Abstract

一种螺头电热管,包括与金属螺头1固接的金属电加热管4,在螺头1的螺纹面及外部连接面上设有绝缘层2,螺头1与内胆3丝接后,两者之间处于绝缘的状态,在内胆3上还连接有金属镁棒5,当螺头1丝接到内胆3的接头上时,镁棒5与内胆3相连而与与螺头1和电热管4处于绝缘的状态。在使用时,由于镁棒5的腐蚀电位最低,在和内胆3、电解液6形成的电化学回路中为阳极而被腐蚀,内胆3为阴极而得到保护。另一方面由于电热管4和镁棒5绝缘,因此电热管4和镁棒5之间不直接发生电化学腐蚀,相较于电热管4和镁棒5导通而直接产生电化学腐蚀,镁棒5的消耗速度也比较低。当镁棒5消耗完后,由于电热管4和内胆3绝缘无法形成电化学回路,不产生电化学腐蚀,从而防止内胆3成为阳极而加速腐蚀的情形,延长了内胆的寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种用于电热水器上的螺头电热管,此电热管与热水器内胆安装位的螺纹面上设有绝缘层,使其与内胆、阳极棒之间绝缘,从而减弱保护内胆的阳极棒(金属镁棒)的消耗速度并防止在阳极消耗完后使电热管、电解液和内胆形成电化学回路而加速内胆的腐蚀,延长了内胆的使用寿命。
背景技术
现有的螺头电热管,包括电加热管和金属螺头,电加热管通过铆接或其它连结方式固定在螺头上。此类型的电热管与内胆的安装为直接螺纹连接,使用中由于内胆充满了电解液体,这样会在内胆和螺头电热管之间形成电化学回路。一般情况下电加热管的材质为各种不锈钢或铜,其腐蚀电位均高于热水器内胆的腐蚀电位,这样使得在形成的电化学回路中,内胆为阳极,加速腐蚀,电热管为阴极,腐蚀很弱或不腐蚀。由于电热水器中内胆的损坏意味着电热水器的完全破坏,因此,内胆的加速腐蚀严重影响电热水器的使用寿命。
为了延长内胆的使用寿命,一般会对内胆进行阳极保护,即在内胆上连接一腐蚀电位更低的金属,通常为镁棒。这样在形成的腐蚀电池中,通过牺牲阳极镁棒而使内胆得到保护。一般情况下阳极镁棒的寿命为1年左右,一旦阳极镁棒消耗完,则在电热管和内胆形成的腐蚀电池中由于内胆为阳极而将加速腐蚀。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构形式,可以减弱阳极保护中阳极镁棒的消耗并且在阳极镁棒消耗完阳极保护失效后减弱内胆的腐蚀,从而尽可能地延长内胆的使用寿命。
本实用新型的技术方案是:设计一种螺头电热管,包括金属电加热管和金属连接螺头,电加热管通过铆接或其它连接方式固定在金属螺头上,在螺头的螺纹面及外部连接面上设有绝缘层,使其与电热水器的内胆绝缘。
本实用新型由于在螺头的螺纹面上设有绝缘层,这样,当本螺头电热管安装在内胆上时,电热管与内胆之间绝缘,电热管与内胆之间不能形成电化学腐蚀回路,从而保护了内胆,同时,电热管与阳极镁棒之间也绝缘,减弱了阳极镁棒的消耗速度。

请参见图1,它是一种用于电热水器的螺头电热管,包括金属电加热管4和金属连接螺头1,电加热管4固定在连接螺头1上,在螺头1的螺纹面和外部连接面上设有绝缘层2,在内胆3上还连接有镁棒5。当螺头1丝接到内胆3的接头上时,镁棒5与内胆3相连而与与螺头1和电热管4处于绝缘的状态。
在使用时,由于镁棒5的腐蚀电位最低,在和内胆3、电解液6形成的电化学回路中为阳极而被腐蚀,内胆3为阴极而得到保护。另一方面由于电热管4和镁棒5绝缘,因此电热管4和镁棒5之间不直接发生电化学腐蚀,相较于电热管4和镁棒5导通而直接产生电化学腐蚀,镁棒5的消耗速度也比较低。当镁棒5消耗完后,由于电热管4和内胆3绝缘无法形成电化学回路,不产生电化学腐蚀,从而防止内胆3成为阳极而加速腐蚀的情形,延长了内胆的寿命。
