一种防止物流传输桶在使用过程中分开的方法，本发明属物流传输领域。目前物流传输桶采用插拔方式，容易在使用过程中分开，造成物件丢失的情况。本发明提供一种防止物流传输桶在使用过程中分开的方法。本发明中物流传输桶有桶盖和桶身两部分组成。在本发明中用一根系带将桶盖和桶身系在一起。在桶盖和桶身上开有“凹”型槽，“凹”型槽内用来放置系带，在“凹”型槽凹型开口的上部断断续续的设有挡片，挡片与桶盖或桶身为一体结构。系带的两端安装锁扣，可方便的打开和系上系带。挡片的作用是：在“凹”型槽内穿入系带，系带两端安装锁扣后系带不会从“凹”型槽内出来。在放置锁扣的位置，有向桶内凹陷的凹坑，这样当物流传输桶在使用过程中不会碰到锁扣。

发明内容
本发明提供一种防止物流传输桶在使用过程中分开的方法。本发明中物流传输桶有桶盖和桶身两部分组成。在本发明中用一根系带将桶盖和桶身系在一起。在桶盖和桶身上开有“凹”型槽，“凹”型槽内用来放置系带，在“凹”型槽凹型开口的上部断断续续的设有挡片，挡片与桶盖或桶身为一体结构。系带的两端安装锁扣，可方便地打开和系上系带。挡片的作用是：在“凹”型槽内穿入系带，系带两端安装锁扣后系带不会从“凹”型槽内出来。在放置锁扣的位置，有向桶内凹陷的凹坑，这样当物流传输桶在使用过程中不会碰到锁扣。

具体实施方式
图1、图2和图3中，1为凹槽，2为挡片；图4、图5中，3为凹槽，4为挡片，5为传输桶桶底的挡片，6为放置锁扣的凹坑；图6中，6为放置锁扣的凹坑，7为系带，8为锁扣。如图1、图2、图3中，桶盖为圆形。在桶盖的上部居中位置有凹槽1，在桶盖的整个凹槽1上，分布有两个挡片2，挡片2和桶盖是一体结构。如图4、图5中，桶身为圆桶形。在桶身的两个侧面，分别开有凹槽3，在每个侧面的凹槽3上都分布有挡片4，在桶底分布有挡片5，挡片4和挡片5与桶身为一体结构。在桶身上部一个侧面的凹槽处有一个向桶里凹陷的圆形凹坑6。如图6中，在桶盖和桶身的凹槽内穿有一根系带7，系带7有弹性，可伸缩，将桶盖和桶身系在一起，在系带的两端系有锁扣8，锁扣8可方便的系上和打开，当系上锁扣8后，锁扣8正好位于凹坑6内，这样传输桶在传输过程中，不会碰到锁扣8，且桶盖和桶身牢牢地系在一起，不会分开。

1、一种防止物流传输桶在使用过程中分开的方法，其特征在于：其用一根系带将传输桶的桶盖和桶身系在一起。
2、根据权利要求1，其特征在于：在桶盖和桶身上开有凹槽，在凹槽“凹”型开口上部，设有挡片，挡片与桶盖或桶身为一体结构，凹槽用来穿系带。
3、根据权利要求1，其特征在于：放置锁扣的位置，有向桶内凹陷的凹坑，传输桶在传输过程中不会碰到锁扣。
