Abstract

一种网络语音电话系统中建立通讯进行数据传送与接收的方法,其用于在网络语音电话系统中,利用IP(Intemet Protocol)进行联机,并且在在线进行数据传送与接收,并可达成语音与数据的传递;本发明是发话端与受话端依据SIP(Session Initial Protocol)协议建立通讯后,发话端通过RTP(Real Time Protocol)协议向受话端发出一通讯请求,并且发话端要求双方进行保留(onhold)通话,而发话端通过FTP(File Transfer Protocol)协议向受话端传送数据,受话端待完成数据接收后,向发话端发出一接收确认,并释放双方的保留通话,最后又回到最初的通讯连接。

Description

网络语音电话系统中建立通讯进行数据传送与接收的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及网络IP语音电话系统,尤其是一种关于在发话端与受话端持续建立通讯并进行数据传送与接收的方法。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,伴随着网络的盛行,一般的传统电话系统已面临汰旧换新的局面,因此,一种新兴的网络语音电路便应运而生,而且此方面的技术不断地在研发创新中。相关技术如美国发明专利公开第2004/0158606号所揭露的多媒体数据网络传输方法,如图1所示,其内容为网络终端(endpoint)1通过网络滤波器(filter)2将指令(command)或网络终端数据,如ID、IP地址与UDP(user datagram protocol,UDP)端口号(port number),经由转向信号服务器(redirect signal server)3将指令或数据传送到信号服务器(signalserver)4,而数据的部份再传送到媒体服务器(media server)5,而另一网络终端1’同样可通过上一网络终端1由信号服务器4与媒体服务器5将指令与数据再通过转向信号服务器3与网络滤波器2’而接收数据,因此,其数据传送与接受是通过服务器的方式来进行存取的动作,须进出许多的服务器,如此必会耗费许多的认证与确认时间。
技术内容
鉴于以上所存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种在网络IP语音(Voiceover IP)电话系统中针对发话端(calling party)与受话端(called party)持续建立通讯并进行数据传送与接收的方法,通过在Voice over IP系统中,利用IP(InternetProtocol)进行联机,在线进行数据传送与接收,可达到语音与数据的传递,而此数据可以是发话端所储存的数据,也可以是连接于发话端的外部储存装置的数据。
因此,本发明首先依据SIP(Session Initial Protocol)协议建立发话端与受话端的通讯连接,以进行联机,而后发话端通过RTP(Real Time Protocol)协议向受话端发出通讯请求,并对发话端进行保留(on hold)通话,当受话端收到此通讯请求后,受话端也进行保留通话,当发话端与受话端都是保留通话状态时,发话端通过FTP(File Transfer Protocol)协议向受话端传送数据,受话端等数据接收完成后,向发话端发出接收确认,并释放受话端的保留通话,等到发话端收到此接收确认后,便释放发话端的保留通话,最后又回到最初的通讯连接。
上述所传输的数据可以是发话端内部所储存的数据或连接于发话端之外储存的数据,并且受话端也可选择将数据储存于其内部的储存装置,如内存,或是连接于受话端的外部储存装置,如记忆卡等。
本发明是网络语音电话系统中利用SIP协议达成在线联机,并进行语音传输,并且可在此语音传输下,再进行数据传输,达成多任务的目的,而现在技术中,大部份必须先中断语音传输后再进行数据传输,待数据传输完成后,再重新联机回到原来的语音传输,相当繁复且耗时间,而本发明提出的可持续进行通讯并传输数据的方式,节省了许多的步骤与等待时间。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但其不作为对本发明的限定。

