Abstract

本实用新型涉及装饰灯,尤其涉及一种带有幻彩效果的装饰灯。一种装饰灯,包括发光体、制成造型的支撑架、覆设于支撑架造型表面的薄膜,所述薄膜由一层透明基板及二层幻彩膜构成,二层幻彩膜分别贴在基板的正面及反面。薄膜的基板正面的幻彩膜纹路与基板反面的幻彩膜纹路呈垂直设置。本实用新型提供了一种随观察角度不同而具有不同的七彩显示效果,富有想象空间,富有美感的装饰灯。

本实用新型涉及装饰灯,尤其涉及一种带有幻彩效果的装饰灯。
背景技术
日常生活中经常用到装饰灯,尤其是节日。通常所用的装饰灯是在支撑架中腔内装有发光体,或将发光体捆绑在支撑架上,然后在支撑架的外部设置一层彩色纱布、玻璃或PVC膜。中国专利CN200520008743.X公开了一种装饰灯,该装饰灯包括造型铁架、发光体,以及连接所述发光体与电源的导线,发光体安装在造型铁架上,在造型铁架的表面覆设有吸塑成型的透明PVC薄膜。现有装饰灯包括中国专利CN200520008743.X公开的装饰灯,其显示效果均为特定的颜色或图案,给人以单调感,没有想象空间,缺乏美感。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种随观察角度不同而具有不同的七彩显示效果,富有想象空间,富有美感的装饰灯。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:
一种装饰灯,包括发光体、制成造型的支撑架、覆设于支撑架造型表面的薄膜,所述薄膜由一层透明基板及二层幻彩膜构成,二层幻彩膜分别贴在基板的正面及反面。
所述幻彩膜具有平行设置的纹路,基板正面的幻彩膜纹路与基板反面的幻彩膜纹路呈交叉设置。
所述基板正面的幻彩膜纹路与基板反面的幻彩膜纹路呈垂直设置。
所述基板是无色的透明基板。
所述支撑架的特定造型为圆柱体、球、三棱柱、长方体、五棱柱、六棱柱、八棱柱外形的一种。
所述支撑架造型为一种生物造型。
所述支撑架造型为鼠、牛、虎、兔、龙、蛇、马、羊、猴、鸡、狗、猪、鹿、鸟、鱼、鸭、鹅、大象、狮子、树、香蕉造型中的一种。
所述支撑架设置在发光体的周围,发光体位于支撑架中间的空腔内。
所述的发光体设置在支撑架的架体上,发光体构成的造型与支撑架的造型相同。
所述幻彩膜为喷有彩色漆的幻彩膜。
本实用新型所涉及的装饰灯,支撑架的外部设置了一层特殊的薄膜,薄膜由一层透明的基板及二层幻彩膜构成,二层幻彩膜分别贴在基板的正面的反面,因而当发光体的光束从造型内部通过薄膜折射出来时,从不同的角度观察,呈现不同的幻彩效果。尤其是基板正面的幻彩膜纹路与基板反面的幻彩膜纹路呈垂直设置时,从不装饰灯七彩显示效果,富有想象空间,富有美感。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详述。
图1和图2示出了本实用新型的第一个实施例。
装饰灯100,包括有灯泡101、制成圆柱体造型的支撑架102、覆设于支撑架102所构成圆柱体造型外表面的薄膜103。如图1所示,支撑架102的特定造型为圆柱体,支撑架102设置在灯泡101的周围,灯泡101位于支撑架102圆柱体中间的空腔内。如图2所示,薄膜103由一层透明的基板1031及幻彩膜1032和幻彩膜1033构成,幻彩膜1033和幻彩膜1032分别贴在基板1031的正面及反面。基板1031是浅红色透明的塑料薄膜。幻彩膜1032和幻彩膜1033本身具有平行设置的纹路,基板1031正面的幻彩膜1033纹路与基板1031反而的幻彩膜1032纹路呈60°设置。
本实施例涉及的装饰灯,圆柱状支撑架的外部设置了一层特殊的薄膜,薄膜包括一层浅红色的透明基板及纹路交叉贴覆于基板二侧的幻彩膜。当灯泡的光束从造型内部通过薄膜折射出来时,呈现幻彩效果。基板正面的幻彩膜纹路与基板反面的幻彩膜纹路呈60°设置,从不同的角度观察,装饰灯具有不同的七彩显示效果,富有想象空间,富有美感。
图3、图4、图5示出了本实用新型的第二个实施例。
装饰灯200,包括有发光体201、制成鱼造型的支撑架202、覆设于支撑架202所构的鱼造型外表面的薄膜203,薄膜203由一层透明的基板2031及幻彩膜2032和幻彩膜2033构成,幻彩膜2032和幻彩膜2033分别贴在基板的正面及反面。幻彩膜2032和幻彩膜2033本身均具有平行设置的纹路,基板2031正面的幻彩膜2032纹路与基板反面的幻彩膜2033纹路呈垂直设置。发光体201有多个,直接制作在支撑架202的架体上,是支撑架202的一部分,发光体201发光后呈现的造型与支撑架202的造型相同,是一条鱼状。本实施例的发光体201是LED灯,LED灯的导线设置在中空的支撑架架体内部。幻彩膜2032和幻彩膜2033不与基板接触的一面喷一层浅灰色漆,鱼背和鱼头部分颜色喷成略深,鱼腹部位颜色喷成略浅。
本实施例涉及的装饰灯,鱼状的支撑架外部设置了一层特殊的薄膜,薄膜包括一层透明基板及纹路垂直贴覆于基板二侧的幻彩膜。当灯泡的光束从造型内部通过薄膜折射出来时,呈现幻彩效果。外表面喷漆,可以令装饰灯的形体更逼真。因基板正面的幻彩膜纹路与基板反面的幻彩膜纹路呈垂直设置,从不同的角度观察,装饰灯具有不同的七彩显示效果,富有想象空间,富有美感。
图6示出了本实用新型的第三个实施例。
装饰灯300,包括有发光体301、制成鹿造型的支撑架302、覆设于支撑架302所构的鹿造型外表面的薄膜303,薄膜303包覆在支撑架302所构成鹿造型的整个造型表面,薄膜303由一层透明的基板及二层幻彩膜构成,二层幻彩膜分别贴在基板的正面及反面。二层幻彩膜本身均具有平行设置的纹路,基板正面的幻彩膜纹路与基板反面的幻彩膜纹路呈垂直设置。发光体301有多个,用导线连成一串,以缠绕或捆绑的方式设置在支撑架302的架体上,发光体301发光后呈现的造型与支撑架302的造型相同,是一只鹿状。在幻彩膜不与基板接触的一面喷一层彩色漆,漆的颜色按鹿的体征每个部位有所变化,并用效深颜色的漆在鹿的体表喷上花纹。
本实施例涉及的装饰灯,鹿状的支撑架外部设置了一层特殊的薄膜,薄膜包括一层透明基板及纹路垂直贴覆于基板二侧的幻彩膜。当灯泡的光束从造型内部通过薄膜折射出来时,呈现幻彩效果。外表面喷漆,可以令装饰灯的形体更逼真。基板正面的幻彩膜纹路与基板反面的幻彩膜纹路呈垂直设置,从不同的角度观察,装饰灯具有不同的七彩显示效果,富有想象空间,富有美感。
图7示出了本实用新型的第四个实施例。
装饰灯400,包括有发光体401、制成树造型的支撑架402、覆设于支撑架402所构的树造型外表面的薄膜403,薄膜403包覆在支撑架402所构成鹿造型的树枝和树叶部分,底座405和下部树干404未包覆薄膜,薄膜403由一层透明的基板及二层幻彩膜构成,二层幻彩膜分别贴在基板的正而及反面。二层幻彩膜本身均具有平行设置的纹路,基板正面的幻彩膜纹路与基板反面的幻彩膜纹路呈30°设置。发光体401有多个,用导线连成一串,以缠绕或捆绑的方式设置在支撑架402的架体上,发光体401发光后呈现的造型与支撑架402的造型相同,是一只树状。
本实施例涉及的装饰灯,树状的支撑架外部设置了一层特殊的薄膜,薄膜包括一层透明基板及纹路交叉贴覆于基板二侧的幻彩膜。当灯泡的光束从造型内部通过薄膜折射出来时,呈现幻彩效果。基板正面的幻彩膜纹路与基板反面的幻彩膜纹路呈30°交叉设置,从不同的角度观察,装饰灯具有不同的七彩显示效果,富有想象空间,富有美感。

