Referring to fig. 3, based on the mobile communication system, a flow of the mobile communication method based on instant messaging according to the present invention is as follows.
Step S1, when the wireless communication terminal is powered on, the instant messaging client automatically registers, including recording its location area and channel, assigning an identifier to it, etc. The identifier is unique to each wireless communication terminal, and may be an ID number, a user name, or the like.
Step S2, when a user needs to contact other users, the wireless communication terminal is used to send a call request containing the called identifier to the instant messaging client through the wireless communication interface. It is to be understood that the transmission of the call request may be performed by using various existing wireless signal transmission methods, and is not limited to a specific method.
Step S3, the instant messaging client parses the call request and searches for the called wireless communication terminal according to the called identifier. Since all wireless communication terminals are automatically registered by corresponding instant messaging clients when being powered on, the search is similar to the search of the existing instant messaging users.
Step S4, after finding the called wireless communication terminal, the calling is performed. For the difference of the areas where the two parties are located, the calling can be carried out in two ways: one is that the instant communication client end sends a call request to the instant communication server; the instant communication server sends a calling message to an instant communication client to which the called party belongs; the instant communication client end sends a response message to the instant communication server after calling the called wireless communication terminal successfully. The other is that when the two calling parties are in the range of the same instant communication client, the instant communication client directly calls the called wireless communication terminal.
Step S5, after the called party answers, a calling channel between the wireless communication terminals is established based on the instant communication technology; the wireless communication terminals mutually transmit data signals by adopting a TCP/IP protocol and a UDP protocol of instant communication through the instant communication terminals, thereby realizing mobile communication. The data signal comprises text, image, voice or video information, etc.
In addition, in the mobile communication process, the wireless communication interface monitors the communication quality and adjusts the frequency of the wireless communication terminal in real time according to the communication quality.
In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
Referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment, the wireless communication interface 120 implements wireless mobile communication from the wireless communication terminal 110 to the instant communication client 130, and the two remote instant communication clients 130 implement real-time communication via the instant communication tool, so that the two wireless communication terminals 110 indirectly implement the wireless mobile communication function without distance limitation.
The wireless communication terminal 110 is an interphone, and a part of the operation function of the instant communication tool is embedded in the interphone. That is, the wireless communication terminal 110 includes a talkback portion (not shown) and an instant messaging control portion.
The talkback part comprises a transmitting module, a receiving module, a modulating circuit and a signaling processing module.
The instant communication control part is used for adding a control function to an instant communication tool in the existing interphone, so as to control the communication between the talkback part and the instant communication client 130, and realize the operation to the instant communication tool, such as adding a call object, establishing communication contact with a certain person, and the like.
As is known, the maximum communication range of the current interphone in the market can exceed 10 km, no extra cost is needed except for charging the machine, and the interphone is a common communication tool in the organization of many field workers and mobile workers. As long as the internet places exist, the users can realize free conversation in the global range through the instant messaging tool. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the operation function of part of the instant messaging tool is transplanted on the interphone, and the interphone is combined with the instant messaging software, so that the interphone can partially replace the existing mobile phone.
The instant messaging client 130 may employ various electronic devices with data processing capabilities, in which instant messaging tools are disposed. In this embodiment, a computer is used.
The wireless communication interface 120 is a wireless intercom transceiver unit, which is disposed in a computer serving as the instant communication client 130. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the wired earphone and microphone connected to computer is changed into wireless connection mode, the original earphone and microphone is reformed into wireless intercom transceiver unit, and the function button for controlling earphone and microphone on computer, such as volume switch and some operation function button of instant communication tool, are transplanted to intercom. Thus, two interphones in any region of the world can realize free conversation.
The signals are divided into two types, one is the communication signal of the user, namely the text voice information to be sent or received by the user, and the other is the control information, namely the information for controlling the computer function sent by the interphone, namely the instant communication software is operated, the communication object is added, the communication contact is established with a certain person, and the like.
The mobile communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below.
Firstly, an instant communication client (computer) is used for automatically adjusting a wireless communication terminal (an interphone integrating partial instant communication operation functions) to be communicated, each interphone is distributed with a unique identification number, such as an ID number, and when the interphone is started, the interphone automatically registers to an instant communication system in the same frequency band. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the method has the positive effect that when the common interphone is used, a user needs to appoint in advance and the two parties manually adjust the interphone to the same channel to realize the conversation.
The specific registration process is similar to the traditional mobile phone registration, the network is automatically searched when the mobile phone is started, the interphone sends a connection signal to the surrounding environment, even if the wireless interphone transceiver unit of the communication client receives the signal, the interphone sends a signal for receiving the login of the interphone, and the ID number of the interphone is recorded, so that the interphone logs in an instant communication system and is equivalent to the on-line of an instant communication user. The instant communication system records the area and the channel of the interphone.
When a user of an interphone wants to communicate with a user in another area, the interphone sends a request to the local instant communication system, and the interphone provides the ID number of the opposite party to be communicated to the instant communication system, which is equivalent to sending a chat request to the instant communication friends of the interphone.
The instant communication system finds the registered target user and calls, and the two users realize communication through the instant communication system.
The specific searching process is that the instant communication client searches the called wireless communication terminal according to the ID number. The system is similar to the existing instant messaging chat system, and because the server records the online IP address of each instant messaging user after logging in, the instant messaging users can search and communicate with each other through the unique IP address.
Specific calling can be performed in two ways according to the difference of the areas where the calling parties are located: one is that the instant communication client end sends a call request to the instant communication server; the instant communication server sends a calling message to an instant communication client to which the called party belongs; the instant communication client end sends a response message to the instant communication server after calling the called wireless communication terminal successfully. The other is that when the calling party and the called party are in the range of the same instant messaging client, the instant messaging client directly calls the called wireless communication terminal; of course, the wireless pair technology can be directly used for communication at this time.
After the called party answers, a calling channel between the wireless communication terminals is established based on the instant communication technology; the wireless communication terminals mutually transmit data signals by adopting a TCP/IP protocol and a UDP protocol of instant communication through the instant communication terminals, thereby realizing mobile communication. The data signal comprises text, image, voice or video information, etc.
In the communication process, if the voice quality is not high, the system can automatically adjust the frequencies of the two parties: the wireless intercom transceiver unit detects and adjusts the frequencies of the two interphones, so that the frequencies of the two interphones tend to be consistent, and the effect of clear voice is achieved. That is to say, with the participation of the instant messaging system, the communication channels can be subdivided, and more mobile terminals can be supported for communication.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these improvements and modifications should also be construed as the protection scope of the present invention.
