本发明公开了一种龙骨型地板连锁接卡，本发明由三部分组成，上端为双翅锁扣连接榫，其作用是分别扣入相邻地板两侧的锁槽内锁紧地板，中间为双翅连接及定厚支撑柱，下部为龙骨底座，在龙骨底座上沿两侧分设反锁连接钩，其作用是分别钩入相邻地板地板背面开设的钩槽内进一步锁紧地板，龙骨底座下设调平扣垫，其作用是在安装地板时增减调平扣垫以调整地板平整度。龙骨贴地部分设缓冲扣垫，以消除龙骨底座与地面间的撞击声，增强脚感。本发明的优点是：适用于各种榫槽地板及相应得加工设备，综合成本低，脚感好，拼装拆卸方便、牢固，地板下可随意穿管布线，用该卡连接后的地板整体伸缩自如，彻底解决了地板干裂，湿拱等普遍现象。

龙骨型地板连锁接卡
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板连接卡，具体的说是涉及一种龙骨型地板连锁接卡。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，各种类型及档次的地板大量进入普通家庭，如实木地板、多层实木复合地板，仿实木V型槽强化地板、加厚强化漆面地板-俗称钢琴地板等。但选用何种地板、采用什么安装方式时，也着实使许多用户头痛。选用实木地板则必须打木龙骨，还要将地板订在龙骨上，不仅成本高，费时长还会造成许多后患：木龙骨容易腐朽；安装不好会有心烦的响声；由于龙骨与地面，龙骨与地板之间是死连接，容易产生地板干缩撕裂，湿涨大面积起拱等现象。选用仿实木V型槽强化地板等系列，此类地板多采用直铺法，也称悬式安装法，地板安装后不仅脚感差，容易产生发弹发空等现象，而且地板槽口长期直接贴地槽口吸湿膨胀现象在所难免，若采用龙骨加衬板的安装方法则比实木地板的安装成本更高、费时更长。另外，现在所有的地板厂家生产的地板均采用板扣一体的形式，这种产品形式在生产中不仅对刀具的要求高，变化多，调整难度大，工装成本提高，而且大量地减少地板的有效使用面积，根据计算，如果板宽按90mm计算，平扣地板减少使用面积6.53m2/100m2；板宽按125mm计算，锁扣地板减少使用面积8.08m2/100m2。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种龙骨型地板连锁接卡，以克服现有实木地板及仿实木V型槽强化地板等系列在生产、安装、使用过程中存在的上述不足等。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明有两个技术方案，方案一：由三部分组成，上端为双翅锁扣连接榫，其作用是分别扣入相邻地板两侧的锁槽内锁紧地板，中间为双翅连接及定厚支撑柱，下部为龙骨底座，在龙骨底座上沿两侧分设反锁连接钩，其作用是分别钩入相邻地板背面开设的钩槽内进一步锁紧地板，龙骨底座下设调平扣垫，其作用是在安装地板时增减调平扣垫以调整地板平整度。龙骨贴地部分设缓冲扣垫，以消除龙骨底座与地面间的撞击声，增强脚感。
方案二：由三部分组成，上端为双翅倒钩连接榫，其作用是分别扣入相邻地板两侧的锁槽内，中间为双翅连接及定厚支撑柱，下部为龙骨底座，龙骨底座上沿两侧分设反锁连接钩，其作用是分别钩入相邻地板背面开设的钩槽内进一步锁紧地板，龙骨底座下设调平扣垫，其作用是在安装地板时增减调平扣垫以调整地板平整度。龙骨贴地部分设缓冲扣垫，以消除龙骨底座与地面间的撞击声，增强脚感。
本发明适用于各种榫槽地板及相应得加工设备，综合成本低，脚感好，拼装拆卸方便、牢固，地板下可随意穿管布线，用该卡连接后的地板整体伸缩自如，彻底解决了地板干裂，湿拱等普遍现象。

具体实施方式
方案一：由图可知，本发明由三部分组成：上端为双翅锁扣连锁榫1.1、1.2连接地板2.1、2.2双端的锁槽内，锁紧地板，即地板斜插入卡扣，中间为双翅连接及定厚支撑柱3，下部为龙骨底座4，在龙骨底座上沿两侧分设的反锁连接钩4.1、4.2，钩入地板2.1、2.2背面开设的钩槽内，进一步锁定地板；在龙骨底座下根据地面坡度增减设调平扣垫5，其作用是安装地板时保证地板板面的平整，在龙骨的贴地部分设缓冲扣垫6，其作用是消除龙骨底座与地面间的撞击声，加强地板的弹性，增强脚感。
方案二：由图可知，本发明由三部分组成：上端为双翅倒钩连锁榫1.3、1.4连接地板2.1、2.2双端的锁槽内，锁紧地板，地板斜插入卡扣，中间为双翅连接及定厚支撑柱3，下部为龙骨底座4，在龙骨底座上沿两侧分设的反锁连接钩4.1、4.2，钩入地板2.1、2.2背面开设的钩槽内，进一步锁定地板；在龙骨底座下根据地面坡度增减设调平扣垫5，其作用是安装地板时保证地板板面的平整，在龙骨的贴地部分设缓冲扣垫6，其作用是消除龙骨底座与地面间的撞击声，加强地板的弹性，增强脚感。

1.一种龙骨型地板连锁接卡，其特征在于：主要由三部分组成，上端为双翅锁扣连接榫，中间为双翅连接及定厚支撑柱，下部为龙骨底座，双翅锁扣连接榫分别扣入相邻地板两侧的锁槽内。
2.一种龙骨型地板连锁接卡，其特征在于：主要由三部分组成，上端为双翅倒钩连接榫，中间为双翅连接及定厚支撑柱，下部为龙骨底座，双翅倒钩连接榫分别扣入相邻地板两侧的锁槽内。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种龙骨型地板连锁接卡，其特征在于：龙骨底座上沿两侧分设反锁连接钩，钩入相邻地板背面开设的沟槽内。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种龙骨型地板连锁接卡，其特征在于：龙骨底座下设调平扣垫。
5.如权利要求2或2所述的一种龙骨型地板连锁接卡，其特征在于：龙骨贴地部分设缓冲扣垫。
