Abstract
本发明公开了一种实现电路域和分组域双向互操作的系统,应用于包括电路域网络和分组域网络的系统中,包括:互操作网关,与电路域网络和分组域网络相连,用于保存双模终端当前所处网络以及呼叫状态信息,并根据双模终端所处的网络及呼叫状态信息,将在电路域网络的系统消息或寻呼消息前转到分组域网络,或通过分组域网络通知该双模终端在电路域有系统消息或寻呼消息;或将分组域网络的系统消息或寻呼消息呼叫前转到电路域网络,或通过电路域网络通知该双模终端分组域有系统消息或寻呼消息。同时,本发明还公开了一种在分组域内进行业务的终端实现电路域业务的方法,以及一种在电路域内进行业务的终端实现分组域业务的方法。本发明彻底实现了双网互操作,即电路域进行呼叫时可以接收来自分组域的呼叫,在分组域进行业务时可以收到电路域呼叫,用户不会丢掉任何一个重要呼叫。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及cdma2000系统技术领域,特别是指一种在cdma2000系统中实现电路域和分组域双向互操作的方法及系统,实现电路域和分组域双向互操作是指在驻留在电路域内终端可以接收分组域业务,以及驻留在分组域内的终端可以接收电路域业务。
背景技术
在dma20001x网络中,如果移动终端(MS)在分组域内进行业务,电路域网络可能存在对该MS的系统消息或寻呼消息等,反之,如果MS在电路域内也可能有分组业务流需要下发给MS。但是,在上述网络框架中,当移动终端在分组域中进行业务时,无法监听电路域的系统消息和寻呼消息。当用户处于电路域内进行业务时,也却无法监听分组域网络的系统消息和寻呼消息。因此,可能由于无法监听而使用户错过了分组域的业务。
当然,为了实现互操作,相继提出了交叉寻呼模型和改进后的交叉寻呼模型,比如,在改进后的交叉寻呼模型中,利用在MSC中进一步增加IWS功能(Functin),利用该功能可以使分组域内处于激活态的移动终端能接收到电路域的系统消息和寻呼消息,却无法使电路域内进行业务的终端进行分组域业务,而且这种方式还需要对现有的接入网和电路域网络作出改进,实现起来也比较复杂,不利于低成本组网的需求。还存在DO与1x需要共同规划的问题,大大增加了规划的难度。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种实现驻留在电路域内的双模终端接收分组域业务的方法,使在电路域内进行业务的双模终端能进行分组域业务。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种实现驻留在分组域内的双模终端接收电路域业务的方法,使在分组域内进行业务的双模终端能进行电路域业务。
本发明的第三个目的是提供一种实现电路域和分组域双向互操作的系统,使其不需要对现有网络设备进行改进,即可在分组域内处于激活态的终端接收电路域系统消息和寻呼消息,以及在电路域内进行业务的终端能进行分组域业务。
为了实现上述第一个目的,本发明提供的一种实现驻留在电路域内的双模终端接收分组域业务的方法是这样实现的:
一种实现驻留在分组域的双模终端接收电路域业务的方法,应用于包括电路域和分组域的网络中,包括:设置一个互操作网关,分别连接电路域和分组域网络,还包括以下步骤:
a.在互操作网关中保存双模终端当前所处网络以及当前呼叫状态信息;
b.当电路域网络确定有系统消息或系统消息或寻呼消息下发给双模终端时,根据自身保存的签约信息判断该双模终端是否是签约用户,如果是,则触发互操作网关,将该系统消息或系统消息或寻呼消息发送给互操作网关;
c.互操作网关确定该双模终端当前所处网络,如果双模终端处于分组域网络,互操作网关将该电路域网络的呼叫请求前转到分组域网络,或通知该双模终端在电路域有寻呼请求。

一种实现驻留在电路域内的双模终端接收分组域业务的方法,包括:设置一个互操作网关,分别连接电路域和分组域网络,还包括以下步骤:
a.在互操作网关中保存双模终端当前所处网络以及当前呼叫状态信息;
b.当分组域网络确定有系统消息或系统消息或寻呼消息下发给双模终端时,根据自身保存的签约信息判断该双模终端是否是双网漫游签约用户,如果是,则触发互操作网关;
c.互操作网关确定该双模终端当前所在网络,如果该双模终端当前处于电路域网络,则将该系统消息或寻呼消息前转到电路域网络,或通过电路域通知该双模终端分组域有寻呼请求。
