背景技术
目前,在山区修建公路,需要开凿很多隧道,铺架高架桥。大量填挖山体会造成山体滑坡,破坏山区涵养水分,引起不良的地质灾害。工程取土又大量占用耕地,并且公路的造价非常昂贵。另一方面,山区工业生产的副产物废矿渣和粉煤灰大量堆积储存,对空气和水源环境造成污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,在于合理有效地利用废弃物,变废为宝,提供一种桥梁承重力大,坚固耐用的拱形结构桥梁。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
拱形结构桥梁,包括砼桩、桥墩和路面层构成,在砼桩和桥墩之间铺设有基层,在两桥墩之间架设拱形砼梁,在拱形砼梁与路面层之间设有填充料层。所述的拱形砼梁可设有一个或多个。所述的基层、填充料层均是由废矿渣或粉煤灰与水泥材料混合制成的。
本实用新型有效利用了废矿渣和粉煤灰,使废弃物得到综合利用,变废为宝。同时,减少了矿渣、粉煤灰的大量堆积储存对空气、水源环境的污染,同时减少工程取土大量占用耕地。本实用新型的拱形桥梁尤其在修建山区公路中能发挥重要作用。可保护环境,并提高公路的综合效益。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,一种拱形结构桥梁,由路面层1,矿渣(或粉煤灰)与水泥的混合填充料层2,桥墩3,基层4,地下砼桩5,及两桥墩间的拱形砼梁6构成。其建筑结构是:先在地下打上数根砼桩5,然后用废矿渣(或粉煤灰)与水泥混和料铺设基层4,拱形桥桥墩3座在基层4上,在两桥墩3之间修建拱形砼梁6,最上层铺设路面层1。路面层1与拱形砼梁6间用矿渣(或粉煤灰)与水泥混合物填充,形成填充料层2。
该桥的整体结构由一个或多个拱形结构构成,当桥面受到重压时,根据力的传递原理,拱形结构能把压力分散到各个桥墩上,因此拱形桥比其它桥梁承重力大,坚固耐用。
该拱形结构桥,有效利用废矿渣和粉煤灰,减少了矿渣、粉煤灰大量堆积储存对空气、水源环境的污染,使废弃物得到综合利用,变废为宝;同时减少工程取土大量占用耕地。
本实用新型的拱形桥梁,尤其在修建山区公路中能发挥重要作用。山区公路的修建需要开凿很多隧道、铺架高架桥,大量填挖山体会造成山体滑坡,破坏山区涵养水分等,引起不良地质灾害,并且公路的造价非常昂贵。
采用本实用新型的拱形桥设计,使修建山区公路布线灵活,充分顺应了地形、地貌特点,使路线符合自然,依赖自然,减少隧道开凿。同时有效利用了矿渣、粉煤灰等废弃物,是同跨度高架桥造价的1/5。有利于保护环境,提高公路的综合效益。

1、一种拱形结构桥梁,包括砼桩(5)、桥墩(3)和路面层(1)构成,其特征在于:在砼桩(5)和桥墩(3)之间铺设有基层(4),在两桥墩(3)之间架设拱形砼梁(6),在拱形砼梁(6)与路面层(1)之间设有填充料层(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的拱形结构桥梁,其特征在于:所述的拱形砼梁(6)可设有一个或多个。
