Abstract

一种利用机械能、电能的原理设制而成的“两驱动一体发电设备”,它充分的利用了机械能、电能的原理,科学的开发出了它潜在的能量,使发电机相对运转发电,提高了能源的转换效率,减少资源的消耗,在利用了可再生能源的同时也减少了对环境的污染。

Description

两驱动一体发电设备
本发明属发电设备,是一种两个驱动装置转动带动一个能够相对旋转(运动)的“两驱动一体发电设备”。
电是由能源转换而成的,有形的资源随着逐渐的开采最终将会枯萎。人类的生存需要能源,可再生能源的利用是节省有形能源实现可持续发展的唯一路子。这样能合理的利用有形能源开发利用可再生清节的风能资源、减少环境的污染、保护生态平衡、为了人类生存是全世界各国政府备加关注、解决的一大问题。目前世界各国所用的发电机大都主要是由定子、轴了、端盖、外盖、轴过相关配件、紧固件组成的,外部动力通过相关配件将动能传到转轴上转子转动发电。发电机输效率及做功的大小主要取决于发电机的转速和发电机利用能量的转换效率。由于能量转换时摩擦力的存在制约潜在的能量不能有效的发挥利用。
为使发电机提高能源利用率、克服目前发电机不能更有效发挥潜在的能量、转换成电能,向使用者提供更多的动力,本发明提供一种“两驱动一体发电设备”、该“两驱动一体发电设备”充分科学巧妙的利用机械及电的原理、使发电设备更有效的将动能源转换成了电能为使用者提供了更足的电能、减少了能源的消耗。
本发明解决的技术问题所采用的技术方案是在支撑架上装有机架,机架上装有发电机、装有调向系统装置、调向电机、防护系统装置、控制系统装置、液压控制装置、传动装置、转动装置。发电机的两端分别装有传动装置、变速装置、控制刹车系统装置及与驱动轮配装的轴,这些系统装置、机构、配件分别通过不同的配件连接件按照顺序装在机架上、有外壳罩装。壳的外面两端的轴分别沿不同方向向外伸出、并分别设配装有轮毂、驱动轮、导流罩。发电机的外壳内、外设配装有两套可转动的装置,外面的外壳内装有线绕组铁芯、铁芯内延内圈分布有多个槽、槽内钳有线绕组、绕组按要求顺序连接后与导电体分别连接输出。装铁芯的外壳的两端分别装有端盖,端盖(右面)中心有一个孔、向外凸伸的中段有一台节、台节上设配装有绝缘体制成的骨架、骨架上设配装有导电物体、并与线绕组连接。延导电物体外园上另压配装有导电物体、此导电物体接有导线将电能传导输出,凸出的外段制有一个轴承台,轴承台上配装有轴承、轴承另与发电机的外壳端盖配装,外壳端盖与外壳配装有紧固件固装。端盖(左面)的内面设制有一个轴承盒、轴承盒内设装有轴承、端盖有紧固件与铁芯外壳固装在一起。铁芯外壳的另一端(左面)同样也有一个端盖通过紧固件配装、端盖内(左面)也设制有一个轴承盒、轴承盒内设配装有轴承。端盖的外面延(右面)凸伸的中段设制有一个轴承台、轴承上配装有轴承,轴承与发电机外壳(左面)的端盖配装有紧固件与外壳固装、组成一个带有线绕组的转动装置。端盖(左面)的外面轴承台延伸出一段并被制成转动装置的轴。在铁芯内设装有一个导磁的转子,转子中心设配装有一根转子轴、轴的两端分别在不同位置装有轴承,两轴承分别与铁芯、端盖内装的轴承配装组成另一个转动装置。两转动装置组成“两驱动一体发电机”。转子轴的(左面)左段从铁芯端盖(左面)的中心孔中、外壳端盖中心孔中穿出。在内转子轴、铁芯端盖轴顶段分别设配装有传动机构装置、转动装置,并都与发电机的两个轴为同一个中心。两传动装置分别设配装有变速装置,变速装置的另一端又分别与刹车系统、传动装置、轮毂、转动轮、导流罩顺序配装连接固定,组成“两驱动一体发电设备”。刹车盘、发电机、轮毂、转动轮、导流罩、转动机构为同一个中心。动力驱动转动轮转动、转动轮通过传动机构装置、变速装置、转动系统机构装置、将动能传到发电机的轴上,有于驱动轮制做成形后的角度相反,一个方向来的动力两驱动轮旋转的方向相反。两驱动轮通过各相关系统、结构装置、将动能传发电机两个轴的能力为一个反向动力致使“两驱动一体发电机”的两转动装置中的内转与带线绕组的转动装置(轮子)分别向不同的方向相对旋转(运转)、使发电机相对旋转、转速提高切割磁力线增加输出效率提高、达到节能提高效率、减少资源消耗的目的。本发明不受能源种类、规格、机型用处的限制,可根据不同的能源、用处、要求的不同利用本发明的原理制造出适合不同能源、不同机型、不同用处、不同规格的“两驱动一体发电设备”(以及其它两向旋转装置设备)
本发明的有益效果是使用一种能源、一个方向的动力可方便的是能源动力使发电设备将潜在的能量发挥出来,致使输出效率提高。

