一种物流传输桶，本发明涉及管道物流传输领域的物流传输桶。目前的传输桶有时桶芯插不到桶底，使传输桶在使用过程中桶芯和桶皮分开，造成物品丢失。本发明中桶皮底部固接一弹簧，弹簧另一端连接托板，托板可使用板、网或杆，桶皮内侧面的桶口位置有一个卡块，桶芯外壁上有一个凸台，把桶芯插入桶皮一定深度后，旋转桶芯，卡块可卡住凸台，说明桶芯是正确插入了桶皮，否则如果没有卡住，弹簧连接的托板会把桶芯弹出，从而提醒使用人员把桶芯和桶皮插好。本发明的有益效果是：避免了桶芯不能正确插到桶底，使桶芯和桶皮在使用过程中分开，造成物品的丢失。

背景技术
目前管道物流传输领域的物流传输桶采用直接插拔方式，在使用一段时间后，桶芯和桶皮的插拔变松，且有时桶芯插不到桶底，使传输桶在使用过程中桶芯和桶皮分开，容易造成物品的丢失。发明内容
本发明提供了一种传输桶，其结构是：传输桶有桶芯和桶皮两部分组成，桶皮底部固接一弹簧，弹簧另一端连接托板，托板可使用板、网或杆，桶皮内侧面的桶口位置有一个卡块，桶芯外壁上有一个凸台，把桶芯插入桶皮一定深度后，旋转桶芯，卡块可卡住凸台，说明桶芯是正确插入了桶皮，否则如果没有卡住，弹簧连接的托板会把桶芯弹出，从而提醒使用人员把桶芯和桶皮插好。这样插好的传输桶在传输过程中没有相互旋转的动力，不会自己松开。
本发明的有益效果是：避免了桶芯不能正确插到桶底，使桶芯和桶皮在使用过程中分开，造成物品的丢失。

具体实施方式
如图2中所示，在桶芯2外壁上有一个凸台3。如图3中所示，桶皮1内侧面的桶口位置有一个卡块4，在桶皮1的底部有一根弹簧5连接着桶底和托板6。在未插入桶芯2时，弹簧5将托板高高顶起，当桶芯2插入桶皮1后，用力向下压桶芯2，则托板6和弹簧5也随之向下。凸台3到桶芯底部的距离小于卡块4底部到桶底的距离，卡块4的面积要大于凸台3的面积，否则卡块4不能卡住凸台3。当桶芯2的凸台3在桶皮1的卡块4以下时，旋转桶芯2，使凸台3顶住桶皮1桶口内侧的卡块4，桶芯2则插入了桶皮1中。当需拔出桶芯2时，旋转桶芯2到凸台3离开卡块4的位置时，桶芯2在弹簧5的作用下被顶出桶皮1，从而完成了一个工作循环。

1.一种物流传输桶，传输桶有桶芯和桶皮两部分，其特征是：桶皮底部固接一弹簧，弹簧另一端连接托板，托板使用板或网或杆，桶皮内侧面的桶口位置有一个卡块，桶芯外壁上有一个凸台；把桶芯插入桶皮一定深度后，旋转桶芯，卡块可卡住凸台，用于确保桶芯要正确插入了桶皮，否则弹簧连接的托板会把桶芯弹出。
