为了克服上述不足，本实用新型提供一种自加热护膝裤，就能达到自加热护膝的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由裤腰和裤腿组成的自加热护膝裤，在裤腿膝部，设置一开口小布袋，小布袋内设置有与之相匹配的可触发放热的可反复使用的密封的储热剂袋。储热剂袋内设置有金属弹性触发片。使用时按动一下储热剂袋内的金属弹性触发片，再放入裤腿膝部小布袋内，储热剂袋开始放热达数小时，穿上时就会感觉温暖舒适了，使用后将储热剂袋放入沸水中储热数分钟下次又可使用。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单、使用方便、抗寒增温、保健护膝效果良好。
