Abstract

本发明揭示一种移动电话时间自动校正方法，该移动电话包括接收信号与发射信号的信号接收/发射单元、从接收到的信号中采样出时间信号的时间信号采样单元、存储时间信息与设定信息的存储器、中央处理器及显示单元，该方法主要通过设置移动电话的初始时间、时间校正周期、与标准时间来源的联系方式与时间请求，当需进行时间校正时，该移动电话自动将时间请求发送至标准时间来源，并取得标准时间，而后将该标准时间设定为移动电话的系统时间，从而令移动电话使用一般的石英振荡器亦可满足较高的时间精度，从而利于降低移动电话成本，并不影响移动电话的体积。

移动电话时间自动校正方法
【技术领域】
本发明有关一种时间自动校正方法，尤其是应用于移动电话中的时间自动校正方法。
【背景技术】
随着通讯技术的发展，具有时钟功能的移动电话普及率日益提高，其中时钟的准确性在移动电话的实际使用中的重要性日益提高，如现在的备忘录、闹钟等功能的实现均依靠时钟的准确性。而目前时钟的精确性主要取决于时钟电路中使用的振荡器的精度，而目前多使用普通的石英振荡器，其频率误差在±20-50ppm(百万分之20-50)，如以20ppm的误差为例，每天产生的时间误差将为1.728秒，而一年的时间误差则累积为630.72秒，将达10.5分钟之久，故会给使用者带来一定的不便。
针对该问题，业界采取使用较高精度的石英振荡器或使用微调电容或类似的元件对普通振荡器的频率进行微调的二种方法。第一种方法的不足在于：即使使用高精度的石英振荡器，振荡电路的负载电容依存在差别，所以实际上不可能得到与石英振荡器相同的高精度，因此无论使用多幺昂贵的元件，也不可能得到高准确度的时间。第二种方法的不足之处在于：虽然使用一般的石英振荡器成本不会太高，但是需要频率调节装置，如微调电容器，这引起了部件成本增加和令频率调节过程较为繁琐的缺陷，特别是元件数量的增加会导致对移动电话小型化的妨碍。
有鉴于此，实有必要提供一种既不会增加移动电话成本，且不影响移动电话体积的移动电话时间自动校正方法。
【发明内容】
本发明目的在于提供一种既不会增加移动电话成本，且不影响移动电话体积的移动电话时间自动校正方法。
为实现上述目的，实施本发明的移动电话包括接收信号与发射信号的信号接收/发射单元、从接收到的信号中采样出时间信号的时间信号采样单元、存储时间信息与设定信息的存储器、中央处理器及显示单元，本发明移动电话时间的自动校正方法包括以下步骤：
设置移动电话的初始时间、时间校正周期、与标准时间来源的联系方式与时间请求，并将此些数据存储于移动电话的存储器中；
移动电话中央处理器判断是否需进行时间校正，如否则继续判断；
如需进行时间校正，则移动电话自动发射请求信号至标准时间来源；
标准时间来源依请求发送时间信息至该移动电话；
移动电话的时间信号采样单元采样出时间信号并存储至存储器中；
中央处理器将该时间设定为移动电话的系统时间。
较佳地，该标准时间来源为声询台，移动电话通过呼叫声询台提出时间请求，并且声询台发送的时间信号至移动电话，该信号经过移动电话的语音产生单元发出，并且移动电话的语音辨识单元采样出时间信号并存储至存储器中。
较佳地，该标准时间来源为移动电话服务供应网络，移动电话通过发送短信至移动电话服务供应纲络提出时间请求，并且移动电话服务供应纲络发送标准时间至该移动电话，移动电话的时间信号采样单元采样出时间信号并存储至存储器中。
与现有技术相比较，本发明利用移动电话联系外部的标准时间来源定期对移动电话的系统时间进行校正，从而可定期将时间误差及时消除，因此即使移动电话的时钟电路采用一般的石英振荡器，也不会给使用者造成不便，如此不需采用较为昂贵的石英振荡器或其它的微调电容器等，因此不会增加移动电话的成本，并且也不会对移动电话的小型化形成妨碍。

