构和电路系统，常使用于户外大型展板，并不适合于通常布置于居室、办公场合的小型装饰相框上。如何简化照明结构并达到均匀的布光照明效果，为本实用新型的设计目的。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于，提供一种发光相框，以克服上述传统结构的缺陷，达到结构简单，照度均匀的使用效果。
按照本实用新型，一种发光相框，包括一啮合并托住图片边缘的相框，一壳体，位于相框之后，图片所占据的平面之后具有一空腔，其特征在于，该空腔中具有供图片背光照明的照明工具，其包括一用于驱动该照明工具的电源，该照明工具包括一长列的灯泡，其纵向地位于一用于传输光的安装管中。
其中，该长列灯泡位于一管状散光器中，该散光器具有一比安装管直径小的直径，并位于所述安装管中。
其中，该照明工具包括一组呈直线排列的发光二极管或灯泡，其分别位于一薄片托架的一组孔中。
其中，照明工具后方具有一反射器。
其中，该照明工具与驱动电源之间具有一用以根据环境光亮度以切断或接通电路的感光元件或感光侦测器。
其中，该相框或壳体中具有一列光电池。
根据上述，该反射器可包括一金属薄片或薄膜，最好为一铝片或一张金属化纸或塑料材料。
可用螺丝夹或其他方便的紧固件于或邻近其每一端来固定该散光器及安装管。优选地，该安装管和散光器的两端在使用时敞开以允许通过对流的方式散热。
该电源可包括一电池或一列电池。作为另一选择，可额外地连接至一外部电源或低电压的交流或直流电源上。
该感光元件或感光侦测器可用来在光亮的情况下切断电路，以便该装置仅在昏暗条件或夜里才发光以避免浪费电力。
相框或壳体的向外的一面或更多的面的表面可安入或包括一个或一列光电池。这种设置适应于补充或减少对电池或外部电源的需求。
本实用新型有益效果：通过上述结构，本实用新型达到了结构简单，照明均匀，适用范围广泛的有益效果。

具体实施方式
在附图1和2中，所示的该发光的相框装置包括一框架1，其由木材、塑料或其他材料制成。该框架可为长方形、正方形或其他形状。一画架背2附着于一固定在相框的后部的长方形壳体3上。如图3所示，可旋转的夹具或夹子4以可移开的方式固定该壳体。该壳体包括一盒子5，其适合于插入一组电池6，该盒子由一可移开的门或盖子7关闭。
该壳体可包括两个附件28，以使用挂钩或钉子悬挂相框到墙上。
一感光元件8，一电开关9和一直流电源插座10也置于盒套中。
相框中图片的安装展示于图4。一丙烯酸塑料或玻璃的盖板薄片11置于相框凹槽中，并且图片12置于薄片上。该壳体由一丙烯酸塑料薄片13来关闭，以螺丝钉、夹子或其他紧固件来将该塑料薄片固定在壳体3向前的开口上，并且该壳体组件通过旋转夹子4来固定在适当位置。
图5和图6展示该照明组件。一安装于一薄条片或印刷电路板16内的直线列发光二极管15，插入一管状散光器17中，散光器由例如不透明或半透明的丙烯酸聚合物或纸张制成。该散光器和灯泡组件插入一在外的丙烯酸塑料安装管18内，其通过夹子19来固定于壳体的底板上。该管最好是于壳体中央并轴向地放置。一反射薄片或层35，使光射向前。该薄片可由铝箔、其他金属材料或一金属化聚合材料，或纸张制成。
图7展示该装置的该控制电路结构。当从感光元件来的信号表明周围光强度已经降到一预定值，例如黄昏，一感光元件印刷电路板组件(PCBA)就开启灯泡。该电路系统由一倾斜盖板27盖上。
该电池隔间展示于图8。该碱性电池或可充电电池22按常规方式置入在连接器终端之间并且该组件被一可由螺丝钉或其他紧固件固定的倾斜盖板24盖上。
该两盖板24和27形成一条槽以置入照明元件，当使用时增强向前穿透图片的灯光的反射。
该印刷电路板组件展示于图9。一晶体管25和微处理器通过螺丝钉(未图示)或其他紧固件安装在一电路板上。
图10展示该发光二极管印刷电路板。该印刷电路板30具有一组孔例如四个孔，白色发光二极管31安装于每一孔中，每一发光二极管具有一电阻器32。发光二极管在印刷电路板条片的两面都射出光线，提供一强烈而又经济的光源。
图11展示一实施例变体。这包括一光电电池33的太阳能电池板，以便电池在光亮的情况下重新充电。
图12展示该发光二极管印刷电路板组件、散光器和安装管的装配，三者以同心式形成了照明元件。
图13展示该发光二极管列的主视图和侧视图，该发光二极管被置于印刷电路板条片的每一面。

Claims (6)

1.一种发光相框，包括一啮合并托住图片边缘的相框，一壳体，位于相框之后，图片所占据的平面之后具有一空腔，其特征在于，该空腔中具有供图片背光照明的照明工具，其包括一用于驱动该照明工具的电源，该照明工具包括一长列的灯泡，其纵向地位于一用于传输光的安装管中。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光相框，其特征在于：该长列灯泡位于一管状散光器中，该散光器具有一比安装管直径小的直径，并位于所述安装管中。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的发光相框，其特征在于：该照明工具包括一组呈直线排列的发光二极管或灯泡，其分别位于一薄片托架的一组孔中。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的发光相框，其特征在于：照明工具后方具有一反射器。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的发光相框，其特征在于：该照明工具与驱动电源之间具有一用以根据环境光亮度以切断或接通电路的感光元件或感光侦测器。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的发光相框，其特征在于：该相框或壳体中具有一列光电池。
