技术领域
本发明涉及一种外形可变的环。在本发明中，环是指任意装饰用品，例如其可以为戴在手指上的戒指，或者作为垂饰佩戴。
现有技术
已知的戒指传统地为设置有装饰元件的环体的形式，装饰元件包括宝石、漆器或者各种装饰品，它们或者直接形成在环体上，或者嵌入在其中。
显然，各种外形可以具有最普遍的类型。
环的共有特性是可以提供最异类的形状，可是它们的外形或形状一旦形成不能改变。
因此它们不能使使用者给出装饰配置认为是最合适的环。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过提供一种外形可变的环以克服前述限制，使使用者根据使用者个人需求改变环的外观成为可能。
在前述目的范围内，本发明的特定目标是提供一种外形可变的环，其外观可以极其容易和快速地改变，无需工具或任何种技能。
本发明的另一个目标是，提供一种外形可变的环，其由于特殊的结构特性，提供了使用可靠性和安全性的最宽的保证。
本发明的进一步的目标是，提供一种外形可变的环，利用普遍存在的商用的元件和材料是很容易获得的，并且费用也具有竞争性。
通过根据本发明的外形可变的环实现的前述目的以及声明的和其它目标，如权利要求1中定义的，在下文中会更加清楚。

实施本交明的最佳模式
特别参照所述图的数字标记，根据本发明的各种形状的环，其总体由参考数字1表示，包括在中间平面设置槽3的环体2。
除了与环体的外侧部分结合的短部，环体基本上包括了整个圆周的延伸部分。
环体2实质上由形成外侧部分的两个同轴环状元件2a和2b组成，它们由销7等间距地连接在一起。
啮合元件5作为圆周部分的延伸，可以容纳在槽3中。

通过前述的装置，使用者可以拥有可用的环，其外观可通过改变装饰元件10随意改变。装饰元件可以安装在啮合元件5上，并且保持在由啮合元件5与环体2联合限定的座中的位置。
使用者实质上通过绕销7旋转啮合元件5而抬起它，销7保持在环体2的两个环状元件2a和2b之间固定的的同轴位置中。装饰元件10通过自由端8被插入，所述啮合元件5再闭合，以至于装饰元件10位于在弯曲部分11和相应的凹槽12之间形成的座中。通过佩戴以这种方式获得的环在手指上，防止了啮合元件5绕销旋转，从而防止装饰元件10从它们的座上滑落。
为了提高环体2的结构刚度，可以把加固元件13焊接在两个环状元件2a，2b的外侧周边，当啮合元件5处于其使用位置时靠在加固元件上。
另外可以使用用于啮合元件5的可拆卸的锁定系统，在环1不佩戴在手指上时，使使用位置能可移动地保持。
从上可以看出，本发明达到了计划的目标。
特别地，提供了让使用者能根据使用者的需求直接采用各种装饰元件的环，无需使用工具等。
在实际中，可以根据需要随意选择尺寸、可能的形状和使用的材料，如果这种材料适合特定应用。

Claims (8)

1、一种外形可变的环(1)，其特征在于包括在中间平面设置槽(3)的环体(2)，槽中可容纳啮合元件(5)，与环体(2)配合以形成用于安装至少一个装饰元件(10)到环体(2)的座。
2、如权利要求1的环(1)，其特征在于至少一个装饰元件(10)可以可拆卸地安装到所述环体(2)上。
3、如权利要求1的环(1)，其特征在于包括用于将啮合元件(5)铰接在环体(2)上的装置(7)。
4、如权利要求3的环(1)，其特征在于所述环体(2)由一对具有相同形状的同轴环状元件(2a，2b)组成。
5、如权利要求4的环(1)，其特征在于所述用于将啮合元件(5)铰接在环体(2)上的装置由销(7)组成，该销将环体(2)的两个环状元件(2a，2b)保持在固定的同轴的位置。
6、如权利要求4的环(1)，其特征在于包括焊接在所述一对环状元件(2a，2b)上的加固元件(13)，当所述啮合元件(5)处于其使用位置时，啮合元件(5)靠在加固元件上。
7、如权利要求1的环(1)，其特征在于啮合元件(5)沿着圆周部分延伸，相对铰接端设置自由端(8)。
8、如权利要求1的环(1)，其特征在于啮合元件(5)至少设置一个弯曲部分(11)，与限定在所述环体(2)上的至少一个凹槽(12)相合，以形成至少一个座。
