发明的半圆4叶长方形轮轴,放到河流水面、水中、水床都可,两头用支架固定,接触点用密封轴承连接,水流动力能使半圆4叶片长方形叶轮轴转动水流速越大,叶轮轴转速越快,叶片大、小关系到叶轮轴转动力大、小(实验成功)。把叶轮轴的转动力通过多件万向接头改变转动杆方向输送给河堤上的离合器离合器是配合变速器作功,转动力经过变速器的作功,能几倍的提高转速度,提速后的转动力输给发电机转子上,这样就提高了发电功率。海洋、长江、黄河、支流、小溪长年不息的流域中温藏着水流产生的巨大动力,这项技术能使无息的水流动力在流域中到处都能发挥把水流动力转化成为全人类创造出取之不尽,供大于求的电力财富。

技术领域:利用风、水流动力带动半圆叶片长方形叶轮轴动力转化成电能。
背景技术:气象人员使用的测风仪器,测量风速启发了我,根据它们原理发明了这项技术。
发明内容:设计半圆4叶片长方形叶轮轴放到河流里水面、水中、水床,两头用支架固定(液压升降柱),接触点用密封轴承,水流动力能使叶轮轴转动,落差大,水流越大,叶轮转速越快(叶片设计活动一定角度,可以很大程度降低反方向水流阻力),叶片大、小关系叶轮轴转动力的大、小(实验成功)。
叶轮轴的转动力通过多件万向接头改变转动杆,方向输送给河堤上的离合器,离合器是配合变速器作功,能几倍提高转动力的转速度,提速后转动力输送给发电机的转子上,这样就加倍提高了发电率(如果转动力大于几个发电机组的功率,就把转动力连接供给几个发电机组同时作功),并排安装多个叶轮和支架,一架多轮,此处就是一个大型水利发电厂。
发电基础上、下游几里左右河床架起保险杠高出叶轮一定高度,避免有时出现河水位下降,船舶货运吃水位深,禁止通行和发电设备免遭破坏。
海洋、长江、黄河、支流、小溪长年不息的流域蕴藏着水流产生巨大的水动力,可惜人类没有利用它,而在无声中白白的流失着,但这项技术能使无息的水流动力在流域中到处都能把水流动力转化成为全人类创造出取之不尽、供大于求的电力财富。
在原始面貌的河流两岸有条件的大堤上都可建造水利发电厂,场地的建设更加牢固了河堤高度、安全和使用寿命,不但是防洪大堤,又是发电厂地,一举多得。这样就能节省大片土地。
这项技术能保护河流两岸大自然的原始面貌,不影响船舶航道、山洪暴发泥石流、水中飘浮物都能安全、正常通行,水中大小生物环境不受影响和生命得到安全保障,各行其是。
现在人类水利的发电老式陈旧,独出一哲,截断河道,上游大片陆地变成了湖泊,人为的破坏和改变了河道,陆地的原始面貌,移民搬迁,截流工程,造价昂贵,这样高额代价换来有限的水利发电,远远不能满足人类发展中的用电需求。
风、水利发电能彻底改变历史,能满足全人类供过于求的电力能源。从此,人类不再消耗地球上给人类现有仅存的一点点煤、石油等等能源,把它留给我们的子孙后代。

1、风、水利发电是由半圆4叶片四方形、长方形叶片轮轴连接万向接头、转动杆、离合器、变速器及发电机组
专用配套设备组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述,半圆多叶片长方形叶轮轴。
3、根据权利要求1所述,托圆叶片长方形叶轮轴。
4、根据权利要求1所述,小于半圆弧度叶片的长方形叶轮轴。
5、根据权利要求1所述,半圆球叶轮轴。
6、根据权利要求1所述,半圆梯形叶片轮轴。
