Abstract
本发明是一种安全注射装置,其是由一液筒,一针头,一推杆,一套环,及一定位环所组合而成。该定位环是套接于插榫与筒环之间,以增加液筒的顶面应力;以便可通过套环套接于杆柱前端,针头套合于插榫,而于施打后前推,使杆突的柱颈卡扣于插榫内的卡环后,再对推杆予以一前推力量,从而使撕裂沟断裂,进而导致针头与液筒分离后,将该推杆往后拉回,使针头、推杆前端的一部分、定位环及套环容置于筒室内。

技术领域
本发明是一种安全注射装置,尤指一种于注射后拉回,可使针头回缩至液筒内而不外露,以有效防止再使用的注射装置。尤有进者,本发明经由一定位环的设置,可避免注射或运输过程中,该插榫因撕裂沟下方的弱面设计所导致的摇晃现象发生,并有效避免漏液,以改善长年来注射装置的缺失。
背景技术
注射装置,例如注射针筒在医疗器材中占有极大比重,尤其近年来一些难以治疗的疾病,例如艾滋病的蔓延,以致受注射感染的案例不断发生。因此,也引起各界对医疗器材的重视,尤以注射针筒为甚,是以,具自毁功能的一次性的注射针筒乃成为必然且无法避免的趋势。
现有的安全注射针筒,大抵而言,是由针头、液筒、推杆、套环及外筒结合而成。其中,针头是连结于液筒前端,而推杆套接套环后可滑移地容置于液筒内,而后置入外筒内,并呈可滑移状态,为使其可为一次式,较大部分的设计是侧重于注射后将针筒内缩,并使其无法再外露,当然亦有针头内抽式的设计,而其作法是使针头于注射后内缩,不复再为汲液使用。
这些方式固然可达针头不复外露,且无法再汲取药液的基本功能,唯其缺失在于零组件较多或是复杂,成本较高,以致难以普及化,就医疗废弃物而言,更是加重处理上的成本与困难度。
如中国台湾专利局于2003年7月1日公告的公告编号为540385号的「二件式回缩安全针筒」专利案所示,其具有可供推杆置入的筒体(液筒)一端设有针座,该针座在周边与筒体间形成有撕裂沟槽,针座上设有一具穿孔的中座,推杆在相对于中座一端设有可穿置卡扣在穿孔的扣块者。以便可通过推杆端头与针座卡固后,当推杆拉回针座同时破坏撕裂沟槽,使固定有注射针的针座移至筒体内部,以防止注射针外露的意外伤害发生。为其缺失在于,因该液筒顶面具有撕裂沟槽的弱面设计,可能导致该针座于注射或运输过程中,经由外力所产生的力矩而造成摇晃情况发生,甚至因撕裂沟槽的破裂而导致漏液。
特别是,现有的注射针筒由于注射时将推榫推到尽头后,便有一段余液间隙,亦即,无法使药液完全注射入体内,因而造成药液残余于针筒内,形成浪费,且降低注射的有效剂量。
有鉴于此,本发明申请人本于多年来从事安全注射装置设计及产销的经验,期能克服前述安全针筒的诸多缺失,经再三实验与测试,进而发展出本发明的「安全注射装置」。
发明内容
本发明主要目的在于提供一种安全注射装置,其包括:一液筒,内部具一筒室,前端具一插榫并开具一通孔,其底部开口向内突设一卡环,而该插榫与及外侧的筒环相连的顶面上,设有一涡旋形撕裂沟;一针头,是以一注射针连结于一针座,其中央具一座孔,以便可结合于插榫;一推杆,为长条状,其前端的杆头轴向延伸一杆柱,且杆柱最前端则具一尖锥状的杆突,其后方则设有一缩小外径的柱颈;一套环,为软质材料制成,其外径对应于筒室,内部具一环室供杆柱穿越,且其前端的杆突则通过环室前方的轴孔;一定位环,是套接于插榫与筒环之间,以增加液筒的顶面应力;通过套环套接于杆柱前端,针头套合于插榫,而于施打后前推,使杆突的柱颈卡扣于插榫内的卡环后,再对推杆予以一前推力量,从而使撕裂沟断裂,进而导致针头与液筒分离后,将该推杆往后拉回,使针头、推杆前端的一部分、定位环及套环容置于筒室内。
本发明次要目的在于提供一种安全注射装置,其中该筒室近后端开口向内突设一接环,其是与推杆的杆头部的两前、后杆翼的卡扣。再者,该杆头部后方外径缩小形成一杆颈,以便当推杆的杆头部卡扣于筒室的接环时,对推杆施加外力,可于杆颈形成断裂。
本发明又一目的在于提供一种安全注射装置,其中该推杆末端具一外径较大的推片,而杆身则由若干片放射状的片体形成,而前端则具有一杆头部。此外,该杆柱径向突设一滑动部,其是由两周缘具斜削面的前、后环翼所构成,以便共同包夹套环后壁的环孔,以便当套环抵住液筒的顶面时,该两环翼进入环室内,并可在其内滑动, 以便杆突的柱颈卡扣于插榫内的卡环。
