Claims (1)
- 一种利用江北地区黑松嫁接白皮松的育苗工艺,其特征在于:(1)、原料:用2年生黑松做砧木,以当年生白皮松枝头生长点处4~5cm段做接穗;(2)、嫁接时间:冬眠期,即当年的11月份至次年的1月份期间;(3)、嫁接部位:在黑松的生长顶部下方嫁接;(4)、光照、温湿度控制:在温控室内进行嫁接,遮荫,避免阳光直接照射;温度控制在15~25℃;相对湿度控制在60~80%;(5)、嫁接方法:采用劈接法,并在嫁接部位用膜绷缠;嫁接时保留萌芽母茎,即黑松的生长顶端,待成活后,将所留母茎切去;在6月份,将嫁接成活的树苗移出温控室,移栽大田;在移出温室前,将嫁接部位绷缠的膜破除。
