本实用新型涉及用于临床或科研血液细菌培养的血培养瓶,尤其是一种质量轻、利于环保的双相血培养瓶。
背景技术
现有双相血培养瓶均为玻璃瓶,采用玻璃瓶存在的缺点在于:一、玻璃瓶易碎,瓶体破碎后瓶内液体将对外界造成污染;二、玻璃瓶质量重,不方便运输;三、培养瓶均是一次性使用,且不能回收利用,废弃玻瓶将对环境造成污染。另外,现有玻璃血培养瓶均采用医用丁基胶塞作为瓶盖,丁基胶塞开启费力费事,使用不方便,并且在开启时胶塞上的液体易粘到手上,同样会造成污染。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在针对上述技术现状,提供一种采用塑料材质和旋盖式丁基胶塞的双相血培养瓶,采用本实用新型能有效解决玻璃血培养瓶存在的上述技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下:
一种双相血培养瓶,包括瓶体和丁基胶塞,其特征在于:瓶体为透明塑料材质;丁基胶塞卡在一旋盖内,旋盖与瓶体的瓶口螺纹连接配合。
所述瓶体材质为PET即聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,或PC即聚碳酸酯。
所述旋盖上端设有与旋盖侧壁扣合连接的密封盖。
本实用新型的有益效果表现在:
一、由于瓶体采用塑料材质,质量轻,便于运输;
二、塑料瓶体不易破碎,杜绝了瓶内液体外溅对外界造成污染;
三、PET塑料可降解,利于环保;
四、旋盖式丁基胶塞开启方便,并防止人体与瓶内液体直接接触。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提出的是一种用于临床或科研血液细菌培养的血培养瓶,包括瓶体1和丁基胶塞2,如图1所示,瓶体为塑料材质,最好是可降解的塑料,如PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯),或PC(聚碳酸酯)。如图2所示,丁基胶塞为旋盖式丁基胶塞,旋盖3中部设卡环4,胶塞2相应位置设卡槽,卡在旋盖3的卡环4内,旋盖3上端露空,胶塞上端设有与旋盖侧壁扣合连接的密封盖。旋盖3设内螺纹与瓶体1的瓶口螺纹连接配合。

1、一种双相血培养瓶,包括瓶体(1)和丁基胶塞(2),其特征在于:瓶体(1)为透明塑料材质;丁基胶塞(2)卡在一旋盖(3)内,旋盖(3)与瓶体(1)的瓶口螺纹连接配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双相血培养瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶体(1)材质为PET即聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,或PC即聚碳酸酯。
3、根据权利要求1所述的双相血培养瓶,其特征在于:所述旋盖(3)上端设有与旋盖(3)侧壁扣合连接的密封盖。
