技术领域:
本发明涉及一种排水跌水的处理方法,主要用于雨水或污水提升后的排水口的跌水处理。
背景技术:
通常情况下,平原地区的雨水排水,以及污水经处理后的污水排除均需要经过提升后通过排水管排至废水接纳水体,或者接纳水沟中。由于泵的提升,雨(污)水在出水口都有一定压力,因此对接纳水体或接纳水沟的地基和沟底冲刷较利害,另外,雨(污)水四处飞溅也会对环境造成污染。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于:提供一种排水口跌水处理方法,将雨(污)水管靠出水口附近一段作斜切处理,以增大出水口断面面积,减少出水压力,并对接纳水沟沟壁进行跌水处理,以减少雨(污)水四处飞溅,以减轻接纳水沟沟底的冲刷。
本发明是这样实现的:在排水管(1)进入排水沟(2)段弯曲一角度,并在排水管(1)的出口处进行斜切处理,排水管出口朝向排水沟底;排水沟(2)底部长度L为14倍排水管(1)的直径d,底部到排水沟(2)的出水面高度h为4倍d。
排水管(1)的弯曲角度为90度,连接半径为5倍管道直径d。
排水管(1)出口处斜切的角度为30度。
排水沟(2)底部排水坡度大于0.30%。
本发明通过对排水管的断面处理,以及接纳水沟沟底处理,减少雨(污)水四处飞溅,以及减轻对接纳水沟沟底的冲刷。达到了发明目的。

本发明的实施例:在排水管(1)进入排水沟(2)时进行转弯处理,转弯角度为90度,连接半径为5倍管道直径。在排水管(1)出口处进行断面进行斜切处理,斜切的角度为30度。排水沟(2)在排水管(1)转弯处理段进行跌水处理,底部到排水沟(2)的出水面高度h为4倍d,排水沟(2)底部长度L为14倍排水管(1)的直径d。跌水段的沟底排水坡度设计不小于0.30%。跌水段的沟底及沟壁砌筑材料和要求与接纳排水沟一致。

1.一种排水口跌水处理方法,其特征在于:在排水管(1)进入排水沟(2)段弯曲一角度,排水管(1)的弯曲角度为90度,连接半径为5倍管道直径d;并在排水管(1)的出口处进行斜切处理,排水管(1)出口处斜切的角度为30度,排水管出口朝向排水沟底;排水沟(2)底部长度L为14倍排水管(1)的直径d,底部到排水沟(2)的出水面高度h为4倍d,排水沟(2)底部排水坡度大于0.30%。