Claims (10)

1、一种装饰灯,包括发光体、制成造型的支撑架、覆设于支撑架造型表面的薄膜,其特征在于,所述薄膜由一层透明基板及二层幻彩膜构成,二层幻彩膜分别贴在基板的正面及反面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述幻彩膜具有平行设置的纹路,基板正面的幻彩膜纹路与基板反面的幻彩膜纹路呈交叉设置。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述基板正面的幻彩膜纹路与基板反面的幻彩膜纹路呈垂直设置。
4、根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述基板是无色的透明基板。
5、根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述支撑架的特定造型为圆柱体、球、三棱柱、长方体、五棱柱、六棱柱、八棱柱、十棱柱、十二棱柱等几何造型中的一种。
6、根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述支撑架造型为一种生物造型。
7、根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述支撑架造型为鼠、牛、虎、兔、龙、蛇、马、羊、猴、鸡、狗、猪、鹿、鸟、鱼、鸭、鹅、大象、狮子、树、香蕉造型中的一种。
8、根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述支撑架设置在发光体的周围,发光体位于支撑架中间的空腔内。
9、根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述的发光体设置在支撑架的架体上,发光体构成的造型与支撑架的造型相同。
10、根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯,其特征在于,所述幻彩膜为喷有彩色漆的幻彩膜。
