Abstract

本发明涉及一种粘胶清除液,其中包含质量百分比为25~35%的松香油、25~35%的油酸酰胺、5~15%的丙醇酯以及25~35%的甲基环己烷。该粘胶清除液是专门用于清除各种自粘胶、不干胶、单面胶、双面胶等的残留污迹,可有效地将各种粘胶残留痕迹清除干净,清除残留痕迹的同时不会对所粘贴物体表面造成任何损坏,无毒、无污染、无腐蚀,不会造成对环境的不良影响。

本发明涉及一种清除液,更具体的,涉及一种粘胶清除液,用于清除各种自粘胶、不干胶、单面胶、双面胶等的残留污迹。
背景技术
城市乱贴、乱涂的小广告,一直被视为“城市牛皮癣”而成为全世界各大城市难以根治的顽疾。在电话亭、站牌、广告牌等公共场所的墙壁上,人们常常会看到各种各样粘贴的小广告,这些粘贴物极不雅观。由于不干胶等粘胶的化学稳定性极好,因此很难将其清除干净,即使是将不干胶小广告上面纸面清除掉,但纸面下的胶体仍会附着在物体上,这些粘胶经日晒和吸附灰尘之后,变硬发黑和变脏,普通清洗剂很难将它们彻底清除。
不干胶小广告所使用的粘胶通常都是从石油产品中提炼生产出来的,它们不能直接溶于水中,很难用水直接将它们清除掉,但是在某些表面活性剂所具有的对粘胶污垢的吸附、增溶作用下,表面活性剂的吸附特性可使污垢从被清洗物表面卷离,进而引起表面污垢张力的降低,导致污垢和被清洗物表面的界面性质发生改变,使污垢质点容易脱落;同时,当表面活性剂的浓度达到临界胶束浓度以后,其吸附量达到最大值,表面活性剂则形成胶束,胶束的一个重要特性就是增溶,当表面活性剂浓度高于临界胶束浓度以后,不溶于水的污垢就开始溶解于表面活性剂的胶束中来了。这样,不干胶的残留污迹就被清除掉。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种粘胶清除液,专门用于清除各种自粘胶、不干胶、单面胶、双面胶等的残留污迹。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的粘胶清除液含有如下组份和含量:
(a)松香油                 25~35%
(b)油酸酰胺               25~35%
(c)丙醇酯                 5~15%
(d)甲基环己烷             25~35%
上述所有百分数为质量百分数。
优选的,本发明提供的粘胶清除液中各组分的质量百分比为:
(a)松香油                 25%
(b)油酸酰胺               35%
(c)丙醇酯                 15%
(d)甲基环己烷             25%。
优选的,本发明提供的粘胶清除液中各组分的质量百分比为:
(a)松香油                 35%
(b)油酸酰胺               25%
(c)丙醇酯                 5%
(d)甲基环己烷             35%。
优选的,本发明提供的粘胶清除液中各组分的质量百分比为:
(a)松香油                 30%
(b)油酸酰胺               30%
(c)丙醇酯                 10%
(d)甲基环己烷             30%。
优选的,本发明提供的粘胶清除液中各组分的质量百分比为:
(a)松香油                 25%
(b)油酸酰胺               30%
(c)丙醇酯                 10%
(d)甲基环己烷             35%。
上述粘胶清除液的生产工艺是:将上述四种原料按一定的配比关系加入到反应釜中,常温常压下低速搅拌50~80分钟,然后将混合溶液过滤,滤液静置,分装,即得。
本发明提供的粘胶清除液,配方简单,所使用的原料均为常用化学品,生产工艺及操作简便,成本低廉。本发明提供的粘胶清除液可有效地将各种自粘胶、不干胶、单面胶、双面胶的粘胶残留痕迹清除干净,清除残留痕迹的同时不会对所粘贴物体表面造成任何损坏,无毒、无污染、无腐蚀,不会造成对环境的不良影响。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取松香油250g、油酸酰胺350g、丙醇酯150g、甲基环己烷250g,加入到反应釜中,常温常压下低速搅拌80分钟,待各组分混和均匀后,将混合液过滤,滤液静置,分装,即得粘胶清除液成品。
实施例2
取松香油350g、油酸酰胺250g、丙醇酯50g、甲基环己烷350g,加入到反应釜中,常温常压下低速搅拌50分钟,待各组分混和均匀后,将混合液过滤,滤液静置,分装,即得粘胶清除液成品。
实施例3
取松香油300g、油酸酰胺300g、丙醇酯100g、甲基环己烷300g,加入到反应釜中,常温常压下低速搅拌60分钟,待各组分混和均匀后,将混合液过滤,滤液静置,分装,即得粘胶清除液成品。
实施例4
取松香油250g、油酸酰胺300g、丙醇酯100g、甲基环己烷350g,加入到反应釜中,常温常压下低速搅拌50分钟,待各组分混和均匀后,将混合液过滤,滤液静置,分装,即得粘胶清除液成品。

(a)松香油        25~35%
(b)油酸酰胺      25~35%
(c)丙醇酯        5~15%
(d)甲基环己烷    25~35%
