Background
The anti-counterfeiting technology of paper in the prior art comprises metal anti-counterfeiting lines and watermarks: (1) the metal anti-counterfeiting line is sprayed with metal fibers at the papermaking forming part, special equipment is needed, although the anti-counterfeiting effect is good, the equipment is complex, and the investment is large. (2) The watermark is a paper anti-counterfeiting technology used earlier, a special watermark roller is installed on a net pattern, or a round net cage with a carved pattern is used for generating a watermark pattern, the watermark pattern is easy to imitate, the watermark pattern is only suitable for low-quantitative paper types, certain limitation is caused to high-quantitative paper types, equipment needs to be added, and a paper machine needs to be modified, so that the investment is large.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an anti-counterfeiting coated white cardboard with patterns, which is intuitive, simple, easy to identify, high in imitation difficulty and simple in production process, and a production method thereof.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:
an anti-counterfeiting coated white cardboard is characterized in that: the coated white cardboard is provided with a pattern layer formed in a spraying manner, and the pattern layer is colorless or colorful or fluorescent.
The pattern layer is arranged between the coating white cardboard layers.
The pattern layer is arranged between the surface paper layer and the core paper layer or between the core paper layer and the bottom paper layer, and the pattern layer is one or more layers.
The patterns are various regular and irregular patterns such as straight lines, curved lines, company LOGOs, LOGO of customers and the like.
The pattern layers are uniformly distributed, at least one core paper layer is arranged between the surface paper layer and the bottom paper layer, and one pattern layer is arranged between the surface paper layer and the core paper layer and between the bottom paper layer and the core paper layer.
The patterns are uniformly distributed, at least two core paper layers are arranged between the surface paper layer and the bottom paper layer, and the surface paper layer and the core paper layer, the core paper layer and the core paper layer, and the bottom paper layer and the core paper layer are provided with a layer of pattern. Or,
at least one of the arbitrary layers of the surface paper layer and the core paper layer or the core paper layer and the core paper layer or the bottom paper layer and the core paper layer is provided with a pattern layer.
The anti-counterfeiting pattern is prepared from the following coating materials: any soluble inorganic particulate, powdery material or organic dye-like material.
And controlling the running speed of the paper machine, and intermittently or continuously spraying by adopting preset spraying equipment in a spraying mode to realize the stable reappearance of the pattern. For example: the maximum spraying frequency of the spraying equipment is 6000 times/min, and the speed of the spraying equipment and the speed of the paper machine can be coordinated according to requirements in production, so that a pattern layer with uniform space and pattern is formed.
A production method of anti-counterfeiting coated white cardboard is characterized by comprising the following steps: pulping; secondly, paper is fed to a paper machine to be manufactured by paper making together with the surface paper layer, the core paper layer (at least one layer) and the bottom paper layer pulp; and spraying at least one layer of pattern on the core net and the bottom net of the paper machine net part in a spraying mode. The pattern can be between the surface and the core layer, between the core and the bottom layer, or directly sprayed on the core layer, and special spraying equipment and control means are adopted to realize stable reproduction of the pattern.
The production method of the anti-counterfeiting coated white cardboard is characterized by comprising the following steps: spraying at least one pattern layer on the back of the paper after the paper sheet is formed.
The invention adopts a special spraying device and a control means to spray preset patterns between layers of the multilayer composite structure paper or the back of the formed paper sheet. The pattern can be between the surface and the core layer, between the core and the bottom layer, and can be one layer or multiple layers; the pattern may be a straight line, a curved line (e.g., an S-shaped line), a company LOGO, a LOGO of a customer, or any other regular or irregular pattern.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the anti-counterfeiting paper produced by the invention has the following characteristics: the pattern layer can be arranged between the layers of the paper, the back of the paper can be seen in a concealed mode, the paper sheets are torn open, the patterns can be seen clearly, the patterns are obviously different from printed patterns, and the imitation difficulty is increased.
