The specific embodiment

In all sound insulating panels 10, layer of closed-cell foam 11 is set at the outermost of vehicle doorn, so that improve the water resistance of door by means of the very effectively water resistance of layer of closed-cell foam 11, rainwater that stops vehicle outside and so on is invaded vehicle inside.In addition, by open celled foam layer 12 and sound-absorbing material fiber 13 are arranged on the vehicle inside side, utilize the performance of layer 12 and material 13, the two all has very effectively sound insulation value, can improve the sound insulation value of sound insulating panel 10 for the noise of about 1000Hz.
As shown in Figures 2 and 3, sound insulating panel 10 according to the preferred embodiments of the present invention can be made of individual layer layer of closed-cell foam 11, open celled foam layer 12 and sound-absorbing material fiber 13, perhaps shown in Fig. 4-6, it can be made of the layer of closed-cell foam 11 and the open celled foam layer 12 (or sound-absorbing material fiber 13) of two-layer (or more than two-layer).In addition, the position of layer 11,12 and material 13 can selectively be provided with as required.
Referring to Fig. 1,7 and 8 explanations are according to the sound insulating panel of second preferred embodiment of the invention.Each of Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 is the sectional view of the expression sound insulating panel 10 got of the line I-I along Fig. 1.

In the above-described embodiment, though sound insulating panel has been described being installed under the situation of vehicle doorn, the invention is not restricted to this use, the present invention can be used for other vehicle, for example train and aircraft and building and so on.