本发明再一目的在于提供一种安全注射装置,其中该推杆底部的推片向前方突伸一折片,其与推片间具有一可折断的切角,并以液筒底部侧向伸出的翼片作为前移的止档。
本发明又一目的在于提供一种安全注射装置,其中该杆柱顶面设有一倾斜面,使拉回筒室内的顶面内壁及针头因接触该倾斜面而呈现出偏斜状。
本发明再一目的在于提供一种安全注射装置,其中该定位环是以软质弹性材料所制成。

具体实施方式
如图1a至图4所示,基本上,本发明的注射装置是由一液筒1,一针头2,一推杆3,一套环4,及一定位环5所组合而成。
其中,液筒1为中空状,其内部具一筒室11供容置注射药液,而其后方则设有一对翼片12,以便供人握持之用。而液筒1前端则具一外径较小且中央具一通孔13的插榫14,其与及外侧的筒环15相连的顶面16上,则设有一具厚薄变化的涡旋形撕裂沟17,其目的在使注射后针头2连用插榫14可于继续前推时,可将撕裂沟17撕裂,而形成自毁的效果。此外,该插榫14邻接顶面16内壁则向内突设一卡环18。
此外,该筒室11近后端开口向内突设一接环19,其是与杆头部33的两周缘具斜削面的前、后杆翼331、332的卡扣,以利推杆3的定位,以利杆颈37的折断。
尤有进者,另将一定位环5套接于插榫14与筒环15之间,该定位环5得为硬质或软质材料所制成,但以软质弹性材料,例如橡胶材料为佳。此外,该定位环5是接触顶面16,可避免因具有撕裂沟17的弱面设计所可能导致该插榫14摇晃的情况发生,同时若撕裂沟17不慎破裂,该定位环5还进一步肩负止漏的效果。是以,该定位环5的主要目的在于:(1)防止插榫14受到外力所产生的力矩而造成撕裂沟17意外破裂;以及(2)防止撕裂沟17意外破裂后药剂的泄漏,使撕裂沟17即便是意外造成轻微泄漏,仍然不丧失注射的功能。
针头2是为现有技术,其具有一注射针21连结于针座22,该针座22中央则具一座孔23,并可连通于注射针21的针孔,且座孔23内径是对应于前述插榫14外径,以便可紧密套合。实则,该座孔23由注射针21向插榫14方向呈略为斜向扩张为佳,但不以此为限。
推杆3是为长条状,其末端具一外径较大的推片31,且其杆身32得为由若干片放射状的片体形成,而前端则具一杆头部33,该杆头部33前方轴向延伸一杆柱34,并径向突设一滑动部35,其是由两周缘具斜削面的前、后环翼351、352所构成,以便共同包夹套环4后壁的环孔42。而杆柱34最前端则为一尖锥状的杆突36,其是为斜向外张的矢形,后方则具一直削并缩小外径的柱颈361。
实施时.该推杆3以一体成型为佳,唯不以此为限,例如杆头部33与杆柱34得以采用二分离组件结合为一体。
特别是,该杆头部33后方外径缩小形成一杆颈37。此外,为使针头2可于注射后回拉时的偏斜,是以,如图所示,该杆柱34顶面设有一倾斜面38,其作动方式容后再叙。再者,为避免本发明于运送过程中或不慎让注射装置自毁,是以,如图4b所示,该推片31向前方突伸一折片39,其与推片31间具有可折断的切角,并以翼片12作为前移的止档,而不致使杆突36因运输过程或操作不慎的情况下,而卡扣于插榫14内的卡环18。
套环4为软质材料制成,唯不限于橡胶材料,其外径尺寸对应于前述的筒室11,以便可紧密塞合,而其内部的环室41后方开具一环孔42,供与前述的两环翼351、352套接,且前端则具一尺寸较小的轴孔43,以便供杆突34的穿出。其中,该环室41具有相当的纵深,以便滑动部35的环翼351、352可在其内滑动。
请再参阅图式,本发明于组立时先将套环4套合于杆柱34,使杆突34由轴孔43穿出,且两环翼351、352套接于环孔42,而后将推杆3连同套环4嵌套入液筒1的筒室11内,且针头2通过针座22嵌套于插榫14,即呈现如图2及图4所示的立体图及剖面图,并可为汲取药液状态。
于汲取药液的后,并当施打及注射时,是为如图5所示,此时,以手指前推推杆3,使其前端套环4沿着筒室11前移,并挤压药液,使其通过插榫14及针头2,而注射于体内。
