Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and in particular to fig. 8.
According to the invention, the frameless partition window consists of a window frame and a window sash.
The window frame is composed of four parts, namely a left frame 1, a right frame 10, an upper frame 8 and a lower frame 20. The appearance of the window frame can adopt a circular arc structure, and can also adopt other circular cross-sectional forms such as an ellipse, a rounded corner and the like. The window frame can be made of aluminum alloy and other materials into a section bar. The sash comprises at least a first and a second sash 11, 11.
The upper frame 8 and the lower frame 20 have at least two rails parallel to each other, respectively, and the first rail of the upper frame 8 and the first rail of the lower frame 20 are aligned with each other, and the second rail of the upper frame 8 and the second rail of the lower frame 20 are aligned with each other, so that the first sash and the second sash slide in the first rail and the second rail of the upper frame 8 and the lower frame 20, respectively.
The tracks in the upper and lower rims 8, 20 may be in the form of grooves, slots or the like into which material for sealing or insulating, such as wool, may be inserted and fitted to the sash. A plurality of wool top grooves can be respectively arranged on the four frame profiles, so that the four frame profiles and the frameless glass fan-shaped form multi-layer sealing.
Lower frame 20 may have a stepped configuration, i.e., the first and second sashes may have different rail heights. Here according to the invention there is a difference in the height of the guide rails of the inner and outer sash. For example, in some applications, the rails of the inner sash may be higher than the rails of the outer sash so that rain does not flow back into the room or so that condensation on the inner sash (if any) may be facilitated to escape.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first and second sashes 11 are an inner frameless glass sash 11 and an outer frameless glass sash 11, respectively, and wherein each sash may be provided with two pulleys 16, and the size of the pulleys 16 may be freely adjusted according to the width of the rail of the lower frame 20 and be matched with the rail so that the pulleys 16 may smoothly move in the rail.
The pulleys 16 may be fixed to the lower surface of the lower seal 15 at a distance by tapping screws. The left edge seal 7 surrounds the left side of the insulating glass 11, the middle edge seal 9 surrounds the right side of the insulating glass 11, and the lower edge seal 15 surrounds the lower end of the insulating glass 11, so that the inner frameless glass sash is formed.
Furthermore, the outer frameless glass pane is composed of: the adhesive tape 13 is fixed on the right sealing edge 14, so that direct hard collision with the right frame 10 when the window sash is opened is avoided; the assembly method of the pulley 16 is the same as that of the inner frameless glass sash; a right edge seal 14 surrounds the right side of the insulating glazing 11, a middle edge seal 9 surrounds the left side of the insulating glazing 11, and a lower edge seal 15 surrounds the lower end of the insulating glazing 11, thereby forming an outer frameless glass pane.
According to the present invention, the first and second sashes 11 may be locked to each other by a frameless window lock. The frameless window lock consists of two parts, a lock seat 19 and a lock hook 18. Wherein, the lock seat 19 is fixed on the middle seal edge 9 of the inner glass sash and is directly fixed on the section bar by self-tapping screws; the locking hook 18 is fixed to the middle edge 9 of the outer glass pane and is also fixed by a self-tapping screw. The locking hook 18 and the locking seat 19 are engaged with each other when the glass sash is closed, and the unlocking process is also a process of opening the glass sash.
The frameless partition window provided by the invention is provided with a built-in invisible screen window, at least one of the left frame 1 and the right frame 20 can be internally provided with the invisible screen window, and the built-in invisible screen window is freely connected with one vertical edge of one or both of the first window sash and the second window sash by adopting a tripping device. According to one aspect of the invention, the invisible screen window body can be placed in the left frame 1, and the screen window is fixed in the left frame 1 by the screen window buckle 2. When the invisible screen window is replaced or cleaned, only the screen window buckle 2 needs to be simply detached, which is very convenient. The invisible screen window is freely connected with the inner glass sash by adopting a tripping device and is pulled out along with the movement of the frameless glass sash. The trip device may be, for example, as described in another invention patent application 200510002236.X of the present inventor.
According to a preferred form, the trip device is comprised of a screen slot 3, a locking clip 4, a trip lock sleeve 5, a trip link 6 and a trip thumb wheel 19. The screen window clamping groove 3 is connected with a screen of the invisible screen window, the tripping lock sleeve 5 and the tripping connecting rod 6 are fixed on the left sealing edge 7, the locking clamp 4 is fixed on the tripping lock sleeve 5 and the tripping connecting rod 6, and the tripping thumb wheel 19 is fixed on a fixing hole of the inner glass sash. The screen window clamping groove 3 and the tripping locking sleeve 5 are connected through the locking clamp 4, and the locking clamp 4 hooks the screen window clamping groove 3 when moving downwards, so that the screen window clamping groove 3 is connected with the tripping locking sleeve 5. The movement of the locking clamp 4 is controlled by a trip finger 19. Thus, when the glass pane is translated, it is operatively selectable whether it is desired to pull out the screen.
The screen window clamping groove 3 can be integrally arranged with the screen window or can be arranged in a split mode.
The invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments described above. On the contrary, many variations that incorporate the features of the present invention are possible in entirely different types of implementations. In practice, the constructional details as to shape, dimensions, arrangement of elements and nature of the materials used may be equivalently changed without departing from the scope of the inventive concept and thus still fall within the protective scope of the invention.
