Abstract

本发明公开了一种电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,包括发射天线、接收天线和电路部分,电路部分为收发组件,其与中频信号处理系统相连;包括压控振荡器、第一驱动放大器、电阻、第二驱动放大器、混频器和低噪声放大器;压控振荡器输出的发射信号,通过第一驱动放大器放大,大部分作为发射信号直接馈给发射天线;一小部分信号经电阻调配,再经第二驱动放大器放大,作为本振信号输入混频器;接收天线接收的回波经低噪放放大后输入混频器,与本振信号混频,产生中频信号,中频信号再经过放大和滤波,传输给信号处理系统。本发明适合于各种国防武器的小型化应用,具有体积小、重量轻、适合于大批量生产、且成品率高、稳定性好等优点。

电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信
技术领域:
本发明给出了电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,该引信适合于各种国防武器的小型化应用。本发明符合微波通信领域的系统设计技术。
背景技术:
引信是任何一种现代化武器系统不可缺少的重要组成部分,是武器系统完成毁伤目标的关键子系统之一。它能精确和可靠地确定战斗部的最佳炸点或时机,使弹药适时甚至定向起爆,以便最大限度地毁伤目标。
目前雷达引信前端主要为毫米波引信,其结构以波导结构为主,体积大、重量重,主要应用在导弹等较大载体上。随着毫米波集成技术和微电子技术的发展,引信的结构正在发生新的变化,逐渐由波导结构向芯片结构过渡。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种收发组件体积小、重量轻、适合于大批量生产、且成品率高、稳定性好,由单芯片集成的毫米波电阻分功率型小型化双天线雷达引信,以克服现有技术存在的体积大、重量重等缺陷。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,包括发射天线、接收天线和电路部分,所述电路部分为收发组件,其与中频信号处理系统相连,
收发组件包括压控振荡器、第一驱动放大器、电阻、第二驱动放大器、混频器和低噪声放大器;
其中压控振荡器、第一驱动放大器和发射天线构成发射支路;
接收天线、低噪声放大器和混频器构成接收支路;
电阻和第二驱动放大器构成功率分配电路;
所述压控振荡器、第一和第二驱动放大器、低噪声放大器都采用MMIC芯片;所述电阻为贴片薄膜电阻;所述混频器为制作在介质衬底上的单平衡二极管环形混频器;所述收发组件的各芯片的输入输出端和直流偏置端用金丝连接在复合材料衬底的微带线图形上。
所述发射天线和接收天线为制作在复合材料衬底上的微带贴片天线;
所述电路部分和天线部分,通过微带—同轴—微带转换器连接。
压控振荡器输出的发射信号,通过第一驱动放大器放大,大部分作为发射信号直接馈给发射天线;一小部分信号经电阻调配,再经第二驱动放大器放大,作为本振信号输入混频器;接收天线接收的回波经低噪放放大后输入混频器,与本振信号进行混频,产生中频信号,中频信号再经过放大和滤波,传输给信号处理系统。
由以上公开的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明所提出的引信前端,采用电阻分功率型双天线结构,制作很灵活,且收发隔离度很好;采用多芯片集成技术,引信体积小、重量轻、适合于大批量生产、可以克服现存的波导结构引信的体积大、重量重等缺陷。同时由于芯片可以大量生产,而且成品率和一致性很好,可以大大降低引信的生产成本,提高引信的成品率。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1引信的系统框图可见,本发明电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,包括发射天线1、接收天线2和电路部分3,所述电路部分为收发组件,其与中频信号处理系统4相连,
收发组件包括压控振荡器301、第一驱动放大器302、电阻303、第二驱动放大器304、混频器305和低噪声放大器306;
其中压控振荡器301、第一驱动放大器302和发射天线1构成发射支路;
接收天线2、低噪声放大器306和混频器305构成接收支路;
电阻303和第二驱动放大器304构成功率分配电路;
所述压控振荡器301、第一驱动放大器302和第二驱动放大器304、低噪声放大器306都采用0.25um pHEMT工艺加工的GaAs MMIC芯片,降低了引信前端的面积;所述电阻303为贴片薄膜电阻,采用帖片电阻分功率技术,通过替换不同阻值的帖片电阻,灵活调配发射功率和本振功率的大小,使系统获得最佳性能;所述混频器305为单平衡二极管环形混频器,降低了本振功率和成本,混频器制作在高介电常数的RO3010复合材料衬底上,采用二极管倒扣技术;所述收发组件的各芯片的输入输出端和直流偏置端用金丝连接在复合材料衬底的微带线图形上。
所述电路部分,制作在0.254mm厚高介电常数的RO3010复合材料衬底上,进一步减小了引信前端的面积;
由图2发射天线和接收天线的结构示意图,引信的发射和接收天线采用两个对称的4阵微带贴片天线,发射天线和接收天线形状相同,位置对称,为完全对称的结构,两者可互换使用。发射天线和接收天线光刻在一块衬底厚为0.254mm的RO3003材料上,双天线结构提高了发射和接收的隔离度,满足了小型化集成的要求。电路和天线用导电胶分别粘贴在圆柱型腔体下底板的内外两侧,中间用微带—同轴—微带50Ω转换器连接。所述引信设置在圆柱型腔体内,腔体直径为25mm,腔体深度为5mm,腔体外设置盖板。
从图3发射接收天线仿真和测试结果可以看出,仿真结果和测试结果的频率特性很一致,幅值特性稍有变差,这是由于加工工艺误差引起的。天线在8mm波段有很好的性能,能成功应用在引信前端。
图4和图5分别给出了发射端输出功率和调谐频率以及接收通道的变频增益随调谐电压的变化图,发射端输出功率为7dBm左右,接收通道的变频增益在0.5dB左右,调谐频率从35.2GHz到36.8GHz线性变化。实际应用中采用从36.4GHz到36.7GHz线性度比较好的一段。

