人们发电的方法通常有火力发电、水力发电、风力发电等,每一种发电方法都耗资巨大,技术复杂,而本发明却是一种投资较少,技术也很简单的发电装置。此发电砖可铺在路面上或住宅里,机动车通过或人行走在上面时发电砖受压产生电流,再通过导线传到其他储电、变电、用电装置即可。
发明内容
发电砖共分四层,最上层为混凝土板,长40~60cm,宽40~60cm,厚2~4cm,起支撑作用,第二层为橡胶层或沥青层,长40~60cm,宽40~60cm,厚2~4cm,起缓冲作用,第三层为压电陶瓷层,大小同上两层,里面发电陶瓷小体被密封在绝缘材料内,进行电路处理后将发电陶瓷小体产生的电流汇聚到压电陶瓷板边缘的接口上,此层为发电层,为发电砖的核心部位,第四层为沥青层,大小同第二层,用于粘结,缓冲和绝缘。
具体实施方式
本发明可进行工业化生产,各层按要求做好后,用绝缘粘结剂粘好压实即可。

  1. 发电砖共分四层,最上层为混凝土板,长40~60cm,宽40~60cm,厚2~4cm,起支撑作用,第二层为橡胶层或沥青层,长40~60cm,宽40~60cm,厚2~4cm,起缓冲作用,第三层为压电陶瓷层,大小同上两层,里面发电陶瓷小体被密封在绝缘材料内,进行电路处理后将发电陶瓷小体产生的电流汇聚到压电陶瓷板边缘的接口上,此层为发电层,为发电砖的核心部位,第四层为沥青层,大小同第二层,用于粘结,缓冲和绝缘。
