Abstract

在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的系统和方法,当终端用户作被叫时,该系统将呼叫临时接续到媒体广告发布设备(MABE),媒体广告发布设备(MABE)向主叫电话用户播放媒体广告,广告播放完毕后,该系统将呼叫接续到被叫终端;当移动电话用户接收短消息时,媒体广告发布设备(MABE)通过短消息网关(SMG)向发送短消息的移动电话号码发送广告信息,发送短消息的用户会接收到广告信息;当移动电话用户接收多媒体消息时,媒体广告发布设备(MABE)通过多媒体消息网关(MMSR)向发送多媒体消息的移动电话号码发送多媒体广告信息,发送多媒体消息的用户接收到多媒体广告信息。

技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信技术领域,特别是在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的系统和方法。
背景技术
在目前的移动通信领域,移动电话业务的发展给人们带来了很多方便,但随着移动电话业务的普及和发展,移动电话在人们的日常生活和工作中发挥越来越重要的作用,移动电话网络已经具备了宣传媒体的特征,但目前还没有在移动电话网络上实现广告媒体的系统和方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的系统和方法,以在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体业务。
本发明的技术方案是:
在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的系统,其特征在于该系统包括:媒体广告发布设备(MABE)、媒体广告管理设备(MAME)、消息采集装置(MCD)、移动交换中心(MSC)、业务交换点(SSP)、业务控制点(SCP)、短消息网关(SMG)、多媒体消息网关(MMSR),其中:媒体广告管理设备(MAME)是计算机构成的系统,用于管理广告媒体,以及设置广告媒体的播放时间区间,从而使移动通信网络成为大众广告媒体,该大众广告媒体传播广告信息的方式为:当终端用户作被叫时,主叫端业务交换点(SSP)把呼叫触发到业务控制点(SCP),业务控制点(SCP)控制主叫端移动交换中心(MSC)把呼叫临时接续到媒体广告发布设备(MABE),媒体广告发布设备(MABE)向主叫电话用户播放广告媒体,广告播放完毕后,业务控制点(SCP)控制主叫端移动交换中心(MSC)把呼叫接续到被叫终端;当移动电话用户接收短消息时,媒体广告发布设备(MABE)获得该消息后,向发送短消息的用户发送广告短信息;当移动电话用户接收多媒体消息时,媒体广告发布设备(MABE)获得该消息后,向发送多媒体消息的用户发送多媒体广告消息。
媒体广告发布设备(MABE)是带有7号信令接口和语音接口模块的计算机系统。
消息采集装置(MCD)包括短消息采集单元,用于采集向广告媒体载体移动用户发送短消息的信息;多媒体消息采集单元,用于采集向广告媒体载体移动用户发送多媒体消息的信息;消息存储单元,用于把采集到的消息存储到目的地址。
优选地,所述的消息采集装置(MCD)设置于媒体广告发布设备(MABE)中。
优选地,所述的消息采集装置(MCD)的短消息采集单元设置于短消息中心(SMSC);所述的消息采集装置(MCD)的多媒体消息采集单元设置于多媒体消息中心(MMSC);所述的消息采集装置(MCD)的消息存储单元设置于媒体广告发布设备(MABE)中。
优选地,所述的消息采集装置(MCD)的短消息采集单元设置于信令采集中心;所述的消息采集装置(MCD)的多媒体消息采集单元设置于信令采集中心;所述的消息采集装置(MCD)的消息存储单元设置于媒体广告发布设备(MABE)中。
所述的短消息中心(SMSC)是完成短消息的接收、通知、调度、下发、前转、递送报告等功能的移动通信网络中的节点设备。
所述的多媒体消息中心(MMSC)主要完成多媒体消息的接收、通知、调度、下发、前转、递送报告等功能的移动通信网络中的节点设备。
所述的信令采集中心(SCS)主要完成采集到短消息中心(SMSC)的信令、采集到多媒体消息中心的信令等功能的移动通信网络中的检测设备。
移动业务交换中心(MSC)用于完成移动电话用户发起的呼叫接续过程,以及用于把移动电话用户发起的短消息传送到短消息中心(SMSC)。
业务交换点(SSP)用于接收移动业务交换中心(MSC)始发的到广告媒体载体移动用户的呼叫业务请求,并发送呼叫业务触发请求消息到业务控制点(SCP),然后,接收业务控制点(SCP)发出的对该呼叫的下一步接续的控制指令消息,控制移动业务交换机进行下一步的呼叫接续。
