Abstract

背景技术
现有的真空器可应用于食品包装、衣物存放等领域，但因其耗电能、噪音大等原因，一直未得到广泛应用。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种改进的手动真空器，其以钢丝拉簧为动力来源，借助单向阀完成手动抽真空的工作。
本实用新型所述的一种手动真空器包括外套管、内活塞和钢丝拉簧三部分，其特征是外形为圆柱体，外套管顶端一侧设有抽气孔和单向阀，另一侧设有出气孔和单向阀。
本实用新型的动力来源是一根钢丝拉簧，既增加了产品抽真空的强度，又增加了抽真空动作的稳定性；本实用新型的外套管顶端一侧设有抽气孔和单向阀，另一侧设有出气孔和单向阀，从而保证了抽真空工作的连续性。

具体实施方式
参看图1，一种手动真空器由外套管1，内活塞6和钢丝拉簧3三部分组成，其外形为圆柱体，动力来源为钢丝拉簧3，手动真空器顶端分别设有抽气孔9、单向阀7和出气孔10、单向阀8，内活塞6上安装内活塞橡胶圈2并有上盖12，使用前先将手动真空器的螺纹接口11与相应的配套产品连接，使用时单手握住外套管手柄4，并用四指勾住内活塞提拉手柄5，当攥合时，单向阀7开启，单向阀8关闭，气体进入手动真空器，松手时，单向阀8开启，单向阀7关闭，真空器内的气体排出，反复几次，即可完成抽真空。