2. The pattern has various choices, and can meet the individual development of different customers.
3. The pattern anti-counterfeiting paper produced by the method has uniform pattern distribution and individuation, and does not influence subsequent processing.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings: as shown in fig. 1, the anti-counterfeit coated ivory board of the present invention is formed by combining a surface paper layer and a pattern layer, and comprises a surface paper layer 1, a base paper layer 2, a core paper layer 3, two pattern layers 4, a coating layer 5, and a starch layer 6 (which may also be a coating layer), wherein the pattern layer 4 is arranged between the surface paper layer 1 and the core paper layer 3, and between the base paper layer 2 and the core paper layer 3; the anti-counterfeiting coated white cardboard of the invention can have two or three core paper layers 3 and three or four pattern layers 4.
Example 1
1. Pulping
Firstly, a surface paper layer: pulping the pulp sheet of the surface paper layer by a hydrapulper, pulping (directly pulping if self-pulping), blending, and making into pulp by a paper feeder.
Bottom paper layer: pulping the pulp board of the bottom paper layer by a hydrapulper, pulping (directly pulping if self-pulping), blending, and making into pulp by a paper feeder.
2. Addition of Pattern
The personalized anti-counterfeiting pattern is sprayed between the surface layer and the bottom layer through a unique flow system of the paper machine net part in a spraying mode.
3. Papermaking
The surface paper pulp and the bottom paper pulp which are made by papermaking are respectively sent to a surface net and a bottom net of a paper machine for papermaking, and then the paper is formed by pressing, drying, coating and final calendaring and finishing.
Secondly, in the finished product made by the paper, the patterns in the paper can be seen in the bottom paper layer in a concealed way, and complete and clear patterns can be seen clearly when the paper layer is torn.
4. White water system
In the paper making process of the paper machine, white water of the surface paper layer and the bottom paper layer is separated, two special white water tanks (pools) of the surface paper layer and the bottom paper layer are arranged, and the white water of each layer is separately used when pulp is diluted on the paper machine and pulp boards are disintegrated and concentrated in a pulping section.
Example 2
The anti-counterfeiting coated white cardboard consists of a surface paper layer, a core paper layer and a bottom paper layer, and the production method comprises the following steps:
1. pulping
Firstly, a surface paper layer: pulping the pulp sheet of the surface paper layer by a hydrapulper, pulping (directly pulping if self-pulping), blending, and making into pulp by a paper feeder.
② core paper layer: the pulp board of the core paper layer is disintegrated by a hydrapulper and then is defibered or pulped (if the pulp board is self-made, the pulp board is directly defibered or pulped), then the material is proportioned, and the manufactured pulp paper feeder is used for paper making.
③ base paper layer: pulping the pulp board of the bottom paper layer by a hydrapulper, pulping (directly pulping if self-pulping), blending, and making into pulp by a paper feeder.
2. Incorporation of patterns
The personalized anti-counterfeiting pattern is sprayed among the surface, the core and the bottom layer in a spraying mode through a unique flow system of the paper machine net part, and one or more layers of same or different patterns can be sprayed according to the requirement. And controlling the running speed of the paper machine, and intermittently or continuously spraying by adopting preset spraying equipment in a spraying mode to realize the stable reappearance of the pattern.
The spraying equipment coordinates the speed of the paper machine, so that a pattern layer with uniform space and pattern is formed.
3. Papermaking
The prepared pulp of each layer is respectively sent to a surface net, a core net and a bottom net for papermaking, then the fuzzy anti-counterfeiting pattern can be seen in the finished product after squeezing, drying, coating and calendaring finishing, and the complete and clear pattern can be clearly seen when the paper layer is torn.
4. White water system
The paper machine white water of the surface paper layer, the core paper layer and the bottom paper layer is separated, and a special white water storage tank (pool) is arranged. The diluted white water in the approach section of the paper machine is used separately, and the white water used for pulping and thickening in the pulp making section is also used separately to prevent the white water in each layer from mixing.
Example 3
The process conditions were the same as in example 2, and after the sheet was formed, a layer of pattern was sprayed onto the back of the sheet, with the spray point being selected both before and after the back coating.
