本发明涉及一种带灯夹子，其包含夹子本体、LED灯泡和电池；还包含夹片装置；LED灯泡设置在夹子前齿的上部；电池设置在夹子手柄的内部的电池壳内；该片装置设置在夹子的连接轴上，包含上夹片和下夹片；上夹片上设置有电池负极触点和LED灯泡负极触点；下夹片上设置有扇形金属片。本发明提供的带灯夹子，集夹子，灯泡，电池于一体，电路简单，体积小，美观大方，在使用过程中不易损坏；通过使用夹片装置起到开关的作用，使用夹子的同时可自动打开和关闭灯泡，节约电能。

一种带灯夹子
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带灯夹子，尤其涉及适用于汽车电源夜间充电时起连接作用的带灯夹子。
背景技术
如图1所示，为目前市场上存在的带灯夹子1’的结构示意图，将LED(发光二极管)灯泡102’安装在夹子101’前齿的上部，该LED灯泡102’串联连接电池及开关103’。
该带灯架子具有以下缺点：
1、电池及开关103’与夹子101’本身之间的距离太长，且其通过电线连接，不仅增加体积，在使用过程中也容易损坏；
2、由于设置有开关元件，且该开关元件与夹子101’本身之间也设置有相当长的距离，夜间操作时，先要打开开关103’，点亮LED灯泡102’，再把夹子101’夹到汽车充电电池的正负极上，最后再去关掉开关，熄灭LED灯泡102’；如此操作笨重繁琐，又不顺手，非常不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带灯夹子，所有元件均设置在夹子上，体积小，操作方便，同时还具有省电的效果。
为达到上述目的，本发明提供一种带灯夹子，其包含夹子本体、LED灯泡和电池；特点是，还包含夹片装置；该LED灯泡，电池和夹片装置通过电路连接；
所述的电池设置在夹子手柄的内部；
所述的夹片装置设置在夹子的连接轴上，其包含上夹片和下夹片；
所述的上夹片上设置有电池负极触点和LED灯泡负极触点；所述的LED灯泡的正极电路连接电池的正极，LED灯泡的负极电路连接上夹片上的LED灯泡负极触点，电池的负极电路连接上夹片上的电池负极触点；
所述的下夹片上设置有金属片，该金属片呈扇形；
在所述的LED灯泡的外部设置有一灯罩；在所述的电池的外部设置有电池壳。
本发明提供的带灯夹子，在夜间操作的过程如下：手动对夹子手柄施加压力，使夹子前齿张开；同时，下夹片上的扇形金属片以夹子的连接轴为中心旋转，并且与上夹片上的电池负极触点和LED灯泡负极触点连接，电路导通，使得LED灯泡发光；此时正好将该夹子夹到汽车的充电电池的正负极上，夹子夹住目标后，使用者释放对夹子手柄的压力，夹子前齿闭合，下夹片上的扇形金属片以夹子的连接轴为中心向回旋转，断开与电池负极触点和LED灯泡负极触点的连接，自动关闭灯光。
本发明具有以下优点：
1、本发明集夹子，灯泡，电池于一体，电路简单，体积小，美观大方，在使用过程中不易损坏。
2、本发明使用夹片装置起到开关的作用，使用夹子的同时可自动打开和关闭灯泡，节约电能。

具体实施方式
以下根据图2～图4，说明本发明的一个最佳实施方式。
如图2所示，为本发明提供的带灯夹子的结构示意图，其包含夹子本体101、LED灯泡102和电池103；特点是，还包含夹片装置104；如图4所示，该LED灯泡102，电池103和夹片装置104通过电路连接；
所述的LED灯泡102设置在夹子前齿1011的上部；所述的电池103设置在夹子手柄1012的内部；
所述的夹片装置104设置在夹子连接轴1013上，如图3所示，其包含上夹片1041和下夹片1042；
所述的上夹片1041上设置有电池负极触点10411和LED灯泡负极触点10412；所述的LED灯泡102的正极电路连接电池103的正极，LED灯泡102的负极电路连接上夹片1041上的LED灯泡负极触点10412，电池103的负极电路连接上夹片1041上的电池负极触点10411；
所述的下夹片1042上设置有金属片10421，该金属片10421呈扇形；
在所述的LED灯泡102的外部设置有一灯罩1021；在所述的电池103的外部设置有电池壳1031。
本发明提供的带灯夹子，在夜间操作的过程如下：手动对夹子手柄1012施加压力，使夹子前齿1011张开；同时，下夹片1042上的扇形金属片10421以夹子101的连接轴1013为中心旋转，并且与上夹片1041上的电池负极触点10411和LED灯泡负极触点10412连接，电路导通，使得LED灯泡102发光；此时正好将该夹子101夹到汽车的充电电池的正负极上，夹子101夹住目标后，使用者释放对夹子手柄1012的压力，夹子前齿1011闭合，下夹片1042上的扇形金属片10421以夹子的连接轴1013为中心向回旋转，断开与电池负极触点10411和LED灯泡负极触点10412的连接，自动关闭灯光。
本发明具有以下优点：

1.一种带灯夹子，其包含夹子本体(101)、LED灯泡(102)和电池(103)；特征在于，还包含夹片装置(104)；
所述的LED灯泡(102)，电池(103)和夹片装置(104)通过电路连接；
所述的电池(103)设置在夹子手柄(1012)的内部；
所述的夹片装置(104)设置在夹子连接轴(1013)上，控制LED灯泡(102)的点亮和关闭。
2.如权利要求1所述的带灯夹子，其特征在于，所述的夹片装置(104)包含上夹片(1041)和下夹片(1042)。
3.如权利要求2所述的带灯夹子，其特征在于，所述的上夹片(1041)上设置有电池负极触点(10411)和LED灯泡负极触点(10412)；
所述的LED灯泡(102)的正极电路连接电池(103)的正极；
所述的LED灯泡(102)的负极电路连接上夹片(1041)上的LED灯泡负极触点(10412)；
所述的电池(103)的负极电路连接上夹片(1041)上的电池负极触点(10411)。
4.如权利要求2所述的带灯夹子，其特征在于，所述的下夹片(1042)上设置有金属片(10421)。
5.如权利要求4所述的带灯夹子，其特征在于，所述的金属片(10421)是扇形金属片。
6.如权利要求1所述的带灯夹子，其特征在于，所述的LED灯泡(102)的外部设置有灯罩(1021)。
7.如权利要求1所述的带灯夹子，其特征在于，所述的电池(103)的外部设置有电池壳(1031)。