步骤a中在该互操作网关中保存双模终端当前所处网络以及当前呼叫状态信息的步骤为:

互操作网关判断电路域网络是否可以承载分组域网络下发给该双模终端的系统消息或系统消息或寻呼消息,如果可以,则将分组域网络的系统消息或寻呼消息前转至电路域网络,如果不可以,则通过电路域网络通知该双模终端分组域网络有系统消息或寻呼消息。
步骤c包括:
c1、互操作网关通过电路域通知用户当前在分组域有系统消息或系统消息或寻呼消息,并提供给用户可以将系统消息或寻呼消息前转到电路域以及在分组域接收系统消息或寻呼消息两种选择方式;

一种实现双网互操作的系统,应用于包括电路域网络和分组域网络的系统中,包括:
互操作网关,与电路域网络和分组域网络相连,用于保存双模终端当前所处网络以及呼叫状态信息,并根据双模终端的呼叫状态信息,将在电路域网络的系统消息或寻呼消息前转到分组域网络,或通过分组域网络通知该双模终端在电路域有系统消息或寻呼消息;或将分组域网络的系统消息或寻呼消息呼叫前转到电路域网络,或通过电路域网络通知该双模终端分组域有系统消息或寻呼消息。
所述互操作网关进一步包括接口,用于接收分组域内与互操作网关签约的双模终端发送的当前呼叫状态信息;
所述互操作网关与电路域网络中的归属位置寄存器相连,用于接收归属位置寄存器发送的多模终端在电路域的呼叫状态信息;或,
所述互操作网关与电路域网络中的移动交换中心相连,用于接收移动交换中心发送的多模终端在电路域的呼叫状态信息;或,
所述互操作网关与电路域网络中的移动交换中心相连,用于接收移动交换中心发送的针对多模终端的呼叫,并根据该呼叫确定并保存双模终端的呼叫状态信息。
互操作网关,进一步用于通过双模终端当前所在网络域向双模终端提供在电路域接收或分组域接收当前系统消息或寻呼消息的选择,在收到双模终端的选择后,根据选择结果给该双模终端发送系统消息或寻呼消息。
本发明的方法通过增加用于保存双模终端当前呼叫状态的互操作网关,从而实现了驻留在电路域内双模终端接收分组域业务,以及实现了驻留在分组域内的双模终端接收电路域业务,可以使用户不会丢掉任何一个重要的呼叫,彻底解决了双网互操作的问题。而且,本发明的方法不需要对现有电路域网络作出较大改动,节省组网成本,实现简单。

具体实施方式
参见图1所示,为了实现电路域和分组域的双向互操作,本发明增加了一个网络实体,即互操作网关(IWGW,Interworking Gateway),与电路域网络和分组域网络相连。互操作网关需要记录双模终端当前所在网络以及呼叫状态信息,提供电路域网络或分组域网络该双模终端当前的呼叫状态信息,以使电路域网络或分组域网络决定如何处理针对该双模终端的系统消息和寻呼消息。
这里,终端的呼叫状态可以是空闲态、接入态或通话态。空闲态是指用户没有进行任何操作时的状态;接入态是指当用户开始尝试发起呼叫请求直到建立连接,但对方没有应答之前的状态;通话态是指当用户建立呼叫/会话连接后接通电话时的状态。
在电路域中,IWGW相当于一个双模用户签约的SCP SERVER,用于记录用户在电路域的当前呼叫状态,查询该网络实体,可以获取到用户的呼叫状态,以进一步确定是否可以接收分组域呼叫。在分组域中,IWGW相当于一个双模用户签约的AS,多模终端在注册、注销、发起业务请求或接收业务请求时,都需要触发到IWGW,这样查询IWGW,可以清楚地知道用户在分组域的呼叫状态,当然,也可以确定用户是否可以接收电路域呼叫。
并且,IWGW中保存多模终端当前所处网络以及当前呼叫状态的实现方法有多种,并且,在不同网络域内方式可以不同。
第一、双模终端在分组域中,IWGW保存多模终端当前所处网络以及当前呼叫状态的方法:
这种方式需要双模终端与IWGW预先签约业务,双模终端利用现有的呈现业务(prensence)与IWGW进行通信。当双模终端驻留在分组域网络内,即包括发起登记注册时、进行分组域业务过程中以及退出分组域网络时,该双模终端都要主动向签约的IWGW发送当前所处网络以及当前呼叫状态信息,IWGW再保存收到的该双模终端当前所处网络以及当前呼叫状态信息。
第二、双模终端在电路域中,IWGW保存多模终端当前所处网络以及当前呼叫状态的方法:
在电路域网络中,当双模终端作为主叫发起呼叫/会话建立请求,或作为被叫被动建立呼叫/会话,或者是建立连接后进行业务过程中,或者是停止业务、断开连接时,电路域网络都要向互操作网关发送该双模终端当前的呼叫状态信息,互操作网关利用该双模终端当前的呼叫状态信息,更新所保存的该双模终端所在网络的用户身份标识与呼叫状态的对应关系。