业务控制点(SCP)用于接收业务交换点(SSP)发送过来的有关作被叫的广告媒体载体移动用户的呼叫触发消息,并按照广告媒体载体移动用户的被叫业务流程,控制业务交换点(SSP)的下一步接续过程。
其中,所述的广告媒体载体移动用户是智能网签约用户。
其中:优选地,所述的广告媒体载体移动用户的被叫业务流程是指业务控制点(SCP)控制业务交换点(SSP)把在广告时间区间内的呼叫,接续到媒体广告发布设备(MABE),当媒体广告发布设备(MABE)播放完毕广告之后,再控制业务交换点(SSP)把呼叫接续到被叫移动电话号码;把在广告时间区间之外的呼叫,控制业务交换点(SSP)把呼叫直接接续到被叫移动电话号码。
短消息网关(SMG)用于接收媒体广告发布设备(MABE)发送短消息的请求命令后,把该短消息经短消息中心(SMSC)发送到目标移动电话号码。
多媒体消息网关(MMSR)用于接收媒体广告发布设备(MABE)发送多媒体消息的请求命令后,把该多媒体消息经多媒体消息中心(MMSC)发送到目标移动电话号码。
在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:在短消息业务中加入广告的步骤;在多媒体消息业务中加入多媒体消息广告的步骤;在呼叫过程中加入多媒体广告的步骤;其中所述的在短消息业务中加入广告的步骤包括:
(1)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)获得移动电话用户A向广告媒体载体移动用户B发送短消息的信息;
(2)如果当前时间在广告时间区间之内,则媒体广告发布设备(MABE)向移动电话用户A发送该时间段内的广告信息;否则,媒体广告发布设备(MABE)不向移动电话用户A发送广告信息;
(3)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)产生发布广告的记录信息。
所述的在多媒体消息业务中加入广告的步骤包括:
①媒体广告发布设备(MABE)获得移动电话用户C向广告媒体载体移动用户D发送多媒体消息的信息;
②如果当前时间在广告时间区间之内,则媒体广告发布设备(MABE)向移动电话用户C发送该时间段内的多媒体广告信息;否则,媒体广告发布设备(MABE)不向移动电话用户C发送广告信息;
③媒体广告发布设备(MABE)产生发布多媒体广告的记录信息。
所述的在呼叫过程中加入多媒体广告的步骤包括:
(一)电话用户D通过MSC/SSP向广告媒体载体移动用户E发起呼叫;
(二)MSC/SSP向SCP发送业务触发请求,如果当前时间在广告时间区间之内,则SCP控制MSC/SSP将呼叫建立到媒体广告发布设备(MABE);否则,SCP控制MSC/SSP将呼叫接续到广告媒体载体移动用户E;
(三)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)接收到呼叫后,向电话用户D播放多媒体广告,广告播放预置的时长后,SCP控制MSC/SSP将呼叫接续到广告媒体载体移动用户E,同时,关闭到媒体广告发布设备(MABE)的呼叫分支;
(四)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)结束多媒体广告的播放,并产生播放多媒体广告的记录信息。
本发明的效果是:将移动通信网络用户发展为广告媒体,拓宽了广告载体,向企业提供可统计的广告媒体,包括短消息、多媒体消息、语音、影像等,特别是在3G网络之后,通过移动通信媒体可以向3G用户提供视频广告、动画广告等。

参阅图1,是在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的系统结构图,其中,媒体广告管理设备(MAME)100与媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110之间通过TCP/IP的套接字(Socket)建立逻辑链路连接,通过约定格式的消息内容进行通信。
媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110与短消息网关(SMG)130之间通过TCP/IP的套接字(Socket)建立逻辑链路连接,通过约定格式的消息内容进行通信。
媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110与多媒体消息网关(MMSR)140之间通过TCP/IP的套接字(Socket)建立逻辑链路连接,通过约定格式的消息内容进行通信。
媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110与移动交换中心(MSCa)150a之间通过信令传输网络190建立信令链路的逻辑连接,通过媒体传输线路建立媒体链路的逻辑连接。
