Abstract

技术领域
本发明总体涉及地板养护设备领域,更具体地,涉及到一种安装有新式集尘组件的直立式或罐式真空吸尘器以及这样一种集尘组件。
背景技术
无袋式真空吸尘器技术在本领域内已公知很长时间。1981年公布的日本专利申请56-136642和56-136650公开了一种带有集尘室的直立式真空吸尘器,该集尘室可拆卸地连接到主设备的开口处,以利于使用者在倒空吸尘器过程中方便地使用。一个可拆卸的过滤器在集尘室底部处填充开口,并用于将由风扇和马达组件通过真空吸尘器而汲取的空气与尘土分离。
本发明涉及一种改良的、用于直立式或罐式真空吸尘器的集尘组件。
发明内容
根据本文所描述的本发明的目的,提供一种改良的真空吸尘器。这种真空吸尘器包括:壳体、装于该壳体上的抽吸产生器以及装于该壳体上的无袋式除尘系统。该无袋式除尘系统包括一个集尘杯、一个远离集尘杯的过滤室、一个位于该过滤室中的过滤器以及一个提供集尘杯与过滤室之间的流体连通的第一管道。该真空吸尘器还包括一个提供过滤室和抽吸产生器之间的流体连通的第二管道。
所述过滤室进一步包括一通道门。过滤器保持在该通道门中的一空腔内。而且,该通道门包括一个与第一管道流体连通的入口。该通道门设计成使得由该过滤器在通道门中限定形成一个集尘室。所述入口与这个集尘室直接连通。
真空吸尘器的壳体包括一个管嘴组件以及一个罐组件。罐组件枢转地连接于该管嘴组件。管嘴组件包括一个抽吸口。一个可转动的搅拌装置穿过该抽吸口由管嘴组件承载。进一步地,集尘杯内设置有一个预过滤器。

