Abstract

本发明涉及一种在低温状态可延长手机通话时间的手机的电池组,其特征在于:包括外壳、电池块和保温材料。电池块安装在上述外壳内;保温材料设置在上述外壳和电池块之间防止手机通话产生的热量的散发到外部。在电池块和保温材料间还可设有周围低于一定温度下启动的发热部。它可以低温环境下较长时间正常使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及手机电池组,尤其是涉及一种在低温状态可延长手机通话时间的手机电池组(battery pack)。
背景技术
通常,在零下10度以下的低温状态用手机进行通话时,因手机电池的特性,短短几分钟内电压等级就会下降,因此不能长时间进行通话。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术上的问题而提供一种能够在低温状态延长通话时间的手机电池组。
为实现上述目的,本发明的特征在于包括:外壳、电池块和保温材料。电池块安装在上述外壳内;保温材料设置在上述外壳和电池块(battery cell)之间防止手机通话产生的热量的散发到外部。
本发明的特征还在于:具备外壁和内壁。外壁在上述保温材料和外壳之间形成;内壁在上述保温材料和电池块之间形成。
本发明的特征还在于还包括:周围温度低于一定值时驱动的发热部。而上述发热部以设置在电池块和保温材料之间为特征。
有关对本发明的其它目的、特征及优点可通过参照附图说明的本发明的实施例了解。
如上所述的根据本发明的手机电池组具有如下效果:保温材料的保温效果可以维持通话时产生的热量,所以能够在低温环境可进行长时间通话。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例的构成和其作用进行说明。
附图所示的或其说明的本发明的构成和作用作为至少一个实施例来说明,本发明的技术思想与其核心结构以及作用不仅仅局限于此。
图1是根据本发明实施例的电池组示意图。电池组100包括外壳101、电池块102和保温材料石棉103。电池块102安装在上述外壳101内;保温材料103设置在上述外壳101和电池块102之间防止手机通话产生的热量散发到外部。
在上述保温材料103和外壳101之间形成外气壁使上述保温材料103能够进入到外壳101与电池块102之间,并在保温材料103和电池块102之间形成内气壁。
因上述保温材料的保温效果,通话时产生的热量不能散发到外部,因而一定程度上能够防止在低温状态下电池块100的温度下降并能延长低温下手机的通话时间。
图2是根据本发明另一实施例的电池组示意图,在上述一实施例的电池组100的结构中增加了周围温度在一定值以下时驱动的发热部电阻路104。即,除了外壳101、安装在上述外壳101内的电池块102、设置在上述外壳101和电池块102之间防止手机通话产生的热量散发到外部的保温材料103之外,还包括周围温度在一定值以下时驱动的放出热量的发热部104。
上述发热部104位于电池块102和保温材料103之间为宜。
安装有电池组的手机机身具备了检测外部温度的温度传感器200和在已测温度达到一定值以下时驱动上述发热部104的发热部驱动电路300,因此上述温度传感器200所测定的温度在一定值以下时,上述发热部的驱动电路300开始运行并驱动发热部104。
本实施例的结构中既有保温材料103又有发热部104,因此能够更快更有效地提高电池组100的温度。
另外,只要上述发热部104能够短时间提高温度,通过保温材料103的保温效果和手机通话中产生的热量足以使电池组100的温度维持常温,因此可以实现长时间的通话。
通过上述说明的内容,从业者就可以了解在不脱离本发明的技术思想范围内可进行多种变更与修改。
因此,本发明的技术范围不局限于实施例所记载的内容而是在权利要求书的范围内。

Claims (4)

1、一种手机电池组,其特征在于,包括:外壳;电池块,安装在上述外壳内;保温材料设置在上述外壳和电池块之间防止手机通话产生的热量散发到外部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的手机电池组,其特征在于:在上述保温材料和外壳之间形成有外壁;在上述保温材料和电池块之间形成有内壁。
3、根据权利要求1所述的手机电池组,其特征在于还包括:周围温度低于一定值时进行驱动的发热部。
4、根据权利要求3所述的手机电池组,其特征在于:上述发热部位于电池块和保温材料之间。