【具体实施方式】
以下将结合图1与图2对本发明的进行详细说明，在以下说明中是以行动电话为例进行说明，该技术领域的普通技术人员应可理解，实施本发明的电子装置并不局限于移动电话，如具有无线通信功能的智能电话及个人数字助理(PDA)均可应用本发明。
请参阅图1所示，实施本发明的移动电话1包括：
信号接收/发射单元10，用于发射与接收无线通讯信号；
时间信号采样单元11，与信号接收/发射单元10耦接，用以将接收信号中的时间信号采样出；
存储器12，用以存储移动电话1的系统程序、时间校正周期、标准时间来源的联系方式及移动电话1的最初设定时间；
显示单元14，用以显示移动电话1的系统时间；
中央处理器13，与上述各单元耦接，用以控制以上不同单元的运作。
请参阅图2所示，本发明的移动电话1的时间自动校正方法包括以下步骤：
设置移动电话的初始时间、时间校正周期、与标准时间来源的联系方式与时间请求，并将此些数据存储于移动电话1的存储器12中，其中时间校正周期可设定为一周或一个月，而标准时间来源可为声询台，如中国大陆的114查询台或中国台湾的104报时台(步骤100)；
移动电话1中央处理器13判断是否需进行时间校正，即从最初设定的时间起，是否经过设定的时间校正周期的时间，如否则继续判断(步骤101)；
如需进行时间校正，即从最初设定的时间起，已经过设定的时间校正周期的时间，则移动电话1的中央处理器13执行自动联系功能，即从存储器12中读取出标准时间来源的联系方式，并自动联系，信号接收/发射单元10将时间请求发射至标准时间来源(步骤102)；
标准时间来源依移动电话1的请求发送时间信息至该移动电话1(步骤103)；
移动电话1的时间信号采样单元11采样出时间信号并存储至存储器12中(步骤104)；
中央处理器13将此时间设定为移动电话1的系统时间并显示在显示单元14上(步骤105)。
较佳地，当该标准时间来源为声询台时，而移动电话1内设有语音产生单元与语音辨识单元，步骤100中包括预先在移动电话1内设定时间询问请求，如可为询问时间的声音信号，步骤102具体包括以下步骤：当移动电话1呼叫声询台后，移动电话1通过语音产生单元提出时间询问请求，而步骤103相应包括以下步骤：声询台依次请求发送的时间信号至移动电话1，该信号经过移动电话1的语音产生单元发出，并且移动电话1的语音辨识单元采样出时间信号并存储至存储器12中。
较佳地，当该标准时间来源为移动电话服务供应网络，步骤100中包括预先在移动电话1内设定时间询问请求，如可为询问时间的短信，步骤102具体包括以下步骤：移动电话1从存储器12中读取出标准时间来源的联系方式，并自动联系，信号接收/发射单元10将询问时间的短信发射至移动电话服务供应纲络，而步骤103相应包括以下步骤：移动电话服务供应纲络以短信形式发送标准时间至该移动电话1，移动电话的时间信号采样单元11采样出时间信号并存储至存储器12中。
与现有技术相比较，本发明利用移动电话联系外部的标准时间来源定期对移动电话的系统时间进行校正，从而可定期将时间误差及时消除，因此即使移动电话的时钟电路采用一般的石英振荡器，也不会给使用者造成不便，如此不需采用较为昂贵的石英振荡器或其它的微调电容器等，因此不会增加移动电话的成本，并且也不会对移动电话的小型化形成妨碍。

Claims (10)

1、一种移动电话时间自动校正方法，该移动电话包括接收信号与发射信号的信号接收/发射单元、从接收到的信号中采样出时间信息的时间信号采样单元、存储时间信息与设定信息的存储器、中央处理器及显示单元，其特征在于该时间自动校正方法包括如下步骤：
设置移动电话的初始时间、时间校正周期、与标准时间来源的联系方式与时间请求，并将此些数据存储于移动电话的存储器中；
移动电话中央处理器判断是否需进行时间校正，如否则继续判断；
如需进行时间校正，则移动电话自动发射请求信号至标准时间来源；
标准时间来源依请求发送时间信息至该移动电话；
移动电话的时间信号采样单元采样出时间信号并存储至存储器中；
中央处理器将该时间设定为移动电话的系统时间。
2、如权利要求1所述的移动电话时间自动校正方法，其特征在于：该方法还包括将移动电话的系统时间显示在显示单元上的步骤。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的移动电话时间自动校正方法，其特征在于：该标准时间来源为声询台。
4、如权利要求3所述的移动电话时间自动校正方法，其特征在于：该移动电话内设有语音产生单元与语音辨识单元，行动电话中预先设有的时间询问请求为询问时间的声音信号。
5、如权利要求4所述的移动电话时间自动校正方法，其特征在于：当移动电话呼叫声询台后，移动电话通过语音产生单元提出时间询问请求。
6、如权利要求5所述的移动电话时间自动校正方法，其特征在于：声询台依请求发送的时间信号至移动电话，该信号经过移动电话的语音产生单元发出，并且移动电话的语音辨识单元采样出时间信号并存储至存储器中。
7、如权利要求1或2所述的移动电话时间自动校正方法，其特征在于：该标准时间来源为移动电话服务供应网络。
8、如权利要求7所述的移动电话时间自动校正方法，其特征在于：该移动电话中预先设有的时间询问请求为询问时间的短信。
9、如权利要求8所述的移动电话时间自动校正方法，其特征在于：移动电话从存储器中读取出标准时间来源的联系方式，并自动联系，信号接收/发射单元将询问时间的短信发射至移动电话服务供应纲络。
10、如权利要求9所述的移动电话时间自动校正方法，其特征在于：移动电话服务供应纲络以短信形式发送标准时间至该移动电话，移动电话的时间信号采样单元采样出时间信号并存储至存储器中。
