Abstract

本发明公开了一种太阳能电池板的防护装置,包括太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板上棱的上方通过支架设置有滚轮,所述支架上的滚轮是小型发电机的转子;所述的支架上设置横梁,横梁上绕有线圈,横梁上套设有滚轮,中空的滚轮采用永磁材料制成,滚轮的外表面上设置有风叶,其优点是:由于在太阳能电池板的上方设置了柱形滚轮,滚轮可围绕支架转动,使得鸟类无法在此滚轮上栖息,因此,可防止鸟类的排泄物污染太阳能面板;同时,该支架和滚轮被设计成风力发电结构,因此还可进行风力发电作为太阳能发电的补充。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种太阳能电池板的防护装置,尤其涉及到一种防止鸟栖息在太阳能电池板上的防护装置。
背景技术
随着世界不可再生能源的日趋紧张,太阳能光伏电池产品技术的成熟和光电转换效率的提高,光伏能源产品成本不断下降,太阳能光伏电池这种绿色环保能源必将得到广泛的应用。目前,大多太阳能电池板主要由平整的晶体板组成,由于太阳能光伏电池板一般都安装在户外使用,因此,其上棱非常容易成为鸟类栖息处所,鸟类的排泄物也经常会落到太阳能电池板的表面,并可顺着板往下流淌,这样日积月累、风吹日晒,太阳能电池板的表面就会形成一层厚厚的隔离层,影响太阳光对太阳能电池板的照射度,使得太阳能电池板的输出电压、输出电流变小,光电转换效率降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防止鸟类在太阳能电池板上棱边缘栖息,进而防止鸟类的排泄物污染太阳能面板,影响太阳能电池效率的太阳能电池板的防护装置。
本发明的进一步目的在于提供一种还可辅助太阳能电池充电的太阳能电池板的防护装置。
为实现本发明的目的,一种太阳能电池板的防护装置,包括太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板上棱的上方通过支架设置有滚轮。
为实现本发明的进一步目的,一种太阳能电池板的防护装置,还包括:所述支架上的滚轮外表面上设置有风叶,滚轮可作为小型发电机的转子;所述的支架上设置横梁,横梁上绕有线圈,横梁上套设有滚轮,中空的滚轮采用永磁材料制成。
本发明的有益效果是:由于在太阳能电池板的上方设置了柱形滚轮,滚轮可围绕支架转动,使得鸟类无法在此滚轮上栖息,因此,可防止鸟类的排泄物污染太阳能面板;同时,该支架和滚轮被设计成风力发电结构,因此还可进行风力发电作为太阳能发电的补充。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,一种太阳能电池板的防护装置,包括设置在太阳能电池板1上棱11上方的支架2,活动设置在支架2上的柱形滚轮3,支架2和滚轮3作为成风力发电装置的一部分,即在支架2上设置有横梁21,相当于发电装置的定子,横梁21上绕有线圈,图中线圈未画出,支耳22固定在支架2上,柱形的滚轮3采用永磁材料制成,作为发电装置的转子,滚轮3的内部沿轴向开设有通孔,滚轮3通过轴承33套设横梁2上,滚轮3外表面还设置有风叶3 1。
该装置使用时,当鸟类想驻足于太阳能电池板1上方的滚轮3上时,由于鸟的重心不确定性,不可能正好与圆柱形滚轮3的重心相吻合,从而使得鸟无法在此滚轮3上栖息。另外,平时在风的作用下,风叶31还会带动滚轮3绕横梁21旋转,这样就相当于转子绕着定子作切割磁力线运动,从而使绕在横梁21上的线圈的两端产生电势差,通过风力发电来辅助太阳能电池的充电。

1.一种太阳能电池板的防护装置,其特征在于:包括:设置在太阳能电池板(1)上棱(11)上方的支架(2),在支架(2)上设置有滚轮(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能电池板的防护装置,其特征在于:所述的支架(2)上的滚轮(3)外表面设置有风叶(31),滚轮(3)作为小型发电机的转子,滚轮(3)发出的电可补充到太阳能电池中,作为其补充。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种太阳能电池板的防护装置,其特征在于:所述的支架(2)上设置有横梁(21),横梁(21)上绕有线圈,横梁(21)上套设有滚轮(3),滚轮(3)采用永磁材料制成。
