Abstract

一种风力发电机的结构,为解决受风面积小,积累风压不高,使叶片动力不足,造成风力发电机功率低下,从而使风力发电成本攀高而影响投资动力的问题,本发明采用轮盘式结构和每个轮支架两端的轮叶上设置可以顺风张开逆风收缩的帆布或帆板构成的风力发电机,这样就可以提高风能吸收率3倍以上,广泛用于环保的风力发电场所。

本发明涉及一种风力发电机,尤其是风力发电机的结构。
背景技术
目前的风力发电机多数是流线形叶片式结构,这样受风面积小,积累风压不高,使叶片动力不足,造成风力发电机功率低下,从而使风力发电成本攀高而影响投资动力。
发明内容
本发明的任务是设计投产出受风面积大、能量吸收好的风力发电机。
本发明是采用轮盘式结构和每个轮支架两端的轮叶上设置可以顺风张开逆风收缩的帆布或帆板构成的风力发电机。风帆在轮盘中可以采用位于上半圆时张开,在下半圆时收缩,一般平原地形采用这类型;也可以反过来,在下半圆时张开,上半圆收缩,只是这样转轮旋转的方向会相反,上半圆张开,一般在山凹地面风力大时采用这类型。
采用轮盘式结构和轮叶上设置可以顺风张开逆风收缩的帆布,可以极大增加受风面积,提高能量吸收率。
具体实施方式
具体实施中,可以将轮盘做成2对4支架、3对6支架和4对8支架三种类型,一般采用3对6支架效益比最佳。轮盘固定可以采用对称的双轮盘中承重架,这适合于自动适应风向结构,也可以采用双承重架和中轮盘或者三轮盘,这适合于与承重架一起转动适应风向结构。
轮支架两端的轮叶上设置的帆板或者帆布。帆板采用百叶窗类型分成多条,凸轮改变方向,使帆板顺风方向时变成竖直,逆风方向时水平,这样风力也就可以连续加载在帆板上推动轮盘转动;帆布采用多点收缩方式,分成多组进行收缩和张开操作,为稳定帆布受力时的帆型,可以在帆布中间适当开泄风孔。
这样帆板或者帆布顺风时受力面积极大,逆风向最小,推动发电机发电。

1.一种风力发电机的结构,其特征是采用轮盘式结构和每个轮支架两端的轮叶上设置可以顺风张开逆风收缩的帆布或帆板构成的风力发电机。
2.如权利要求1所述,其特征是帆板采用百叶窗类型分成多条,凸轮改变方向,使帆板顺风方向时变成竖直,逆风方向时水平。
3.如权利要求1所述,其特征是帆布采用多点收缩方式,分成多组进行收缩和张开操作。