具体实施方式
网络IP语音电话系统架构如图2所示,首先发话端11与受话端12必需先对网络呼叫中心(Call Center)13注册,因此发话端11与受话端12便可依循起始会话协议(Session Initial Protocol,SIP)进行通讯,通过利用交换器(Switch)14与路由器(Router)15进行联机。
当发话端与受话端联机后,发话端与受话端可通过实时协议(Real TimeProtocol,RTP)进行语音传输,且利用文件传输协议(File Transfer Protocol,FTP)将发话端的资料,如通过因特网下载的数据,或是通过连接其它计算机所传输的数据,传送至受话端,以达到数据共享的目的。
本发明针对发话端与受话端持续建立通讯并进行数据传送与接收的方法如图3所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤21:依据SIP协议建立发话端与受话端相互联机;
步骤22:发话端通过RTP协议向受话端发出通讯请求,因此,发话端与受话端之间可通过RTP协议进行语音传输通讯,当发话端欲传送数据给受话端时,发话端对受话端发出数据传送通讯请求且对发话端进行保留通话;
步骤23:受话端接收到此数据传送通讯请求后,同样设定为保留通话;
步骤24:当发话端与受话端皆设定为保留通话后,即发话端与受话端尚在联机状态,发话端利用文件传输协议将数据传给受话端;
步骤25:数据传输完毕后,受话端对发话端传送接收确认,并且解除受话端的保留通话
步骤26:发话端接收受话端所传送的接收确认后,解除发话端的保留通话,而重新回到沟通状态。
上述是本发明发话端与受话端持续建立通讯并进行数据传送与接收的方法,接下来分别说明其发话端传递数据流与受话端接受数据流的方法。
发话端传递数据流程图如图4所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤31:发话端与受话端必须先建立联机,且为沟通状态;
步骤32:判断发话端与受话端是否进入保留通话状态,当发话端与受话端皆为保留通话状态时,即发话端可通过文件传输协议传送数据给受话端,若发话端与受话端不是保留通话时,表示发话端与受话端处于沟通状态,未传输数据;
步骤33:判断结果是发话端与受话端皆为保留通话;
步骤34:使用者选定发话端的数据路径;
步骤35:选择数据路径为内部数据储存装置;
步骤36:选择数据路径为外部数据储存装置;
步骤37:进行数据压缩;
步骤38:将压缩数据转换为封包;
步骤39:进行传送;
步骤40:如果受话端接受了此数据后,便完成了数据传送,否则再重新执行数据传送步骤39;
步骤41:判断发话端与受话端是否为保留通话状态,如果发话端与受话解除保留通话状态,发话端与受话端则回到步骤31,否则回到步骤33,可使发话端与受话端继续进行数据传输。
受话端接收数据流程如图5所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤51:发话端与受话端皆为保留通话时才能进行数据传输;
步骤52:系统判断是否已接收数据;
步骤53:若是,则进行数据接收;
步骤54:接受数据完成进行数据的解压缩,若尚未接收数据,则回到步骤51,若系统已接收数据,但是尚未接收完成,则系统回到步骤52;
步骤55:受话端选择将此解压缩的数据储存于内部储存装置;
步骤56:或受话端选择将解压缩的数据储存于外部储存装置;
步骤57:选定储存装置后,进行数据储存;
步骤58:若上述二者的储存装置皆无法储存数据,则抛弃解压缩的数据;
步骤59:清除受话端的保留通话状态。
整个过程发话端与受话端传送与接受数据操作模式如图6所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤63:发话端61与受话端62建立联机且为通讯状态;
步骤64:发话端61利用保留通话功能请求双方皆成为保留通话状态;
步骤65:受话端便62接受并成为保留通话状态,因此形成了双方皆为保留通话;
步骤66:发话端61进行数据传输;
步骤67:受话端62接受数据完成后,发送确认通知给发话端61;
步骤68:发话端61接收此确认通知后,便解除双方的保留通话;
步骤69:重新回到沟通模式。
由上可知,发话端与受话端皆具有内部储存装置与外部储存装置,分别可将数据由内部储存装置或外部储存装置将数据进行传输或接收,以达到数据共享的目的与便利性,而内部储存装置可为内存或其它具储存功能之组件,而外部储存装置可为记忆卡或其它具储存功能之携带式组件,而此记忆卡可为下列规格:Secure digital、Memory Stick、Multimedia Card、Smart Media、CompactFlash Type I/II、IBM Microdrive、Memory Stick、Memory Stick PRO、SecureDigital或XD等。
当然,本发明还可有其他多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种网络语音电话系统中建立通讯进行数据传送与接收的方法,包括下列步骤:
依据起始会话协议建立所述发话端与所述受话端的通讯连接;
所述发话端通过实时协议向所述受话端发出一通讯请求,并对所述发话端进行保留通话;
所述受话端收到所述通讯请求后,对所述受话端进行保留通话;
所述发话端通过文件传输协议向所述受话端传送所述数据;
所述受话端待完成所述数据接收后,向所述发话端发出一接收确认,并释放所述受话端的保留通话;及
所述发话端收到所述接收确认后,释放所述发话端的保留通话。
2.根据权利要求1所述的网络语音电话系统中建立通讯进行数据传送与接收的方法,其特征在于:所述通讯请求为数据传送通讯请求。
3.根据权利要求1所述的网络语音电话系统中建立通讯进行数据传送与接收的方法,其特征在于:所述数据为储存于发话端的内部数据。
4.根据权利要求1所述的网络语音电话系统中建立通讯进行数据传送与接收的方法,其特征在于:所述数据是连接于发话端的外部储存数据。
5.根据权利要求1所述的网络语音电话系统中建立通讯进行数据传送与接收的方法,其特征在于:所述受话端将所接收的数据储存于所述受话端的内部储存装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的网络语音电话系统中建立通讯进行数据传送与接收的方法,其特征在于:所述受话端的内部储存装置是一内存。
7.根据权利要求1所述的网络语音电话系统中建立通讯进行数据传送与接收的方法,其特征在于:所述受话端是将所接收的数据储存于连接于所述受话端的外部储存装置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的网络语音电话系统中建立通讯进行数据传送与接收的方法,其特征在于:所述受话端的外部储存装置为一记忆卡。
9.根据权利要求8所述的网络语音电话系统中建立通讯进行数据传送与接收的方法,其特征在于:所述记忆卡格式符合Secure digital、Memory Stick、Multimedia Card、Smart Media、Compact Flash Type I/II、IBM Microdrive、Memory Stick、Memory Stick PRO、Secure Digital与XD的其中一种。
