本发明涉及一种复合防水衬垫。本发明从上至下分别是第一层上层无纺布层、第二层均匀分布的膨润土层、第三层编织布层、第四层改性防水膜材层、第五层下层无纺布层；第一层、第二层、第三层通过针刺线连接在一起形成的复合材料与第四层、第五层通过热复合复合在一起形成的复合材料再通过加热隔距挤压复合在一起，在一侧根据需要钉吊带即可。本发明与现有粘土垫相比，制造工艺简单、一层改性防水膜材层和膨润土层同时起防渗作用，同时一侧根据需要钉吊带，防渗效果好、使用更方便。

本发明涉及一种复合防水衬垫。
背景技术
现在使用的防水防渗防腐物品，如膨润土垫，因为只有一层膨润土起防水防渗防腐作用，防渗防腐效果差，不能很好地满足各种使用条件的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制造简单、防水防渗防腐效果好、使用方便的复合防水衬垫。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，在结构上，从上至下分别是第一层上层无纺布层、第二层均匀分布的膨润土层、第三层编织布层、第四层改性防水膜材层、第五层下层无纺布层；第一层上层无纺布层、第二层均匀分布的膨润土层、第三层编织布层三层通过针刺线连接在一起，第四层改性防水膜材层、第五层下层无纺布层通过热复合复合在一起；第一层、第二层、第三层通过针刺线连接在一起形成的复合材料与第四层、第五层通过热复合复合在一起形成的复合材料再通过加热隔距挤压复合在一起，在一侧根据需要钉吊带即可。
本发明与现有粘土垫相比，由于第一层上层无纺布层、第二层均匀分布的膨润土层、第三层编织布层三层通过针刺线连接在一起，第四层改性防水膜材层、第五层下层无纺布层通过热复合复合在一起；第一层、第二层、第三层通过针刺线连接在一起形成的复合材料与第四层、第五层通过热复合复合在一起形成的复合材料再通过加热隔距挤压复合在一起即可，因此制造工艺简单、一层改性防水膜材层和膨润土层同时起防渗作用，同时一侧根据需要钉吊带，防渗效果好、使用更方便。

在结构上，从上至下分别是第一层上层无纺布层(1)、第二层均匀分布的膨润土层(2)、第三层编织布层(3)、第四层改性防水膜材层(4)、第五层下层无纺布层(5)；第一层上层无纺布层(1)、第二层均匀分布的膨润土层(2)、第三层编织布层(3)三层通过针刺线连接在一起，第四层改性防水膜材层(4)、第五层下层无纺布层(5)通过热复合复合在一起；第一层、第二层、第三层通过针刺线连接在一起形成的复合材料与第四层、第五层通过热复合复合在一起形成的复合材料再通过180度至280度加热熔融后隔距挤压复合在一起，在一侧根据需要钉吊带(6)即可。

1、吊带式复合防水衬垫，其特征在于：从上至下分别是第一层上层无纺布层、第二层均匀分布的膨润土层、第三层编织布层、第四层改性防水膜材层、第五层下层无纺布层；第一层上层无纺布层、第二层均匀分布的膨润土层、第三层编织布层三层通过针刺线连接在一起，第四层改性防水膜材层、第五层下层无纺布层通过热复合复合在一起；第一层、第二层、第三层通过针刺线连接在一起形成的复合材料与第四层、第五层通过热复合复合在一起形成的复合材料再通过加热隔距挤压复合在一起，在一侧根据需要钉吊带即可。
