Description
Technical field
The present invention relates to a kind of filter module.This filter module is used to dispose film in a pipeline, makes that for example drinking water can be filtered.A filter module comprises hollow capillary film, and its wall is a porous.Flow into film and pass the porous wall discharge in order to filtered liquid.Pollutant is stayed this wall back then.
Background technology
When making these filter modules, film is installed in the shell, and synthetic resin is disposed at module ends with fixed film on it.End surface is cut then, so that film is maintained fixed, flows and just might pass through it now.
During installation, film is remained on the appropriate location by a retainer.This retainer guarantees that the location of film makes the water that radially flows out film can leave filter module.
Known different retainer can make the film location.Be full of film under these retainer normal conditions, be pushed into the shell of filter module then, dispose synthetic resin subsequently.
Automatically filling these retainers and putting it into shell is a problem.This operation requires to surround film in retainer, and retainer is located with respect to shell, pushes the holder into shell then, and these operations are difficult to automation.
Summary of the invention
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide the filter module that a kind of filled with film easily and these padding are easy to automation.
Make comprising that this purpose is achieved according to a filter module of the present invention:
-one shell with one first openend and one second openend;
-be arranged at the film retainer in the shell, its objective is and hold the film that between first openend and second openend, extends substantially that wherein, the film retainer is arranged on the inwall of shell.
Because the film retainer is arranged on the inwall, thus each film retainer filled with film individually, and be arranged in the shell individually.This has just simplified the operation of filling the whole casing of filter module with film.
In an embodiment according to filter module of the present invention, the film retainer comprises a plurality of by the interconnective elongate sides of vertical side.
In a preferred embodiment according to filter module of the present invention, at least two vertical sides of film retainer can be disconnected from each other, so that film retainer bend open.This automation of having simplified this retainer is filled.This retainer just can bend open, can be installed in the retainer with rear film, and needn't longitudinally shift onto wherein.
In according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least one of elongate sides comprises a passage that longitudinally stretches.Such passage can be as the bypass of filter module.When a plurality of module adjoining lands were installed in the pipeline, advantageously the liquid that allows a part to be used to clean flow through the module after being positioned at more.Flow resistance with filter of this module reduces therefrom.Film is oppositely periodically cleaned by making the flow direction in the filter module.In this case, this bypass is used to have the quick discharge of the flush water of residue.
In another embodiment, elongate sides is chadless at least.Radially flow out the liquid of film thereby can more easily flow away.
In a further embodiment, spacer is arranged on the elongate sides to guarantee distance predetermined between the film retainer.The flow resistance of module thereby reduce.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the film retainer is arranged on the inwall of shell by jockey.
This jockey preferably includes at least one rib that longitudinally stretches, and the film retainer comprises the groove that at least one longitudinally stretches.Retainer thereby can longitudinally be pushed into shell.
This jockey can comprise at least two ribs that longitudinally stretch, and wherein at least one film retainer is provided with the groove that longitudinally stretches at either side, and wherein, the distance between the groove equals the distance between the rib substantially.
The present invention further comprises the method that is used to assemble a filter module according to the present invention, and this method may further comprise the steps:
-assembling device is set, it comprises the primary element of a plurality of elongations longitudinally connected hingedly to each other;
-equipment film retainer;
-usefulness film filled with film retainer;
-the film retainer of having filled is slidably disposed on the primary element;
-the film retainer of having arranged is closed up together; And
-the film retainer of having filled is slipped into filter housing from primary element.
By a kind of like this method, retainer can be readily filled and arranged on the assembling device.All then film retainers can preferably push in the shell in once-through operation.
