Abstract

本发明涉及具有第一电子设备(1)和第二电子设备(5)的装置。其中第一电子设备(1)连接有显示设备(3)，通过遥控器(2)既可以操作第一电子设备(1)，也可以操作第二电子设备(5)。为了解通过遥控器(2)可以操作第二电子设备(5)的哪些功能，在显示设备中插入对应于按键的按键符号。根据本发明把在第二电子设备(5)的当前状态下可供使用的功能的符号(10)与不能使用的功能的符号(10)在图形上有区别地进行显示。

Description

具有两个电子设备、显示设备及 控制该两个电子设备的遥控器的装置
本发明涉及具有第一电子设备、用于操作第一电子设备功能的遥控器、显示设备、和第二电子设备的装置，其中在所遥控器上把所述功能用符号标明，所述显示设备和第二电子设备可以分别与第一电子设备相连接，其中当第二电子设备与第一电子设备相连并在显示设备上插入遥控器的用于第二电子设备的符号时利用第一电子设备的遥控器也可以控制第二电子设备的功能。
这种装置被例如先锋公司的硬盘记录器：连接有数码摄像机和电视机的DVR-5100H DVD所公知。
如果上述硬盘记录器Pioneer DVR-5100H处于DV摄像菜单，那么例如在DV摄像停止模式(DV-Aufnahme-Stop-Modus)或者DV摄像暂停模式(DV-Aufnahme-Pause-Modus)中插入一个菜单，该菜单显示利用哪一个键可以操作被连接的摄像机。在这种情况下，在包含符号和文字的行中额外地显示数码摄像机的当前状态。
其不足之处在于：使用者必需知道(取决于其数码摄像机的状态)哪些功能恰好是可以使用的。
例如如果显示出：摄像机处于停止模式，那么使用者必需知道“停止”键目前不起作用。
在DV摄像记录模式(DV-Aufnahme-Record-Modus)中，整个键盘显示消隐。在这种状态下，硬盘记录器干脆锁定摄像机的全部功能。出于这种原因也无法使用摄像机的任何操作功能。
那么使用者必需注意到他的被连接的第二电子设备处于何种状态，以便知晓在所述状态下原则上可以执行第二电子设备的哪些功能以及哪些功能可以通过遥控器进行控制。
因为电子设备的菜单指南和可能性越来越广，尤其在连接有数字电子设备的情况下，如果被连接的电子设备处于即使通过声音也无法察觉的状态下，那么用户总是很难发现遥控器上的哪些符号在当前状态下能够用于被连接的电子设备。
本发明的目的因而在于提出一种解决上述问题的方案。
根据本发明，该目的通过以下方式得以实现：把在第二电子设备当前状态下可供使用的功能的符号与在当前状态下不能够使用的功能的符号在图形上有区别地进行显示。
其优点在于：使用者一眼就可以看出遥控器的哪些功能符号原则上能够用于第二电子设备；以及在电子设备的当前状态下，哪些功能符号是有效的，亦即：通过遥控器可以控制被连接的第二电子设备的那些功能。
有利地总是插入第二电子设备下述功能的全部功能符号，该功能原则上可以通过遥控器进行控制。
通常情况下，遥控器具有压力敏感的按键，并且把所述符号直接地或者通过双功能配属给这些按键。
上述的解决方案极大地简化了对外部连接电子设备的操作。尤其实现了以下功效：在通过遥控器进行操作时，经常会出现反应的死时间，而人们无法立即知晓遥控器是否已经执行了功能。从而造成许多使用者经常连续多次敲击按键或者试图通过另外的按键组合把设备设置到另外的状态，而最终所期待的功能却是可以执行的。这经常导致外部连接电子设备的绝对失控的动作并最终让使用者感到郁闷。通过图形化标记电子设备当前状态下可以使用的符号或者按键，使得使用者通过视觉可以清楚地了解：哪些符号或哪些按键是有效的并且可以通过遥控器进行操作。
根据一个优选的实施例，在第二电子设备的当前状态下可供使用的按键或按键符号以浅色显示，而在当前状态下不能使用的按键或按键符号以深色或阴影显示。
有利地，在显示设备上同样插入第二电子设备状态的信息字段，以向使用者还传送以下的逻辑信息：为什么在当前状态下仅有某些功能可供使用。
最好第一电子设备以硬盘记录器的形式构建而第二电子设备被构建为摄像机。显示设备最好是显示器，例如LCD显示器、TFT显示器或者等离子体显示器。按键符号的显示最好以所谓的GUI(图形用户界面)实施。
以下将借助于附图中所示的实施例对本发明进行详细说明。