广告媒体载体移动电话用户170通过移动交换网络与移动交换中心(MSCb)150b建立连接。
移动电话号码180用户通过移动交换网络与移动交换中心(MSCa)150a建立连接。
移动交换中心(MSCa)150a与业务交换点(SSPa)160之间通过信令输线路进行连接,采用7号信令协议进行通信。
业务交换点(SSPa)160与业务控制点(SCP)120之间通过信令传输网络190建立信令链路的逻辑连接。
参阅图2,本发明用于在短消息业务中加入广告的步骤,包括:
1)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110获得移动电话用户180向广告媒体载体移动用户170发送短消息的信息;
2)如果当前时间在广告时间区间之内,则媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110向移动电话用户180发送该时间段内的广告短消息;否则,媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110不向移动电话用户180发送广告短消息;
3)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110产生发布短消息广告的记录信息。

1)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110获得移动电话用户180向广告媒体载体移动用户170发送多媒体消息的信息;
2)如果当前时间在广告时间区间之内,则媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110向移动电话用户180发送该时间段内的多媒体广告消息;否则,媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110不向移动电话用户180发送多媒体广告消息;
3)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110产生发布多媒体消息广告的记录信息。
参阅图4,本发明用于在呼叫过程中加入多媒体广告的步骤,包括:
1)电话用户180通过MSC150a向广告媒体载体移动用户170发起呼叫;
2)SSP160向SCP120发送业务触发请求,如果当前时间在广告时间区间之内,则SCP120控制SSP160将呼叫建立到媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110;否则,SCP120控制SSP160将呼叫接续到广告媒体载体移动用户170;
3)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110接收到呼叫后,向电话用户180播放多媒体广告,广告播放预置的时长后,SCP120控制SSP160将呼叫接续到广告媒体载体移动用户170,同时,关闭到媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110的呼叫分支;
4)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110结束多媒体广告的播放,并产生播放多媒体广告的记录信息。
为了便于进一步理解本发明,下面结合具体实施例进行详细描述。
参阅图5,是本发明的实施例一的系统结构图,在全球移动通信系统GSM/GPRS网络上实现,其中
1、广告媒体载体移动电话170是智能网T_CSI签约用户;
2、短消息中心(SMSC)200和媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110之间通过TCP/IP进行通信,通信协议由双方协商,优选地,本实施例采用点对点短消息通信协议(SMPP),短消息中心(SMSC)200采用DELIVER_SM命令把移动电话用户发送到到媒体载体移动电话用户170的短消息通知给媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110;
3、多媒体消息中心(MMSC)210和媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110之间通过HTTP进行通信,优选地,本实施例多媒体消息中心(MMSC)210采用MM7协议层的MM7_deliver.req命令把移动电话用户发送到媒体载体移动电话用户170的多媒体消息通知给媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110。
如图6、图7、图8所示,为本发明实施例一的各种操作的具体流程图;具体实现按照以下步骤进行:
如图6为在广告时间区间之内,在短消息业务中加入广告的实现步骤:
F1-F3:移动电话用户180向广告媒体载体移动用户170发送短消息;
F4-F5:短消息中心(SMSC)200把该短消息的发起方号码和接收方号码通知给媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110;
F6-F7:媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110向移动电话用户180发送当前时间段内的广告短消息。
如图7为在广告时间区间之内,在多媒体消息业务中加入广告的实现步骤:
F1-F2:移动电话用户180向广告媒体载体移动用户170发送多媒体消息;
F3-F4:多媒体消息中心(MMSC)210把该多媒体消息的发起方号码和接收方号码通知给媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110;
F5-F11:媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110经多媒体消息中心(MMSC)210向移动电话用户180发送当前时间段内的多媒体广告消息。
如图8为在呼叫业务中加入广告的实现步骤:
F1:电话用户180通过MSC150a向广告媒体载体移动用户170发起呼叫;
F2:SSP160向SCP120发送业务触发请求;
F3-F4:当前时间在广告时间区间之外,SCP120控制SSP160将呼叫接续到广告媒体载体移动用户170;
F5-F9:当前时间在广告时间区间之内,SCP120控制SSP160将呼叫接续到媒体广告发布设备(MABE)110,广告播放完毕后,SCP120控制SSP160将呼叫接续到媒体载体移动用户170。
以上实施例一同样也适用于码分多址网络CDMA通信系统,实施只是在7号信令TCAP以上的通信协议和命令上有所差异,其他均可适用,在此不再赘述。
以上实施例一同样也适用于3G移动通信系统,实施只是在信令的通信协议和命令上有所差异,其他均可适用,在此不再赘述,需要特别指出的是在3G移动通信系统中,可以向主叫电话用户提供视频、动画等多媒体广告。
可以理解,本发明不仅限于以上通信网络,也适用于NGN、PSTN网络等,在此不再赘述。

1.在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的系统,其特征在于该系统包括:媒体广告发布设备(MABE)、媒体广告管理设备(MAME)、消息采集装置(MCD)、移动交换中心(MSC)、业务交换点(SSP)、业务控制点(SCP)、短消息网关(SMG)、多媒体消息网关(MMSR),其中:媒体广告管理设备(MAME)是计算机构成的系统,用于管理广告媒体,以及设置广告媒体的播放时间区间,从而使移动通信网络成为大众广告媒体,该大众广告媒体传播广告信息的方式为:当终端用户作被叫时,主叫端业务交换点(SSP)把呼叫触发到业务控制点(SCP),业务控制点(SCP)控制主叫端移动交换中心(MSC)把呼叫临时接续到媒体广告发布设备(MABE),媒体广告发布设备(MABE)向主叫电话用户播放广告媒体,广告播放完毕后,业务控制点(SCP)控制主叫端移动交换中心(MSC)把呼叫接续到被叫终端;当移动电话用户接收短消息时,媒体广告发布设备(MABE)获得该消息后,向发送短消息的用户发送广告短信息;当移动电话用户接收多媒体消息时,媒体广告发布设备(MABE)获得该消息后,向发送多媒体消息的用户发送多媒体广告消息。
2.根据权利要求1所述的在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的系统,其特征在于:媒体广告发布设备(MABE)是带有7号信令接口和语音接口模块的计算机系统。
3.根据权利要求1所述的在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的系统,其特征在于:消息采集装置(MCD)包括短消息采集单元,用于采集向广告媒体载体移动用户发送短消息的信息;多媒体消息采集单元,用于采集向广告媒体载体移动用户发送多媒体消息的信息;消息存储单元,用于把采集到的消息存储到目的地址。
4.根据权利要求3所述的在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的系统,其特征在于:所述的消息采集装置(MCD)设置于媒体广告发布设备(MABE)中;或所述的消息采集装置(MCD)的短消息采集单元设置于短消息中心(SMSC)或设置于信令采集中心,所述的消息采集装置(MCD)的多媒体消息采集单元设置于多媒体消息中心(MMSC)或设置于信令采集中心,所述的消息采集装置(MCD)的消息存储单元设置于媒体广告发布设备(MABE)中。
