Abstract

本发明是一种节水厕所,粪便污水经专用高效菌厌氧——好氧处理实现再生回用、循环冲厕。地埋式污水高效处理装置可保证冬季正常运行,而高位水箱和输水管路有保温设施,冬季不会冻结。污水处理装置所采用的高效专用菌是从粪便污水中分离筛选的土著菌,高效、安全,对环境和人身不产生任何不良影响,且运行费用低,吨水直接处理费用约0.3元。厕所的建筑采用防火保温的轻体房、钢架结构,使用年限不低于20年并可整体搬运和迁移,可大大缩短施工周期。其外观设计可与所处环境建筑风格协调一致,其建设费用与普通砖泥构筑物相当。本发明循环水冲厕的能源太阳能电池或风力发电装置,市电仅为备用电源,节省能源消耗,且不造成二次污染,是一种环保节能型厕所。

循环水冲厕
技术领域
本发明涉及一种节水型水冲厕。它是由普通水冲厕与化粪池澄清液经厌氧——好氧高效菌处理、再生回用的节水型厕所。本发明的核心技术为冲厕污水的高效菌处理技术。处理装置为地埋式,以减少冬季低温度对污水生化处理影响,且本装置设有太阳能发电设备,市电仅为备用电源,节能环保。
背景技术
水冲厕由于较传统旱厕具有异味小、清洁卫生而受到人们普遍欢迎,迅速得到普及。随着水资源短缺形势日益严峻,冲厕水的消耗需求压力越来越大。
发明内容
本发明是一种节水冲厕所,粪便污水经专用高效菌厌氧——好氧处理实现再生回用、循环冲厕。地埋式污水高效处理装置可保证冬季正常运行,而高位水箱和输水管路有保温设施,冬季不会冻结,本装置设有太阳能发电设备,市电仅为备用电源,节能环保。
污水处理装置所采用的高效专用菌是从粪便污水中分离筛选的土著菌,高效、安全,对环境和人身不产生任何不良影响,且运行费用低。吨水直接处理费用约0.3元。

具体实施方式
本发明通过下述措施实施:冲便污水在化粪池中与粪便实现初步分离后进入污水澄清池,再自流到处理装置的初沉池中;经初沉池的污水自流到生化处理装置。处理装置内投加了高效降解菌,使污水在4小时内达到无色,无味,满足冲厕的要求。此再生水由处理装置进入清水贮槽,于槽内设清水潜泵,以便将清水按高位水箱水位的指令提升至高位水箱。高位水箱靠位差将清水补充至冲厕水箱,完成了水循环过程。
处理装置中所投加的高效菌是从粪便污水中分离筛选出的土著菌种,其高效、安全,不会对环境和人身造成任何不良影响。
水循环系统自冲厕始至处理出水的清水池完全靠自流,仅在将清水提升至高位水箱时由清水潜水泵完成,全程从处理至水位保证均自动进行,无人值守;仅需定期维护。根据使用频度不同,检修期一般在3~6个月。
由于采用了高效专用菌,吨水处理费用约0.3元。如采用太阳能电池供电,运行费用还要低。
本发明厕所墙体采用防火保温的轻体房材料和钢架结构,使用年限不低于20年,厕所建设工期缩短50%以上,造价与普通砖泥水冲厕相当,其外观可根据所处环境的建筑风格配合设计。高位水箱和管路有电热保温设施,冬季可正常运行。

Claims (5)

1.一种节水、节能型循环水冲厕,冲便水由高效专用菌在处理装置中使粪便污水再生并可达到冲厕用水无味、无色的要求
2.厕所建筑采用防火保温的钢架轻体房。
3.处理装置设在地平面以下,使污水自流进入处理装置;经处理的清水,由清水泵提升至高位水槽供冲厕用。
4.高位水槽液面实行自动控制。
5.本发明循环水冲厕的能源可来自太阳能电池或风力发电装置,市电仅为备用电源,节省能源消耗,且不造成二次污染,是一种环保节能型厕所。