图3A-3B分别示出了所插入的遥控器的按键符号，这些按键符号可以用于第二电子设备。
图1示出了具有第一电子设备1的装置，第一电子设备1可以通过遥控器2进行控制。
第一电子设备1，可以是例如DVD形式的记录器、视频或硬盘记录器，并且与一个显示设备3相连接。显示设备3是显像管显示器或者例如采用LCD技术、TFT技术、或者等离子体技术的平板显示器。通常，在显示设备的一侧或者下方布置有扬声器4。第一电子设备1连接有一个第二电子设备5。在所示的实施例中，第二电子设备5是数码摄像机，该数码摄像机具有内置的数据存储器6(例如闪存、工作存储器、数字磁带)。数字存储器6上的数据可以被重录在第一电子设备的数据存储器7中并且随后在显示设备3上显示。第一电子设备的数据存储器7例如可以是录像带、DVD或者硬盘。利用遥控器2一方面可以控制第一电子设备1的功能而另一方面还可以控制第二电子设备5的某些功能。
如图2所示，遥控器2对此包括多个按键8，这些按键8配备有数字、文字或者图表(Piktrogrammen)形式的标注。有些按键在其表面配置有两个功能标注，从而在该按键下方显示图表，而该功能只能够通过操作“换档”(Schift)键才能实现。
图3A-图3C分别示出了所谓的GUI(图形用户界面)，在第二电子设备5与第一电子设备1相连接的情况下，上述图形用户界面被显示在显示设备3上。
在所述的GUI中插入下述的按键功能或按键符号10，该按键功能或按键符号10同样存在于遥控器2上并通过该按键功能或按键符号10由遥控器2对第二设备2的功能进行控制。
在图3A中，Canon XL1S摄像机作为第二电子设备5被连接，在摄像机的当前状态下，所插入的按键符号10的全部功能都可以通过遥控器2利用相应的按键或者按键组合实施。
在图3B中，摄像机处于下述的状态，其中只能操作表示停止的黑色矩形按键符号的按键。而在当前状态下，不能实施其它按键符号所代表的功能。如图3B所示，在当前状态下无法实施的按键符号的图形显示是有区别的，在目前情况下呈深色，从而使用者能够立即知道：在第二电子设备的当前状态下，他可以使用哪些遥控器按键而不能使用哪些按键。
在图3C中，上面一行的画面倒放(Frame zurueck)、停止(Stopp)、画面播放(Frame vor)的按键符号以深色示出，而下面一行的按键符号：倒带(Ruecklauf)或播放/暂停(Play/Pause)，快进(Vorlauf)和摄像(Aufnahme)以浅色示出。画面倒放/播放表示：显示前一幅/后一幅的单幅图像。设备因而处于一个状态，此时只能操作倒带、快进、摄像和播放的按键。通过显示：经一个(通常配备给第一电子设备的)遥控器能够操作第二电子设备5(目前情况下是摄像机)的哪些功能，从而几乎使每一个使用者能够通过相同的遥控器控制所连接的外部第二电子设备。在遥控器上的哪些按键原则上可以控制第二电子设备以及哪些按键在当前状态下可以使用的信息让使用者完全了解用于控制第二电子设备的遥控器并且不必详细研读使用手册就能够进行操作。
本发明并非局限于上述的实施例，而是涉及到权利要求保护范围之内的全部的实施形式。

1.具有第一电子设备(1)、用于操作第一电子设备(1)功能的遥控器(2)、显示设备(3)、和第二电子设备(5)的装置，其中在遥控器上用符号(10)标明所述功能，所述显示设备(3)和第二电子设备(5)可以分别与第一电子设备相连接，其中如果第二电子设备(5)与第一电子设备(1)相连接并在显示设备(3)上插入遥控器(2)的用于第二电子设备(5)的符号(10)，那么利用第一电子设备(1)的遥控器(2)还可以控制第二电子设备(5)的功能，
其特征在于，
把在第二电子设备(5)的当前状态下可供使用的功能的符号(10)与在第二电子设备(5)的当前状态下不能使用的功能的符号(10)在图形上有区别地进行显示。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置，
其特征在于，
把在当前状态下可供使用的第二电子设备(5)的功能的符号(10)用浅色示出，而把在第二电子设备(5)的当前状态下不能使用的功能的符号(10)用深色或阴影示出。
3.如权利要求1或者2所述的装置，
其特征在于，
第一电子设备被构成为具有数据存储介质(7)的记录器，例如以硬盘记录器的形式。

其特征在于，
第二电子设备(5)是摄像机。
