The weight ratio of described alkyl androstanediol and amphoteric surfactant and anion cosurfactant [(a+b): c] is 1.1: 1 to 10: 1, and the transdermal penetration of wherein said preparation (TEP) value is equal to or greater than 1.95.
2. foaming skin care formulation that contains surfactant system, described surfactant system comprises:
(a) one or more alkyl or alkenyl oligomerization glucoside,
(b) one or more amphoteric surfactantes and
(c) one or more anion cosurfactants;
The weight ratio of described alkyl androstanediol and amphoteric surfactant and anion cosurfactant [(a+b): c] is 1.1: 1 to 10: 1, and the total concentration of wherein said beet alkali surface activator is no more than 2 weight %.
3. preparation as claimed in claim 2, wherein, the total concentration of described beet alkali surface activator is no more than 1.5%, preferably is no more than 1 weight %, more preferably is substantially free of betanin.
