As mentioned above, because the light filter 303 according to the 4th embodiment comprises at least one jut, this light filter 303 is released in charges accumulated on the light filter 303 by jut 500, and do not need earth element 200,201 and 202 and ground plane 400 just can realize the ground connection of film-type light filter and panel and fixing, and earth element 200,201 and 202 and ground plane 400 be needed in first to the 3rd embodiment.

The film-type light filter that on panel, forms;
Earth element, it is used for the non-display area of panel is electrically connected to light filter.
2. according to the plasma display panel apparatus of claim 1, wherein this light filter is included in one or more films of selecting in AR film, light characteristic film, electromagnetic shielding film and the NIR screened film.
3. according to the plasma display panel apparatus of claim 1, wherein this earth element comprises conductive strips, and these conductive strips comprise a kind of conducting metal material and have the impedance of scope from 0.1 to 1000 Ω.

The ground plane that non-display area on panel forms; And
Earth element, it is used for light filter is electrically connected to ground plane.