在具体实现过程中,由于电路域中HLR中收到MSC发送来的用户登记注册、注销请求、位置更新等信息后,将记录当前用户信息,包括用户当前呼叫状态等,因此,HLR每次得到当前用户信息后,可以向IWGW发送当前用户的呼叫状态,IWGW收到后,记录IWGW当前处于电路域以及在电路域的呼叫状态。当然,也可以由多模终端所属MSC在收到针对该双模终端的各种消息后,在正常处理的同时,确定该双模终端的呼叫状态,并向IWGW发送其当前呼叫状态信息等。也可以MSC直接将针对该双模终端的所有消息都发送给IWGW,由IWGW确定并保存该双模终端的呼叫状态。
由于实现电路域和分组域双向互操作包括驻留在电路域内的终端接收分组域业务,以及驻留在分组域内的终端接收电路域业务,因此,以下从上述两个方面分别说明本发明的技术方案。
参见图2所示,本实施例中,本发明的系统包括电路域网络和分组域网络以及IWGW。其中,电路域网络至少包括X-CSCF、MGCF/MGW、AGW,电路域网络包括GMSC和MSC相连,分组域网络的MGCF/MGW与电路域中的GMSC相连。IWGW分别连接分组域中的X-CSCF以及电路域中的MSC。IWGW进一步包括接口,用于接收并保存分组域内与IWGW签约的双模终端发送的当前呼叫状态信息。所述IWGW与电路域网络中的HLR相连,用于接收HLR发送的多模终端在电路域的呼叫状态信息。当然,IWGW也可以用于接收并保存MSC发送的多模终端在电路域的呼叫状态信息,也可以用于接收移动交换中心发送的针对多模终端的呼叫,并根据该呼叫确定并保存双模终端的呼叫状态信息。
一、驻留在分组域内的终端接收电路域业务的方法。
参见图3所示,本发明驻留在分组域内的终端接收电路域业务的方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤300:在电路域网络中设置签约用户信息。
步骤301:当电路域网络确定有系统消息或寻呼消息下发给双模终端时,根据自身保存的签约信息判断该双模终端是否是签约用户,如果是,则触发互操作网关,通知操作网关分组域有系统消息或寻呼消息寻呼双模终端,并将系统消息或寻呼消息发送给操作网关如果不是,则跳出本流程;
步骤302:互操作网关查询自身保存的信息,确定该双模终端当前所处网络,如果该双模终端当前处于分组域网络,则互操作网关将该电路域网络的系统消息或寻呼消息前转到分组域网络,也可以通知该双模终端在电路域有系统消息或寻呼消息,如果双模终端处于电路域网络,则互操作网关通知电路域网络按照现有流程处理。
具体实现过程中,互操作网关也可以通过分组域通知用户当前在电路域有系统消息或寻呼消息,并提供给用户这种处理方式,即:将系统消息或寻呼消息前转到分组域,以及在电路域接收系统消息或寻呼消息。用户选择一种处理方式后,将所选择结果发送给IWGW,如果用户选择将寻呼消息前转到分组域,IWGW则将该系统消息或寻呼消息前转到分组域,如果用户选择在电路域接收该消息,IWGW则通知电路域保持该系统消息或寻呼消息,待该双模终端驻留到电路域网络后,下发给该多模终端。
二、驻留在电路域内的终端接收分组域业务的过程。
参见图4所示,驻留在电路域内的终端接收分组域业务的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤400:在分组域网络设置签约用户信息。
步骤401:当分组域网络中的X-CSCF确定有系统消息或寻呼消息下发给双模终端时,根据自身保存的签约信息判断该双模终端是否是签约用户,如果是,则触发互操作网关,通知操作网关分组域有系统消息或寻呼消息寻呼双模终端,并将系统消息或寻呼消息发送给操作网关,如果不是,跳出本流程;
步骤402:互操作网关查询自身保存的信息,确定该双模终端当前所在网络,如果处于分组域网络,则通知X-CSCF按照现有的流程进行处理,结束本流程,如果处于电路域网络,则将该系统消息或寻呼消息前转到电路域网络,或通过电路域网络通知该双模终端分组域有系统消息或寻呼请求。
较佳地,可以在互操作网关预先保存电路域网络支持的业务类型信息,在步骤402中,如果确定双模终端当前处于电路域网络,互操作网关可以进一步判断电路域网络是否支持分组域中下发给该双模终端的系统消息或寻呼消息,如果支持,则将分组域网络的系统消息或寻呼消息前转到电路域网络,再由电路域网络下发给该双模终端,如果不支持,则通过电路域网络通知该双模终端分组域有寻呼请求。
