Claims (117)
1. composition, it comprises:
A) C
1-4Alcohol or its mixture, its consumption is greater than about 40 volume % of total composition amount;
B) be used for effective fluorine-containing surfactants reagent wetting and foaming, its consumption is at least 0.001 weight % of total composition; And
C) make total composition reach the water of the surplus of 100 weight %.

22. the composition of claim 17, wherein said polyethoxylated fatty alcohol are the combinations of polyethoxylated stearyl alcohol (21 moles of ethylene oxide) and polyethoxylated stearyl alcohol (2 moles of ethylene oxide).
