本实用新型公开了一种轮胎胶条挤出机冷却装置，包括与胶条挤出机位置对应的机架，机架中设有胶条输送装置，在机架顶面靠近胶条挤出机的一侧设有条形开口，对应该条形开口的位置处设有温度可调的冷风吹入装置。本实用新型由于在胶条输出通道上设有温度可调的冷风吹入装置，因此胶条冷却温度易控制，产品质量稳定，冷却效率高，并且节约了水资源，设备能耗低。

本实用新型涉及轮胎生产机械，具体说是一种轮胎胶条挤出机冷却装置。
背景技术
现有的轮胎胶条挤出机，其胶条挤出机挤出的胶条需要冷却到一定温度，才能缠绕到缠绕机上。目前所使用的胶条挤出机冷却装置，是在胶条输出通道上通入冷水，采用冷水倒流的方式将胶条冷却到一定温度。这种冷却装置存在的弊端是：冷却时间长，冷却效率低，并且耗水、耗能高，胶条冷却温度不易控制。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种胶条冷却温度易控制、能耗低的轮胎胶条挤出机冷却装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括与胶条挤出机位置对应的机架，机架中设有胶条输送装置，其结构特点是在机架顶面靠近胶条挤出机的一侧设有条形开口，对应该条形开口的位置处设有温度可调的冷风吹入装置。
所述的冷风吹入装置为冷风发生器。
所述的胶条输送装置包括上下设置的胶条导向辊和水平设置的胶条传送带。
采用上述结构后，由于在胶条输出通道上设有温度可调的冷风吹入装置，因此胶条冷却温度易控制，产品质量稳定，冷却效率高，并且节约了水资源，设备能耗低。

具体实施方式
参照附图，该轮胎胶条挤出机冷却装置，包括与胶条挤出机2位置对应的机架1，机架1中设有胶条输送装置，该胶条输送装置包括上下设置的胶条导向辊3和水平设置的胶条传送带8，胶条导向辊3的两端部支撑在机架1竖直通道的两侧壁上，胶条传送带8由一对转辊7支撑，转辊7的两端部支撑在机架1水平通道的两侧壁上，其中一个转辊为主动辊，其外端部设有皮带轮10，该皮带轮10与安装在机架1上的、由电机驱动的减速机9皮带轮11动力连接，由胶条挤出机2挤出的胶条6绕经胶条导向辊3后，由胶条传送带8送出。在机架1顶面靠近胶条挤出机2的一侧设有条形开口5，对应该条形开口5的位置处设有温度可调的冷风吹入装置4，使冷风吹入到胶条6上表面上，该冷风吹入装置4为一冷风发生器或吹风空调机。

1、一种轮胎胶条挤出机冷却装置，包括与胶条挤出机(2)位置对应的机架(1)，机架(1)中设有胶条输送装置，其特征是在机架(1)顶面靠近胶条挤出机(2)的一侧设有条形开口(5)，对应该条形开口(5)的位置处设有温度可调的冷风吹入装置(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轮胎胶条挤出机冷却装置，其特征是所述的冷风吹入装置(4)为冷风发生器。
3、根据权利要求1所述的轮胎胶条挤出机冷却装置，其特征是所述的胶条输送装置包括上下设置的胶条导向辊(3)和水平设置的胶条传送带(8)。