具体实施方案:
在图1、图2中“两驱动一体发电设备”支承架10上设配装有机架a、机架a外面设配装有外壳9、机架a上面设配装有发电机1,控制系统装置,防护系统装置5、调向系统装置、调向电机6,发电机1的两端的轴分别与传动装置c,传动装置c′通过紧固件分别连接配装,传动装置c、传动装置c′分别与变速装置,3变速装置、3′连接配装,转动件上分别设配按装有液压、控制、制动、刹车系统装置2、2′,右变速装置3、变速装置3′的外端分别通过传动装置4、传动装置4′连接装置,配件b、b′与转动轮7、转动轮7′分别连接配装。转动轮7、转动轮7′中间位置分别与导流罩8、导流罩8’配装组成“两驱动一体发电设备”。
在图1所示实施例构造中参照图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、在发电机外壳1-1内设配装有铁芯外壳1-3、在铁芯外壳1-3内设配装有线绕组铁芯1-5、铁芯1-5延内圈分布制有多个槽1-7,槽1-7内分别装有线绕组1-6的线圈,铁芯外壳1-3的两端分别通过紧固件1-19、1-19′与端盖轴1-4、端盖轴1-4′配装,端盖轴1-4、端盖轴1-4′延内中间分别设制有轴承盒1-16″,轴承盒内设配装有轴承1-17′、轴承1-17′,端盖1-4(右端)延外凸伸中段设制成一个台节、台节上设配装有绝缘骨架1-9,骨架1-9外园上设配装有导电物体1-11,线绕组1-6输出端1-14通过端盖轴1-4的导电输出孔1-13分别与不同的导电物体1-11连接,延不同相位的导电物体1-11的外园压接有不同导电物体1-10、导电物体上各接有导线并分别将发电机发出的不同相位的电连接输出到指定的位置上。端盖轴1-4的凸伸延外段设制有一个轴承台,轴承台上设配装有轴承1-16,轴承1-16外园与端盖1-2配装,端盖1-2通过紧固件与外壳1-1配装固定,端盖轴1-4中心有一个孔1-20。铁芯外壳1-3的另端(左端)配装有一个盖端轴1-4′,端盖轴1-4′的延外凸伸中段设制有一个轴承台,轴承台上配装有轴承1-16′延轴承台外伸出一节为轴与传动装置配装,轴承1-16′与外园外端盖1-2′配装通过紧固件与外壳1-1配装,组成一个转动装置。在铁芯1-5的内部设配装有一个转子1-8、转子1-8由产导磁物体制成。转子的中间设配装有一根转子轴1-12,转子轴1-12的两端分别设有轴承台,轴承台分别配装有轴承1-17,轴承1-17的外园与端盖轴1-4配装通过紧固件1-19与铁芯外壳1-3固配装,轴1-12的左端从端盖轴1-4、外壳端盖1-2的中间孔中穿出。与传动装置4配装,转子轴1-12的另一端上配装有轴承并与端盖轴1-4′配装通过紧固件与铁芯外壳1-3的右端配装,组成为一个转动装置,两个转动装置和相关系统机构装置组成一个两驱动一体发电机。

Claims (6)

1.一种两驱动装置一体发电设备,在支承架上设计配装有机架,机架上设计配装有发电机,调向系统装置,防护装置,两液压刹车装置,变速装置,传动装置,驱动装置,控制系统装置,上述各装置通过连接件分别顺序连接配装,其特征是:
所述发电机上设有两个能转动的轴,分别为驱动轴和端盖轴,所述发电设备具有两套转动装置组成的发电机,两套转动装置分别为:所述驱动轴设计配装组成的驱动轴转动装置,所述端盖轴设计配装组成的端盖轴转动装置;其中,两套转动装置使用的是同一个线绕组和同一个外壳;
所述端盖轴既是轴、又是发电机端盖,与发电机配装又作为轴与设计配装的传动装置顺序连接配装;
所述发电设备配装有两个驱动转动轮组成所述驱动装置,并与所述两套转动装置分别顺序连接配装,所述两个驱动转动轮叶片制成后的角度相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的两驱动装置一体发电设备,其特征是两组驱动轮、所述驱动轮各自的导流罩、所述驱动轮各自的传动装置、发电机、刹车系统装置为同一中心。
3.根据权利要求1所述的两驱动装置一体发电设备,其特征是发电机的两端还分别设计配装有导流罩。
4.根据权利要求1所述的两驱动装置一体发电设备,其特征是发电机两端分别与所述两个驱动转动轮、导流罩顺序配装在所述两驱动装置一体发电设备的两端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的两驱动装置一体发电设备,其特征是所述驱动轴和端盖轴分别设在发电机的两端并向外伸出、与发电机为同一轴心。
6.根据权利要求1所述的两驱动装置一体发电设备,其特征是发电机线绕组、铁芯外壳、铁芯、端盖轴、外壳为同一个中心组成一个带有线绕组的转动装置。