5.根据权利要求4所述的在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的系统,其特征在于:所述的短消息中心(SMSC)是完成短消息的接收、通知、调度、下发、前转、递送报告等功能的移动通信网络中的节点设备;所述的多媒体消息中心(MMSC)主要完成多媒体消息的接收、通知、调度、下发、前转、递送报告等功能的移动通信网络中的节点设备;所述的信令采集中心(SCS)主要完成采集到短消息中心(SMSC)的信令、采集到多媒体消息中心的信令等功能的移动通信网络中的检测设备;移动业务交换中心(MSC)用于完成移动电话用户发起的呼叫接续过程,以及用于把移动电话用户发起的短消息传送到短消息中心(SMSC);业务交换点(SSP)用于接收移动业务交换中心(MSC)始发的到广告媒体载体移动用户的呼叫业务请求,并发送呼叫业务触发请求消息到业务控制点(SCP),然后,接收业务控制点(SCP)发出的对该呼叫的下一步接续的控制指令消息,控制移动业务交换机进行下一步的呼叫接续;业务控制点(SCP)用于接收业务交换点(SSP)发送过来的有关作被叫的广告媒体载体移动用户的呼叫触发消息,并按照广告媒体载体移动用户的被叫业务流程,控制业务交换点(SSP)的下一步接续过程;短消息网关(SMG)用于接收媒体广告发布设备(MABE)发送短消息的请求命令后,把该短消息经短消息中心(SMSC)发送到目标移动电话号码;多媒体消息网关(MMSR)用于接收媒体广告发布设备(MABE)发送多媒体消息的请求命令后,把该多媒体消息经多媒体消息中心(MMSC)发送到目标移动电话号码。
6.根据权利要求5所述的在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的系统,其特征在于:所述的广告媒体载体移动用户是智能网签约用户。
7.根据权利要求5所述的在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的系统,其特征在于:所述的广告媒体载体移动用户的被叫业务流程是指业务控制点(SCP)控制业务交换点(SSP)把在广告时间区间内的呼叫,接续到媒体广告发布设备(MABE),当媒体广告发布设备(MABE)播放完毕广告之后,再控制业务交换点(SSP)把呼叫接续到被叫移动电话号码;把在广告时间区间之外的呼叫,控制业务交换点(SSP)把呼叫直接接续到被叫移动电话号码。
8.在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:在短消息业务中加入广告的步骤;在多媒体消息业务中加入多媒体消息广告的步骤;在呼叫过程中加入多媒体广告的步骤;其中所述的在短消息业务中加入广告的步骤包括:
(1)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)获得移动电话用户A向广告媒体载体移动用户B发送短消息的信息;
(2)如果当前时间在广告时间区间之内,则媒体广告发布设备(MABE)向移动电话用户A发送该时间段内的广告信息;否则,媒体广告发布设备(MABE)不向移动电话用户A发送广告信息;
(3)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)产生发布广告的记录信息。
9.根据权利要求8所述的在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的方法,其特征在于,所述的在多媒体消息业务中加入广告的步骤包括:
①媒体广告发布设备(MABE)获得移动电话用户C向广告媒体载体移动用户D发送多媒体消息的信息;
②如果当前时间在广告时间区间之内,则媒体广告发布设备(MABE)向移动电话用户C发送该时间段内的多媒体广告信息;否则,媒体广告发布设备(MABE)不向移动电话用户C发送广告信息;
③媒体广告发布设备(MABE)产生发布多媒体广告的记录信息。
10.根据权利要求8所述的在移动通信网络上实现广告媒体的方法,其特征在于,所述的在呼叫过程中加入多媒体广告的步骤包括:
(一)电话用户D通过MSC/SSP向广告媒体载体移动用户E发起呼叫;
(二)MSC/SSP向SCP发送业务触发请求,如果当前时间在广告时间区间之内,则SCP控制MSC/SSP将呼叫建立到媒体广告发布设备(MABE);否则,SCP控制MSC/SSP将呼叫接续到广告媒体载体移动用户E;
(三)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)接收到呼叫后,向电话用户D播放多媒体广告,广告播放预置的时长后,SCP控制MSC/SSP将呼叫接续到广告媒体载体移动用户E,同时,关闭到媒体广告发布设备(MABE)的呼叫分支;
(四)媒体广告发布设备(MABE)结束多媒体广告的播放,并产生播放多媒体广告的记录信息。