现在将参照附图中所示的示例详细对本发明的现有优选实施方式进行说明。
具体实施方式
参照图1和图2,示出本发明的真空吸尘器10。真空吸尘器10包括壳体12,该壳体12包括一管嘴组件14和一罐组件16。罐组件16以本领域内公知的方式枢转地连接于管嘴组件14。壳体12上设置的轮子18使得真空吸尘器可顺利地移动并易于通过待清扫的地板。管嘴组件14包括一个延伸过抽吸口22的大致整个宽度的旋转式搅拌器20。在图示的实施例中,旋转式搅拌器20由一内部的驱动马达24驱动。
也如图1所示,罐组件16包括一空腔26,用于容纳并保持总体上以参考标号28指示的集尘杯。罐组件16上设置有一手柄30,以使操作者可在进行清洁操作的过程中方便地来回在地板上引导真空吸尘器10。罐组件16的后部在远离集尘杯28处设置有一个过滤室32。过滤室32由一个维持及保持过滤器36的通道门34封闭。抽吸产生器38保持在罐组件16底部的室40内。在操作过程中,旋转式搅拌器20搅打待清理的下方地毯的绒毛上的灰尘和碎屑。通过抽吸产生器38,将该灰尘和碎屑与空气一起抽入抽吸口22内。与灰尘和碎屑一起引入的空气从抽吸口22穿经输送管道42而运送到入口44,再运送到集尘杯28。大部分灰尘和碎屑收集到集尘杯28内,并且相对干净的空气在穿经第一管道48之前通过预过滤器或筛网46,以此,空气经由通道门34中的入口50而运送到过滤室32。接着,空气在穿经出口52运送到第二管道54内之前通过过滤器36。第二管道54将空气运送到容置抽吸产生器38的室40内。然后,空气在抽吸产生器38的马达上方导过,以便在通过末级过滤器56排出之前进行冷却并随后通过排气孔58而排放到外界环境中。
图3a-3c中详细示出了集尘杯28。如图所示,集尘杯28包括一个圆柱形侧壁60,其具有一个容纳盖子62的敞开顶端。盖子62顶端中的开口由一个可选的预过滤器45封闭,该预过滤器45包括由框架47支撑的筛网46。预过滤器46的下游侧上的排气集管64包括一个出口66,该出口66将空气直接供入通向过滤室32的第一管道48。盖子62上成切线导向的入口44与圆柱侧壁60一起引起集尘杯28内的气旋式气流,这种气流促进了从空气流中移除灰尘和碎屑。集尘杯28的底部由枢转地安装到圆柱侧壁60上的倾倒门68封闭。位于铰链(未示出)相对位置处的弹性闩锁70与侧壁69上的锁定突部74接合,以便将倾倒门68保持在关闭位置。
当期望倒空集尘杯里的物质时,通过提起手柄76并且向外拉出集尘杯28,将集尘杯28从真空除尘器的罐组件中拆下。然后,通过手柄76将集尘杯28保持在垃圾桶或其它废品接收装置的上方。然后,压下致动器78。致动器78与一个由盖子62承载的滑动致动构件80相接合,该滑动致动构件80又与侧壁60所承载的滑动联接臂82接合。联接臂82的末端设有一个凸起部84。压下致动器78,使得凸起部84接合闩锁70,从而抬起闩锁,以便与锁定突部74脱开接触。此后,作用在倾倒门68和集尘杯内的物质上的重力使得倾倒门摆开,使得里面的物质可倒入下面的废品接收装置内。仅仅推动地关闭倾倒门68使其绕铰链枢转,进而可再次将其固定在闩锁70与锁定突部74相接合的适当位置。然后,更换罐组件16的空腔26内的集尘杯28,以便继续进行除尘操作。
现在参照图4和图5,其示出了从罐组件16中拆下的过滤室32的通道门34。如图4中最佳示出的,通道门包括一个入口50和一个过滤器保持件86。过滤器保持件86包括一个支撑肩部88以及一个侧壁90,该侧壁90包括两个槽92和四个开口94。
过滤器36包括一个保持在框架98内的折叠过滤介质96。框架98包括一组突部100。当过滤器36适当座放于过滤器保持件86中(图5中示出)时,突部100容纳在槽92和开口94内,并且框架98置靠在肩部88上。在该完全座放位置,过滤器36限定形成一个位于通道门34中与入口50流体连通的集尘室102。任何从预过滤器筛网46中逸出的小颗粒灰尘都会落入过滤器36后面的集尘室102中。
如图4和图5中进一步示出的,通道门34包括一个借助于枢轴108与其枢转地连接的闩锁106。设置在闩锁上的凸耳110与罐组件16的壳体上的对应结构相接合,以便将通道门34固定在适当位置,进而关闭过滤室32。
有利的是,本发明提供一种具有无袋式除尘系统的真空吸尘器,该除尘系统包括一集尘杯28以及一个单独的过滤室32,其一起作用而通过设置双过滤结构来提供加强的清洁性能。此外,集尘杯28设置有倾倒门68,并且过滤室32包括一个保持过滤器36的可拆卸通道门34。这些特征使操作者可根据需要以快速有效的方式方便地倒空集尘杯28、倒空集尘室102以及更换过滤器36。
为了图示说明和描述的目的,给出本发明的上述优选实施方式的描述。其并非排他性的或并非旨在将本发明限制于所公开的精确形式。考虑以上启示,可以进行多种修改或改动。例如,尽管本文献中所图示说明和描述的真空吸尘器10是直立式真空吸尘器,应理解为本发明同样适用于罐式真空吸尘器甚或提取机。此外,虽然图示实施方式中的集尘杯28利用气旋式气流,本发明同样适用于并包括那些没有结合圆柱形侧壁和/或成切线导向的入口的结构的非气旋式集尘杯。

Claims (13)

1.一种真空吸尘器,其包括:
壳体;
装在所述壳体上的抽吸产生器;以及
装在所述壳体上的无袋式除尘系统,所述无袋式除尘系统包括集尘杯、远离该集尘杯的过滤室、位于该过滤室中的过滤器以及在所述集尘杯和过滤室之间提供流体连通的第一管道。
2.如权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其进一步包括:在所述过滤室和抽吸产生器之间提供流体连通的第二管道。
3.如权利要求2所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述过滤室进一步包括一通道门。
4.如权利要求3所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述过滤器保持在所述通道门中的一空腔内。
5.如权利要求4所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述通道门可与所述过滤器一起从所述壳体上拆下。
6.如权利要求4所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述通道门包括与所述第一管道流体连通的入口。
7.如权利要求6所述的真空吸尘器,其中,在所述通道门中由所述过滤器限定形成一个集尘室,所述入口与所述集尘室直接连通。
8.如权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述壳体包括一管嘴组件以及一罐组件。
9.如权利要求8所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述罐组件枢转地连接至所述管嘴组件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述管嘴组件包括一抽吸口。
11.根据权利要求10所述的真空吸尘器,其中,穿过所述抽吸口由所述管嘴组件装有一个旋转式搅拌器。
12.根据权利要求3所述的真空吸尘器,其中,所述通道门装有用于将所述通道门固定到所述壳体上的闩锁。
13.根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其进一步包括:安装在所述集尘杯内的预过滤器。
