In all sound insulating panels 10, layer of closed-cell foam 11 is set at the outermost of vehicle doorn, so that improve the water resistance of door by means of the very effectively water resistance of layer of closed-cell foam 11, rainwater that stops vehicle outside and so on is invaded vehicle inside.In addition, by open celled foam layer 12 and sound-absorbing material fiber 13 are arranged on the vehicle inside side, utilize the performance of layer 12 and material 13, the two all has very effectively sound insulation value, can improve the sound insulation value of sound insulating panel 10 for the noise of about 1000Hz.
As shown in Figures 2 and 3, sound insulating panel 10 according to the preferred embodiments of the present invention can be made of individual layer layer of closed-cell foam 11, open celled foam layer 12 and sound-absorbing material fiber 13, perhaps shown in Fig. 4-6, it can be made of the layer of closed-cell foam 11 and the open celled foam layer 12 (or sound-absorbing material fiber 13) of two-layer (or more than two-layer).In addition, the position of layer 11,12 and material 13 can selectively be provided with as required.
Referring to Fig. 1,7 and 8 explanations are according to the sound insulating panel of second preferred embodiment of the invention.Each of Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 is the sectional view of the expression sound insulating panel 10 got of the line I-I along Fig. 1.
Each of these sound insulating panels 10 also is installed in the private side of the door inner panel 1 of vehicle, and is made of one deck or which floor layer of closed-cell foam 11 and sound-absorbing material fiber 13.Sound insulating panel 10 shown in Figure 7 is made of individual layer layer of closed-cell foam 11 and sound-absorbing material fiber 13, and sound insulating panel 10 shown in Figure 8 is made of two-layer layer of closed-cell foam 11, improves water resistance and sound insulation value thus.Two-layer above sound-absorbing material fiber 13 can be provided.

The present inventor and colleague thereof have carried out experiment test, so that seek the soundproof effect according to the sound insulating panel 10 of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the sound insulating panel of itself and other are compared.
Table shown in Figure 11 is represented the sound that sound that the sound insulating panel 10 according to the preferred embodiments of the present invention sees through and other sound insulating panel see through.In this table, " NI plate " as previously mentioned, is that a kind of wherein layer of closed-cell foam 11 and open celled foam layer 12 are laminated in plate together.As shown in showing at this, (it is represented as " NI plate+Thinsulate " according to the sound insulating panel 10 of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, " NI plate+felted terxture ", " NI plate+Thinsulate+NI plate " and " NI plate+felted terxture+NI plate "), approximately the numerical value that sees through of the sound of 1000Hz is quite low.Be appreciated that by this result it is very effective comparing with conventional sound insulating panel according to the sound insulating panel 10 of the preferred embodiments of the present invention.
Table shown in Figure 12 is represented the sound transmission loss according to the sound transmission loss of the sound insulating panel 10 of the preferred embodiment of the present invention and other plate.Figure 13 is the curve according to numerical value preparation shown in Figure 12.Curve shown in Figure 14 as previously mentioned, also is (should be noted that " NI plate (1), and the numerical value of " Thinsulate (1) " has been removed from the table of Figure 12) according to numerical value shown in Figure 12 preparation.

In the above-described embodiment, though sound insulating panel has been described being installed under the situation of vehicle doorn, the invention is not restricted to this use, the present invention can be used for other vehicle, for example train and aircraft and building and so on.
