本实用新型属于具有热源的电热水器,特别涉及一种采用绝缘基材表面改性的面电热材料的发热元件作为发热热源的远红外面电热直热式热水器。
背景技术
目前,在家庭、宾馆、机关、学校,均需要使用快速加热设备,其加热元件多为合金电热丝构成的电热管,合金电热丝为高温明火加热的线热源,其热滞后现象严重,电热转换效率低,启动电流大,寿命短.
现有一种绝缘基材石英玻璃表面改性成电热膜的石英玻璃电热管,厚度1.5-3.0mm,其热效率可达96%以上,热惯性小,散热面大,升温快,比合金电热丝升温快一倍,使用寿命长,可连续工作上万小时。绝缘基材表面改性的面电热材料能辐射波长为5-14微米的远红外线,对人体有保健作用,对水质有软化作用,使水永不结垢,用石英玻璃电热管作为发热热源的应用领域宽广.
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于,设计制作一种远红外面电热直热式热水器,采用绝缘基材表面改性的石英玻璃电热管作发热元件,设置在直热式热水器的壳体内,可以构成结构轻巧,热效率高,热惯性小,升温快,易调温,经久耐用的直热式热水器.。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是,一种远红外面电热直热式热水器,由壳体、发热元件和电控装置组成,壳体为工程塑料或金属板冲压成箱型,内设横向支承隔板,发热元件为绝缘基材表面改性的石英玻璃电热管,电热管呈螺旋盘管状,外表面喷镀有电热膜,两端设有银浆电极和电极引线,通过电控开关,与电源插头连接,石英玻璃电热管一端连接进水管,设有流量控制器,另一端通过石英玻璃管与出水管连接,设有水温监测装置与电控开关连接.
如上所述的远红外面电热直热式热水器的螺旋盘管形状为正圆形,为了增大流程,可以是椭圆形.
采用常规电路实现电控,电路中设置防漏电装置、过载保护装置,以确保使用安全.
本实用新型的优点是:石英玻璃电热管呈螺旋盘管状,可以延长对水体的加热时间,而结构体积紧凑,热交换效率高,充分发挥现有表面改性面电热元件的电热转换优越性能,所采用的面电热元件的热效率高达96%以上,热惯性小,散热面大,升温快,比合金电热丝温升快一倍;使用寿命长,节能效果明显;所采用的面电热元件辐射波长在5-14微米的红外波,对水质有软化作用,使水不易结垢,使用安全方便,结实耐用,外形美观。适用于在家庭、宾馆、机关、学校使用的快速加热直热式热水器。

具体实施方式
由图1可见,本实用新型的一种远红外面电热直热式热水器,由壳体和发热元件组成,其发热元件为绝缘基材表面改性的石英玻璃电热管1,呈螺旋盘管状,外表面喷镀有电热膜,两端设有银浆电极2和电极引线3,设有电控开关4,与电源插头5连接,石英玻璃电热管一端连接进水管6,设有流量控制器7,另一端通过石英玻璃管8与出水管9连接,设有温度监测装置10与电控开关连接,壳体11为工程塑料冲压成箱型,内设有支承板.
本实用新型的使用方法是:将本实用新型热水器的进水管与自来水管连接,出水管与洗浴或洗涤设备连通,将热水器接通220V电源,石英玻璃电热管发热,根据实际需要和石英玻璃电热管的规格大小,其电功率可达200-6000W,当石英玻璃电热管内有水流过时,水温得到提高.进水管的流量控制器可控制进水流量,出水管的水温监测装置可将监测信息反馈给电控开关,自动调节进水流量.适用于家庭、宾馆、机关、学校需要的直热式快速热水设备.

1、一种远红外面电热直热式热水器,由壳体、发热元件和电控装置组成,其特征是,壳体为工程塑料冲压成箱型,内设横向支承隔板,发热元件为绝缘基材表面改性的石英玻璃电热管,电热管呈螺旋盘管状,外表面喷镀有电热膜,两端设有银浆电极和电极引线,通过电控开关,与电源插头连接,石英玻璃电热管一端连接进水管,设有流量控制器,另一端通过石英玻璃管与出水管连接,设有水温监测装置与电控开关连接。
