Abstract

一种风力发电机的传动结构,为解决目前风力发电机的塔架负荷大,成本高等问题,本发明采用与叶片或者涡轮连接的水平传动轴驱动塔架内部的竖直传动轴,带动地面的变速箱或者直接带动发电机最终实现发电,这样可以使发电机安装在地面,腾出负荷能力提高叶片直径和转化能力,并大幅度降低塔架成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风力发电机,尤其是风力发电机的传动结构。
背景技术
目前的风力发电机多数是采用叶片式直驱结构,或者经过变速箱驱动发电机,这种动力通常为满足不同风速发电,发电机经常会做得很大,加载于承重塔顶部,会大大增加承重强度,使承重塔成本几何数量级攀升而影响整机发电效益和投资价值。
发明内容
本发明的任务是设计出塔负荷小、经济效益高的风力发电机传动结构。
本发明的是采用与叶片或者涡轮连接的水平传动轴驱动塔架内部的竖直传动轴,带动地面的变速箱或者直接带动发电机最终实现发电。叶片或者涡轮可以与定向的尾翼构成重力平衡。
采用轴传动结构可以将发电安装在地面,大大减轻了塔架的负荷。
具体实施方式
具体实施中,可以将塔架内部设置多个轴承,使内部的传动轴良好运行。
连接叶片或者涡轮的水平传动轴与塔内部的竖直传动轴之间,水平轴可以采用轴近似垂直方向的单槽螺纹,竖直轴采用盘式边缘齿轮结构,螺纹间距与齿轮数可以决定竖直轴的转速,取决于传动功率大小及竖直轴的强度。这样也可以将叶片旋转的水平方向的动力变化成竖直的方向的动力,驱动发电机及相关设备。
另外,传动轴也可以采用多条传动轴可靠连接解决长度问题。

Claims (3)

1.一种风力发电机的动力传动结构,其特征是采用与叶片或者涡轮连接的水平传动轴驱动塔架内部的竖直传动轴,带动地面的变速箱或者直接带动发电机。
2.如权利要求1所述,其特征是水平轴采用轴近似垂直方向的单槽螺纹,竖直轴采用盘式边缘齿轮结构。
3.如权利要求1所述,其特征是传动轴也可以采用多条传动轴可靠连接。
