Abstract

一种双控节能开关,它解决了现行的家用电器开关都是断开一根线路进行单控造成待机能耗的问题,其特征在于:开头按钮(1)上设置了触片(2)和触点(3),当按下按钮(1),触片(2)和触点(3)导通,再次按下按钮(1)后则断开。由于同时断开电源的零、火线,从而达到了避免家用电器待机能耗,能够有效地防止雷击和触电事故发生。

一、技术领域
本实用新型属于人们日常生活用品,尤其是涉及到一种双控节能电源开关。
二、技术背景
现行的电视机、DVD、电脑等家用电器,它们的开关都是“单控”的,即切断一根线路,单控后电器不能正常工作。虽然没有开机,但造成的待机能耗。中国节能认证中心调查发现,我国城市家庭的平均待机能耗相当于每个家庭生天都在使用着一盏15瓦至30瓦的长明灯。待机能耗占中国家庭电力消耗的10%左右。想不使电能在待机中消耗,必须在关掉电器开关后,再拔去插头,但这样频繁的拔插插头,太麻烦。
三、技术方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既省去频繁地拔插插头的麻烦,又避免了电器待机消耗的损失的双控节能开关。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:在按钮上设置了两块触片,该触片分别与电源输入端的零线和火线相接,触点分别为电源零线和火线的输出端。
本实用新型不仅结构简单,操作方便,而且由于将电源的零、火线同时断开,省去了拔插插头的麻烦,达到了节能的目的,同时还可以避免雷击和触电事故发生。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。

图中,1为按钮,2为触片,3为触点。
五、具体实施方式
如图1所示,将电源线的零、火线同时断开,其输入端分别与节能开关的按钮1上设置的触片2的接线柱相接,其输出端分别与触点3相接。当按下按钮1时,触片2与触点3同时接触,电线导通形成回路,电器工作。当再次按下按钮1触片2即与触点3间开,电器断路停止工作。