当然,也可以先将两种处理方式都提供给用户,提供给用户选择,并且用户将所选择的方式通过电路域通知IWGW。如果用户选择将系统消息或寻呼消息前转到电路域网络,IWGW再将该消息前转到电路域网络,由电路域网络将该寻呼消息下发给该双模终端。如果用户选择到分组域接收系统消息或寻呼消息,IWGW则通知分组域一直搜索多模终端,当多模终端重新回到分组域之后,分组域再将系统消息或寻呼消息下发给该多模终端。
从上述方案可知,由于用户在电路域签约智能业务,用户签约的智能服务器是IWGW,因此,在电路域中,针对该双模终端所有的呼叫,电路域都会触发到IWGW,由于IWGW记录了该双模终端当前呼叫状态,因此,IWGW可以根据该双模终端当前呼叫状态,确定如何处理针对该双模终端的消息,如果该双模终端当前处于分组域内,IWGW则将该呼叫前转到分组域内。如果该双模终端当前处于电路域内,IWGW则将该呼叫返回给电路域,通知电路域按照现有流程处理。
需要说明的是,上述实现呼叫前转,即将分组域的系统消息或寻呼消息前转到电路域,再由电路域将该系统消息或寻呼消息发送给该双模终端,或者,将电路域的系统消息或寻呼消息前转到分组域,再由分组域将该系统消息或寻呼消息发送给该双模终端。如果双模终端在分组域内和电路域内是一个用户号码,那么上述实现呼叫前转的号码即为该双模终端的用户号码,如果双模终端在分组域内和电路域内是两个不同的用户号码,则实现呼叫前转的号码是双模终端在所要前转的网络域内的用户号码加上一个特殊前缀,网络域收到该号码后,去掉前缀,将该系统消息或寻呼消息通过本域发送给双模终端。
Claims (13)
1、一种实现驻留在分组域的双模终端接收电路域业务的方法,应用于包括电路域和分组域的网络中,其特征在于,设置一个互操作网关,分别连接电路域和分组域网络,该方法还包括以下步骤:
a.在互操作网关中保存双模终端当前所处网络以及当前呼叫状态信息;
b.当电路域网络确定有系统消息或系统消息或寻呼消息下发给双模终端时,根据自身保存的签约信息判断该双模终端是否是签约用户,如果是,则触发互操作网关,将该系统消息或系统消息或寻呼消息发送给互操作网关;
c.互操作网关确定该双模终端当前所处网络,如果双模终端处于分组域网络,互操作网关将该电路域网络的呼叫请求前转到分组域网络,或通知该双模终端在电路域有寻呼请求。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤a中在该互操作网关中保存双模终端当前所处网络以及当前呼叫状态信息的步骤为:
双模终端与互操作网关预先签约业务;在分组域网络中,当双模终端在发起登记注册时、进行分组域业务过程中以及退出分组域网络时,该双模终端主动向签约的互操作网关发送当前所处网络以及当前呼叫状态信息,互操作网关再保存收到的该双模终端当前所处网络以及当前呼叫状态信息;

互操作网关,与电路域网络和分组域网络相连,用于保存双模终端当前所处网络以及呼叫状态信息,并根据双模终端的呼叫状态信息,将在电路域网络的系统消息或寻呼消息前转到分组域网络,或通过分组域网络通知该双模终端在电路域有系统消息或寻呼消息;或将分组域网络的系统消息或寻呼消息呼叫前转到电路域网络,或通过电路域网络通知该双模终端分组域有系统消息或寻呼消息。
12、根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述互操作网关进一步包括接口,用于接收分组域内与互操作网关签约的双模终端发送的当前呼叫状态信息;
所述互操作网关与电路域网络中的归属位置寄存器相连,用于接收归属位置寄存器发送的多模终端在电路域的呼叫状态信息;或,
所述互操作网关与电路域网络中的移动交换中心相连,用于接收移动交换中心发送的多模终端在电路域的呼叫状态信息;或,
所述互操作网关与电路域网络中的移动交换中心相连,用于接收移动交换中心发送的针对多模终端的呼叫,并根据该呼叫确定并保存双模终端的呼叫状态信息。
13、根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,互操作网关,进一步用于通过双模终端当前所在网络域向双模终端提供在电路域接收或分组域接收当前系统消息或寻呼消息的选择,在收到双模终端的选择后,根据选择结果给该双模终端发送系统消息或寻呼消息。
