本实用新型公开了一种燃气表测试电池电压模块,第一分压电阻(R1)和第二分压电阻(R2)串接后一端接燃气表已有的5V电压,它们的另一端接地,在第二分压电阻(R2)上并联连接有电容(C1),在第一分压电阻(R1)和第二分压电阻(R2)的连接点上连接有单片机(MCU)的输入端。本实用新型IC卡燃气表具有测试电池电压的功能,即具有“电压表”功能,随时显示电池电压情况,方便用户查看电池的使用情况,以便用户及时更换电池,避免因为不能及时买到电池而无法用气的现象。

本实用新型涉及燃气表,尤其涉及一种燃气表测试电池电压模块。
背景技术
目前市场上的普通IC卡燃气表全部采用电池供电,只有当电池能量耗尽了,也就是俗称的“没电了”,电路中的电压检测器、电压检测电路才会给单片机MCU输出欠压信号,此时单片机MCU通过显示屏、蜂鸣器等提示用户更换电池,同时阀门被关闭,用户也就不能用气。给用户造成不必要的麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种随时显示电池电压,提示用户及时更换电池的燃气表测试电池电压模块。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种燃气表测试电池电压模块,第一分压电阻和第二分压电阻串接后一端接燃气表已有的5V电压,它们的另一端接地,在第二分压电阻上并联连接有电容,在第一分压电阻和第二分压电阻的连接点上连接有单片机的输入端。
A/D模数转换模块通用的用途是:有一个固定参考电压V基准,而需要进行模数转换的信号V输入,存在关系V输入≤V基准。计算公式:

且只有信号V输入会变化。
本实用新型IC卡燃气表在利用A/D模数转换模块时,巧妙利用本系统燃气表的固定5V电压输出,将该固定5V电压经第一分压电阻、第二分压电阻分压成3V作为输入信号V输入,而将电池供给燃气表系统的电源作为V基准,电池电压最低可到4.0V,满足关系V输入≤V基准,经过模数转换和相应计算,从而设计出能够测试燃气表电池电压的功能的燃气表测试电池电压模块。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型IC卡燃气表具有测试电池电压的功能,即具有“电压表”功能,随时显示电池电压情况,方便用户查看电池的使用情况,以便用户及时更换电池,避免因为不能及时买到电池而无法用气的现象。

具体实施方式
本实用新型一种燃气表测试电池电压模块的结构如图1所示:燃气表测试电池电压模块主要由第一分压电阻R1、第二分压电阻R2、电容C1构成,其中第一分压电阻R1和第二分压电阻R2串接后一端接燃气表已有的5V电压,它们的另一端接地,在第二分压电阻R2上并联连接有电容C1,在第一分压电阻R1和第二分压电阻R2的连接点上连接有单片机MCU的输入端。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:当有卡插入燃气表时,系统会将卡工作电源升至5V,启动A/D模数转换模块,巧妙利用本系统燃气表的固定5V电压输出,将该固定5V电压经第一分压电阻R1、第二分压电阻R2分压成3V作为输入信号V输 入,而将电池供给燃气表系统的电源作为V基准,电池电压最低可到4.0V,满足关系V输入≤V基准,经过模数转换和相应计算,计算过程如下:
(1)转换结果 其中V电池为电池电压
(2)计算 C = B A ,其中B=1023×30,将A和B的值代入计算式C后,即C=10×V电 池
(3)计算 D = C 10 , 将C的值代入计算式D后,即D=V电池
将计算结果D利用显示屏显示给用户,以便提示用户及时更换电池。

1、一种燃气表测试电池电压模块,其特征在于:第一分压电阻(R1)和第二分压电阻(R2)串接后一端接燃气表已有的5V电压,它们的另一端接地,在第二分压电阻(R2)上并联连接有电容(C1),在第一分压电阻(R1)和第二分压电阻(R2)的连接点上连接有单片机(MCU)的输入端。