Claims (10)

1.一种电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,包括发射天线、接收天线和电路部分,所述电路部分为收发组件,其与中频信号处理系统相连,其特征在于,
收发组件包括压控振荡器、第一驱动放大器、电阻、第二驱动放大器、混频器和低噪声放大器;
其中压控振荡器、第一驱动放大器和发射天线构成发射支路;
接收天线、低噪声放大器和混频器构成接收支路;
电阻和第二驱动放大器构成功率分配电路;
所述压控振荡器、第一和第二驱动放大器、低噪声放大器都采用MMIC芯片;所述电阻为贴片薄膜电阻;所述混频器为制作在介质衬底上的单平衡二极管环形混频器;所述收发组件的各芯片的输入输出端和直流偏置端用金丝连接在复合材料衬底的微带线图形上。
所述发射天线和接收天线为制作在复合材料衬底上的微带贴片天线;
所述电路部分和天线部分,通过微带一同轴一微带转换器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,其特征在于,压控振荡器输出的发射信号,通过第一驱动放大器放大,大部分作为发射信号直接馈给发射天线;一小部分信号经电阻调配,再经第二驱动放大器放大,作为本振信号输入混频器;接收天线接收的回波经低噪放放大后输入混频器,与本振信号进行混频,产生中频信号,中频信号再经过放大和滤波,传输给信号处理系统。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,其特征在于,所述压控振荡器、第一和第二驱动放大器、低噪声放大器均为GaAsMMIC芯片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,其特征在于,所述混频器制作在高介电常数的RO3010复合材料衬底上,采用二极管倒扣技术。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,其特征在于,所述发射天线和接收天线形状相同,位置对称。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,其特征在于,所述发射天线和接收天线为4阵微带贴片天线,其制作在RO3003复合材料上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,其特征在于,所述电路部分制作在0.254mm厚的RO3010复合材料衬底上。
8.根据权利要求1至7所述的电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,其特征在于,所述电路和天线分别用导电胶粘贴在圆柱型腔体下底板的内外两侧,中间用微带—同轴—微带转换器连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,其特征在于,所述圆柱型腔体的下底板为厚度为3mm的圆形铜板,所述微带—同轴—微带转换器为50Ω转换器。
10.根据权利要求9所述的电阻分功率型小型化双天线引信,其特征在于,所述引信设置在圆柱型腔体内,腔体直径为25mm,腔体深度为5mm,腔体外设置盖板。
