本实用新型公开一种头壳分离式墨盒，其主要包括底壳、内壳及芯片，芯片设于底壳外与打印机喷头对应处，内壳卡设于底壳内；所述的内壳为一组，每个内壳的颜色不同；所述的内壳前后设有定位凸块，底壳设有与内壳凸块配套的凹槽；使用时，每个内壳都保持负压，当其中一种颜色的墨水用完后，只需更换其中一个对应的内壳，其它的内壳不用更换，因为内壳是卡设于底壳内的，所以更换较为方便，且因为每个内壳都保持负压，所以即使没有海绵，打印机及打印效果也是很流畅，内壳和底壳以凸块和凹槽配合定位，与习用相比，本实用新型使用更加方便，节约墨水，不会造成浪费。

本实用新型涉及一种打印机配件，尤其是指一种喷墨打印机所用的头壳分离式墨盒。
背景技术
目前，喷墨式打印机在工作中的应用比较多，尤其是彩色的喷墨打印机，因其可打印各种彩色的图片及照片，因为其应用相对更多些，现有的喷墨打印机的彩色墨盒，如图1所示，其外壳同一体成型的，其内设几种不同的内壳设置不同颜色的墨水，因为其外壳是一体成型且内壳是固定设置在其内的，所以当其中一种墨水会完后，必须全部更换，即使其中还有其它的墨水，这个彩色的墨盒也不可以再使用了，这样，势必会造成浪费，与目前我们提倡的节约型社会不符；另外，现有的墨盒内大多设有海绵，其会吸收一部分墨水，也会造成浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种头壳分离式墨盒，其可克服上述缺点，使各种颜色的墨盒可单独更换。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：一种头壳分离式墨盒，其主要包括底壳、内壳及芯片，芯片设于底壳外与打印机喷头对应处，内壳卡设于底壳内。
所述的内壳为一组，每个内壳的颜色不同。
所述的头壳分离式墨盒，其所述的内壳前后设有定位凸块，底壳设有与内壳凸块配套的凹槽。
采用上述结构后，使用时，每个内壳都保持负压，当其中一种颜色的墨水用完后，只需更换其中一个对应的内壳，其它的内壳不用更换，因为内壳是卡设于底壳内的，所以更换较为方便，且因为每个内壳都保持负压，所以即使没有海绵，打印机及打印效果也是很流畅，另外，内壳和底壳以凸块和凹槽配合定位，与习用相比，本实用新型使用更加方便，节约墨水，不会造成浪费。

具体实施方式
请参考图2、3所示，本实用新型所提供一种头壳分离式墨盒，其主要包括底壳1、内壳2及芯片3，其中：
芯片3设于底壳1外与打印机喷头对应处，内壳2卡设于底壳1内。
所述的内壳2为一组，每个内壳2的颜色不同。
所述的内壳2前后设有定位凸块21，底壳1设有与内壳2的凸块21配套的凹槽11，从而起到定位作用。
使用时，每个内壳2都保持负压，当其中一种颜色的墨水用完后，只需更换其中一个对应的内壳2，其它的内壳不用更换，因为内壳2是卡设于底壳1内的，所以更换较为方便，且因为每个内壳2都保持负压，所以即使没有海绵，打印机及打印效果也是很流畅，另外，内壳和底壳以凸块和凹槽配合定位，与习用相比，本实用新型使用更加方便，节约墨水，不会造成浪费。

1、一种头壳分离式墨盒，其特征在于：其主要包括底壳、内壳及芯片，芯片设于底壳外与打印机喷头对应处，内壳卡设于底壳内。
2、如权利要求1所述的头壳分离式墨盒，其特征在于：所述的内壳为一组，每个内壳的颜色不同。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的头壳分离式墨盒，其特征在于：所述的内壳前后设有定位凸块，底壳设有与内壳凸块配套的凹槽。
