本实用新型大型电动机无功平衡降压起动装置,属于电工技术领域,涉及一种大型电动机降压软起动装置。解决现有大型电动机采用热敏电阻降压起动装置中存在体积大,性能不可控;变压器电动机组拖动装置要求公共电网足够大;高压变频软起动装置成本高,使用维护费用高等缺点。本实用新型包括三相自耦变压器,起动及运行开关,自耦变压器的进线端开关接电网,末端通过开关短接,三相中间抽头端通过开关接电动机,其特征是自耦变压器的三相中间抽头端通过开关并联有电容器。本实用新型可降低电动机起动电流和电动机起动对电网电压的影响,减少电压波动幅度,提高电动机运行功率因数,且结构简单、性能可靠、成本低、使用维护方便。

技术领域:
本实用新型属于电工技术领域,具体涉及一种大型电动机降压软起动装置的主回路。
技术背景:
目前,大容量交流感应电动机的起动需采用降压起动,以减少电动机起动时对电网造成的冲击,现在电动机降压起动装置有采用热敏电阻降压起动装置,变压器降压起动装置和高压变频软起动装置,但均存在一定的缺点,采用热变电阻器降压起动装置,可以大大降低对电网电压的影响,但存在体积大,冬天夏天效果不一致,性能不可控等几个方面的问题;变压器电动机组拖动装置要求公共电网足够大,或者公共接点的短路容量足够大,高压变频软起动装置虽可以克服上述不足,但成本太高,且使用维护费用也很高,不便于推广应用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于,克服现有软起动装置中存在的不足,提供一种可降低高压大型电动机起动电流,降低对公共电网电压的影响,且结构简单、性能可靠、成本低,使用维护方便的大型电动机无功平衡降压起动装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:本实用新型包括三相自耦变压器A,起动及运行开关,三相自耦变压器A的进线端通过开关接电网,末端通过开关短接,三相中间抽头端通过开关接电动机,其特征是:自耦变压器A的三相中间抽头端通过开关并联有电容器。
本实用新型技术方案中所说的电动机上接有补偿电容器,随电动机一起运行。
本实用新型的优点在于:1、降低电动机起动电流;2、降低电动机起动对电网电压的影响,减少电压波动幅度;3、提高电动机运行功率因数;4、结构简单、性能可靠、成本低、使用维护方便。

具体实施方式
图1的实施例中,A是三相自偶变压器,B是电力变压器,C是补偿电容器,K1是电动机M运行开关,K2、K3、K4、K5分别是电动机M起动开关;三相自耦变压器A的进线端1通过开关K2接电力变压器B,其末端3通过开关K4短接,自耦变压器A的三相中间抽头端2通过开关K3接电动机M,自耦变压器A的三相中间抽头2通过K5并联有三相电力电容器C,对起动回路的功率因数进行补偿,图1给出了单线原理图,电动机M起动前,运行开关K1断开,起动开关K3、K4、K5全部合闸,电动机M处于待起动状态,当开关K2合闸,电动机M开始起动,当电动机M转速接近额定转速时,或者当起动回路功率因数接近于1滞后时,先断开开关K5,使补偿电容器C退出,当电动机起动电流降低到额定电流以下时,断开开关K4,同时合上电动机M运行开关K1,电动机M完成起动,断开开关K3、K2,起动装置退出,由于补偿电容器C提供无功补偿,提高了起动回路的功率因数,降低了电动机起动所需的无功电流,从而降低了电动机起动对电力系统电压的影响,补偿电容器C的容量根据电力系统承受的电动机起动电流冲击程度而定。
图2的实施例中,除在自耦变压器A的三相中间抽头端2通过开关K5并联有三相电力电容器C1外,还在电动机M上并联有补偿电容器C2,在电动机M起动过程中,由电容器C1、C2同时提供电动机M起动所需要的无功功率,当电动机M转速接近额定转速时,或者当起动回路功率因数接近于1滞后时,先断开开关K5,使补偿电容器C1退出运行,补偿电容器C2随电动机M运行至停机,补偿电容器C1、C2的总容量根据电力系统承受的电动机起动电流冲击程度而定,补偿电容器C2的容量根据电动机运行时无功补偿需要来确定。

Claims (2)

1、一种大型电动机无功平衡降压起动装置,包括三相自耦变压器A和起动及运行开关,三相自耦变压器A的进线端(1)通过开关K2接电网,末端(3)通过开关K4短接,三相中间抽头端(2)通过开关K3接电动机M,其特征是自耦变压器A的三相中间抽头端(2)通过开关K5并联有电容器C。
2、根据权利要求1所述的大型电动机无功平衡降压起动装置,其特征是所说的电动机M并联有补偿电容器C2
