Abstract
本发明创新点是一种新型综合探针,其特点是既可作射频微创探针,又可进行介入疗法,也可作多针无水酒精注射针。治疗范围大,适用性广。它在绝缘外套管内安置空芯导管,导管前端是多根有弹性、有强度的微细针管。每根针管与导管相通,导管的另一端是针基,与注射器相连。针基前有一电极,与射频器相接。液体可从细针管中射出,细针管以梅花状展开,大小可控。外套管前有斜口可直接穿刺,深度可控。外套管后是一可控手柄。另外,针基与注射器之间可串接带热电偶的接续器,可实时测量治疗温度。
Description
灌注式集束可控探针是一种用于射频肿瘤消融仪上的关键治疗针,属医疗器械范围。射频肿瘤热疗(消融)近几年在国内外迅速发展,特别是美国、法国、韩国、意大利均认为是一种非常有希望的射频肿瘤微创手术。其作用不断替代手术治疗,治疗效果可与手术相提并论,它独特的优点是:简单、安全可靠、费用低、副作用小,体弱老幼均宜,也可多次反复治疗。射频微创热疗中最关键的部件就是探针,它决定该机的先进性、治疗范围、治疗效果。以往,冷极的缺点是需大功率,热量大多被冷却水带走。集束电极的缺点是:由于针数多,硬度差,遇到硬的组织不能张开,尖端也易碳化,往往创伤大。单针灌注热针的缺点是:边缘区域难以处理,即现有的射频热探针均有优点,又有不足之处,治疗范围限制在3~5cm以下。灌注式集束可控探针的创新是:在冷极、集束电极、灌注式热针的基础上发展起来的集各方的优点,是一种综合性的射频微创探针。既可作射频微创治疗针,又可进行介入疗法局部治疗,也可做无水酒精专用注射作用。其创新结构达到治疗范围广,适用性大。其突出的优点必将推动射频微创热疗的快步发展。
新型创新灌注式集束可控探针的结构:
这种结构的先进性在空芯不锈钢导管的一端安置4~5个微型空芯不锈钢管,组成多空芯集束探针。每根微型空芯针以一定的圆弧曲线向外展开,其大小可控。不锈钢导管的另一端是注射针基座可直接与注射器相接。注射器可注射盐水,也可注射治癌药水,也可注入同位素。在导管与注射针基座的相结合处引出电极,与射频发生器相连接进行微创热疗。另外,在导管的外面套以略大于导轨的不锈钢管,导管在外套管内可伸缩自由,又不松动。外套管前端是一斜口,可刺入皮肤。另一端与导向手柄相连。导管在手柄内定向定位可前后伸缩。

具体实施方式:
在导管6的前端安置φ0.5(或φ0.4)4~5根微型空芯管1,微型空芯管1与导管6焊固密封,微型空芯管1与导管6相通,液体可从微型管1的一端压出,液体沿径向均匀灌注。微型空芯管以一定的圆弧向外展开,大小可控,并具有相当强度的弹性。
导管6的另一端安置注射针针基座5,直接与注射器相接,可灌注液体。中间亦可安上接续器口,再与注射器相接。接续器上安置微型热电偶11,可测量导管端的温度。导管6与针基座5之间引出电极4,与射频发生器相连。导管6和针基一端装有导杆10和限位钉13,则导管在手柄内作定向前后限位伸缩。
管套2的前端为一近30°的斜口,作穿刺用。套管2外表套以绝缘套管(涂以高温绝缘漆),并标有cm的刻度,套管2的另一端与手柄3相接,手柄3的一端装有定位圈7与定位钢珠8,限定微管1张展的大小。
以上结构的创新点实现了可灌注热疗,可与化疗、放疗直接相结合,可控制微型管以梅花形张展的大小。利用接续器12又可测量温度。不仅可作热疗,也可作无水酒精专用注射针用。其治疗范围大大扩大可达到10cm以上,是一种新型独立的创新产品。
Claims (4)
1.一种新型射频可控探针,在绝缘套管一端为斜口,另一端为一手柄。套管内有一导管,其特征是:
导管的前端安置多根弹性微型空芯注射针管,以梅花状展开,大小可控,每根管与导管相通。导管另一端是注射针基,可直接与注射器相接。导管与针基之间引出一电极与射频发生器相接。
2.权力要求所述的探针,其特征是:注射器与注射针基之间可串入带热电偶的接续器,直接测量导管前端的温度。
3.权力要求所述的探针,其特征是:不接接续器,不接射频源,可直接作专用多针无水酒精注射针用。
4.权力要求所述的探针,其特征是:手柄内装有导向限位与定位装置,使梅花状针头大小定位可控,外套管有刻度可控制穿刺深度。