如图6所示,当套环4连同推杆3推顶至液筒1的前方顶面16内壁,使药液为的挤出,且其前端穿出的杆突36伸入通孔13内,使药液残余降至最低。
当注射完后,如图7所示,则在将推杆3前推,使杆突36后方的柱颈361卡扣于插榫14内的卡环18,而滑动部35的两前、后环翼351、352因套环4抵住液筒1的顶面16内壁,而继续前进,并分别进入环室41内。如图8所示,当推杆3继续前推,该涡旋形撕裂沟1 7即因断裂,而使顶面16与液筒1分离,直到前环翼351触及环室41前端,而无法再前推为止,即可有效防止再使用。
如图9所示,将推杆3回拉,此时连同套环4、插榫14、定位环5及针头2后拉至筒室11内,直到筒室11后端开口的接环19与前、后杆翼331、332形成卡扣,使推杆3不致再回拉的可能。此时,杆柱34的前端面因具有倾斜面38的设置,而使顶面16内壁及针头2因接触该倾斜面38而呈现出偏斜状。
如图10所示,此时,可经由榫颈37处将推杆3折断,使针头2、推杆3的一部分及套环4是留存于筒室11内,即使抛弃,亦无安全上的困扰。
所以,经由本发明的实施,其确实可使针头不致于施打回收后再前推,而有效地防止注射装置的再利用所产生的困扰。而该定位环是套接于插榫与筒环之间,其可避免因具有撕裂沟的弱面设计所可能导致插榫摇晃的情况,并进一步具有止漏的效果。再者,本发明套环的特殊设计,使组装及注射完药液前,具有符合法规要求的阻挡效果。此外,本发明推杆的滑动部能在施打药液后,再稍加施力,可使其通过该套环后方的环孔,以便让推杆前端进入环室内,并继续向前锁定并顶破撕裂沟。尤有进者,本发明于不增加零组件的优势下,同时降低成本制程,并于整体结构上可有效地使药液为最大施打量,避免残留;而杆柱的倾斜面设计,可让拉回针头达到倾斜的目的;以及通过由推杆的推片向前方突伸一折片的防呆设计,使本发明不致因运输过程或操作不慎的情况下,而造成自毁的困扰,诚为同类物品前所未见的一大佳构。
本发明所揭示的,乃较佳实施例的一种,举凡局部的变更或修饰而源于本发明的技术思想而为熟习该项技艺的人所易于推知的,俱不脱本发明的专利权范畴。
Claims (8)
1.一种安全注射装置,其特征在于包括:
一液筒,内部具一筒室,前端具一插榫并开具一通孔,其底部开口向内突设一卡环,而该插榫与及外侧的筒环相连的顶面上,设有一涡旋形撕裂沟;
一针头,是以一注射针连结于一针座,其中央具一座孔,以便可结合于插榫;
一推杆,为长条状,其前端的杆头轴向延伸一杆柱,且杆柱最前端则具一尖锥状的杆突,其后方则设有一缩小外径的柱颈;
一套环,为软质材料制成,其外径对应于筒室,内部具一环室供杆柱穿越,且其前端的杆突则通过环室前方的轴孔;
一定位环,是套接于插榫与筒环之间,以增加液筒的顶面应力;
通过套环套接于杆柱前端,针头套合于插榫,而于施打后前推,使杆突的柱颈卡扣于插榫内的卡环后,再对推杆予以一前推力量,从而使撕裂沟断裂,进而导致针头与液筒分离后,将该推杆往后拉回,使针头、推杆前端的一部分、定位环及套环容置于筒室内。
2.如权利要求1所述的安全注射装置,其特征在于,所述该筒室近后端开口向内突设一接环,其是与推杆的杆头部的两前、后杆翼的卡扣。
3.如权利要求2所述的安全注射装置,其特征在于,所述该杆头部后方外径缩小形成一杆颈,以便当推杆的杆头部卡扣于筒室的接环时,对推杆施加外力,可于杆颈形成断裂。
4.如权利要求1所述的安全注射装置,其特征在于,所述该定位环是以软质弹性材料所制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的安全注射装置,其特征在于,所述该推杆末端具一外径较大的推片,而杆身则由若干片放射状的片体形成,而前端则具有一杆头部。
6.如权利要求1所述的安全注射装置,其特征在于,所述该杆柱径向突设一滑动部,其是由两周缘具斜削面的前、后环翼所构成,以便共同包夹套环后壁的环孔,以便当套环抵住液筒的顶面时,该两环翼进入环室内,并可在其内滑动,以便杆突的柱颈卡扣于插榫内的卡环。
7.如权利要求1所述的安全注射装置,其特征在于,所述该杆柱顶面设有一倾斜面,使拉回筒室内的顶面内壁及针头因接触该倾斜面而呈现出偏斜状。
